Jerry's place was a fantastic getaway for spring training baseball with the family. The place is an easy walk to the Goodyear facility. Jerry is super responsive, provides great instructions, and has the place tailored to the guests. The place was clean and peaceful, providing plenty of entertainment options. Plenty of quality options of food in the area, dine-in or out. Would definitely recommend!

Colby’s place is the perfect home for those who are trying to escape the cold of the northeast winter. It is a perfect location. A short walk takes you to Fountain Park and the many restaurants and events such as the weekly farmers market and the yearly art festival. A short drive takes you to numerous trails and relaxing hikes. If you prefer to stay at home, you’ll find a relaxing and peaceful backyard. Inside the beds are comfortable, the home is spotless and the kitchen is well supplied. I am hoping to return next year for a longer visit.

We had a wonderful time for our girls' getaway. We especially loved the outdoor space. We spent a lot of time by the pool! The waterfall was peaceful and relaxing! Loved the lighting in the pool at night, so pretty! We had a great space for cooking, playing games, and just relaxing! We would definetly stay here again!

Laura’s place was perfect for our stay over New Years Eve! Her place was clean and free of clutter. Her backyard was perfect for our dogs with a spot for them to do their business and a jacuzzi that was an extra bonus! The neighborhood was peaceful and the area was nice! Thanks for a great stay! Perfect for a multi-Family trip! Even bigger yard than the pictures give it credit, lots of kids toys/activities, and great seating and amenities for parents too!

My friends and I needed a place to stay while visiting our friends in Arizona for spring break! Its not a huge place but it was clean and provided exactly what we needed for our short stay! I would stay here again if I come back to the phoenix area.

Clean, comfortable, easy process, had everything we needed. Was a very expensive weekend throughout phoenix area but this was the best deal we found for a 3 bedroom unit. No complaints!

We had a great stay here! We came for NASCAR weekend and the location was perfect for the race! Took us a few spins around the place to find the unit but we were a bit tired from travel all morning. The place was big, spotless and had everything you need. The bathroom was huge! I would recommend if you are cooking to buy some oil/salt/pepper as there was none available but not a big deal! 10/10 !

5 stars! Michael’s check in instructions made the process so easy! The space was very clean upon arrival and felt like home away from home. Michael was very responsive even while traveling himself. The neighborhood is great! A short walk from tons of great restaurants, coffee, live music, etc. I would stay here again and recommend to a friend.
