The place was perfect...the pool was great for the 4 little boys we had with us. Very close to the ball fields and restaurants. Monica was great. very responsive to questions. We plan on renting agosnnext year when my next son goes

If your attending a tournament at CASV , this is the ideal spot. Nice view , a pool to relax and ample space for your entire family.

We loved this stay in cooperstown, was the perfect in between location between our family for the holiday. Main Street was a little over five minute drive, super close. Game room was perfect for having our kids with us, house feels even larger in person than in pictures!

Omer had a beautiful spot nestled high up on a hill overlooking the mountains 🏔️. I can promise you, being from the city, the pictures do not do the views justice! They’re absolutely stunning! Luckily we had couple of snowy days up there, where we were able to ski and enjoy some local eateries, so it made the scenery that much more romantic! The best was enjoying a drink or two in the hot tub and overlooking the scenic views of the mountains while the snow fell…couldn’t imagine a more perfect weekend getaway! I will be back up again!

This is a fantastic place for a large group to spend a holiday together. The property features a spacious dining table and plenty of toys and activities to keep kids entertained. Cooperstown’s downtown is just 10 minutes away and offers some great restaurants

Great spot for exploring with dogs! The neighborhood includes another house that I believe John shares with family and friends, so we weren’t entirely alone in the area—which I personally found reassuring. If you’re looking for complete seclusion, it’s a good idea to confirm this detail with John. Right behind his home, there’s a trail perfect for morning strolls, and the location is very accessible for road cycling, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It would also be a fantastic base for mountain or gravel biking adventures! John’s place was spotless, comfortable, and had a nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. Highly recommend!

We’ve stayed at Skip’s listings a few times, and it’s been wonderful each stay. Skip is helpful and quick to answer any questions. Andes is the most beautiful town. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house and location! We had not planned to stay in upstate NY but glad we did. The lake is beautiful- the house has everything you could need. Close to Cooperstown!

We had a great stay at Ally’s place - communication was good, check in and check out were easy, house was clean. Very well located - 5 minute drive to All Star Village, 5 minute drive to the grocery store to stock up on food, and 2 minute drive to downtown restaurants.

Paula's house is epic. It is beautiful, large and perfectly equipped for a large group. Plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone with very comfortable beds, amazing large kitchen with two ovens, beautiful dining table and very large living room. Spent a weekend celebrating a birthday with friends and we never left! Not to mention the hot tub....

A Perfect Getaway at Landola Lodge We had a fantastic stay at Landola Lodge! The house is beautifully decorated with refined taste, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Paul & Michael were wonderful hosts, making us feel truly welcome during the meet & greet. The location is private and peaceful—an ideal escape from the city. We also took advantage of the lodge’s proximity to Belleayre Mountain, which is just a short 15-minute drive away. Spring skiing there was a great experience! Whether you’re looking for relaxation or outdoor activities, this place has it all. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a tranquil and stylish retreat. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed a long family holiday weekend here. Lots of cozy space to relax, a great kitchen and large dining room table to enjoy food and snacks, a beautiful view. Will strongly consider coming back, especially in the warmer months when we might be able to do more down by the water!

Jonathan is a great host! The property was extremely clean and exactly what we were looking forward to. His instructions were clear and very reasonable. He is an effective communicator and a great host.

This was the absolute perfect long weekend getaway on a snowy weekend. Comfortable, clean, clear communication, charming, crazy cool...the house is set away from the road, lots of privacy, lovely land, not overly fussy, great dining room table, terrific views. We all agreed this was among our very favorite stays ever. Hosts were very helpful when our city car got stuck in the ice and they called a neighbor to pull us out. Like that. Really great.

Clean and updated home in a peaceful location convenient for skiing. Many household items useful for cooking in. Hot tub and basement with activities for kids are a nice addition.

My husband and I took our 5 year old granddaughter to visit our son, his partner and our 18 month old grandson who recently moved to Franklin. Coming from Hawaii, we knew we’d be spending a lot of time indoors because of the cold temperatures in Franklin. We had the most wonderful stay at Anna’s house. It was a creative haven, thoughtfully curated by an amazing artist. The home is spacious, comfortably furnished and had everything we needed to enjoy making delicious meals and sleep soundly in comfortable beds. What made this home so special was how it was designed as a learning and play space for children. Our grandkids thrived coloring, writing, making puzzles, playing games, and engaging in play acting. Anna was communicative, receptive and available if we needed anything. The home, the artistry and thoughtful touches made it feel like a true gem in Franklin! Highly recommend for families or anyone looking to connect with creativity and enjoy an enriching stay.

We had a great time this weekend at Jennifer's place. Everything was clean. The house and the backyard were so spacious. We had four kids and four adults, and everyone found something they loved about this place. The Birch Creek in the backyard was my favorite. It was much bigger than I expected. Drinking coffee in the morning by the bench listening to the creek water flowing was heaven. We enjoyed hiking, walking around the nearby lake, and playing games around the firepit. It was a perfect family vacation.

Denise was thorough, responsive, prompt, and accommodating for us during our stay; it was so easy to check in and get settled in. Our dog loved it and felt right at home right away (which he doesn't always in a new space) and he/we loved going for a walk - very beautiful and peaceful. It was such a nice place to be after spending our day outside in the mountains, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much, Denise!

We had a great stay at Sohail's and Sara's place. The hosts responded very quickly whenever we had questions. The location was great, close to a few ski locations and towns that we were able to explore, and right opposite the Brushland Eating House which was a great restaurant. The house was spacious and we had plenty of room. The hosts were very considerate, turning on the additional heating system before we arrived.
