The place was perfect...the pool was great for the 4 little boys we had with us. Very close to the ball fields and restaurants. Monica was great. very responsive to questions. We plan on renting agosnnext year when my next son goes

Just spent a beatiful 3 day weekend at adams place. Gorgeous home and surrounding property was just what we needed.On checked in day adam emailed me and said house was available anytime we want to arrive. This was a nice gesture and we did arrived early. We hope to book again next year for our yearly getaway in the mountains in November.

We had an amazing stay at this house! It was adorable and quaint. Fantastic back deck with furniture. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location was close to a few restaurants and stores. We will definitely boo this again for a quick getaway!!

This is my second time staying at Evelyn’s house and it was just as nice as the first time. My sisters and I felt right at home, the house is very clean and well stocked. The house sits back off the road in a beautiful private location. I would recommend this house to anyone coming to the area.

Great host and place all around! Kim was very responsive before, during, and after the trip. The amenities were great and location was close by Plattekill. She recommended ahead of time to bring an AWD vehicle as her driveway is on an incline. I’d recommend this stay.

The home was very attractive and comfortable. There is a great flow between the entry, living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. We loved the decor and plants and special touches. And the access to outdoors was amazing. Such beautiful and fabulous views.

We have stayed here more times that I can count. Bob and Jacki's place is a great get-away. Comfortable, cozy and so clean and well stocked for a longer stay. If you see how many times I left a glowing review you will see I mean it since we keep coming back. It is our go to spot when staying in the Catskills. Thank you as always, Bob and Jacki!!

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting our child at Colgate University. Absolutely loved our stay! The hosts live next door and were very accommodating. The home was beautifully decorated and well appointed with cool fixtures and the most comfortable couch. They provided ground coffee, which was delicious, and the beds had great mattresses. The water pressure in the shower was not as strong as we like but everything else was perfect. The location was peaceful with beautiful views over the lake. The house is remote, but was easy to find. Can't wait to come back.

Kelly was such a great host. Everything was ready for us, she was proactive in getting us everything we needed. The place was super clean and cozy. Everyone felt right at home. Would definitely do again.

Will definitely book this place again. Everything was excellent. Much attention given to detail. Bedding was awesome. Soft, soft sheets and I’m picky about a comfortable bed and sheets. Peaceful setting. 3 deer in front yard was a real bonus!! Very clean place. Excellent shower and water pressure. Barbara communicated well.

This was the perfect weekend getaway spot for my wife and I. Accessing the apartment is super easy, the kitchenette is equpit with all the essentials to cook and the bed is the most comfortable bed ever, we felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. The apartment is nestled in nature, you can either unplug and disconnect from everything or utilize the high speed wifi. 10/10 Gratitude

Bernie was a great host. He met us to greet us and check us in and show us around the place because it is a little unique. The house is wonderful and oozes with history. There are a couple things about the set up of the unit to be aware of. The kitchen is completely enclosed within the house so there are no windows and no way to exhaust fumes - just be aware of this so you do not unwittingly set off the smoke alarm and disturb the neighbors in adjacent units. Also, the door to the bathroom, which is between the two bedrooms within the cottage unit doesn't lock, so you will need to come up with a system to alert your travel partners when someone is using the bathroom to avoid walking in on each other. Other than those two points for awareness, though, everything else is great. The bedrooms are huge, the beds are comfortable, the linens are pristine, the kitchen has everything you need, and the house is right by Otsego Lake and only a block from Main St. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was our second time staying here and things were as easy and perfect as the first! Very clean space which is big for me. Right near local restaurants and cafes. Their response time for anything was extremely quick. Overall the house served every purpose for me!

It really is like being at home. It is a beautiful cabin, surrounded by lots of snow and lots of pine trees. lots of towels and lots of blankets. We really had a great time, and Myrna and Mike, they are really great and very friendly. one hundred percent recommendable
