This was the perfect nest for us as we attended the Charleston WTA tournament. The quiet neighborhood of Avondale offers wonderful restaurants, shops and our favorite coffee place, Highfalutin. We loved the comfy decor, high end bedding and the endless accouterments in the kitchen and bathrooms. The star of the show was the awesome screened porch where we spent mornings with our tea, coffee and breakfast. Ingrid the host was the best with her check ins and great communication. We loved our week here!

It was definitely in a sketchy area but when we arrived to the particular neighborhood it was a cool spot with lots of personality.

Kate was a most gracious host! She was friendly and responded quickly to any questions that I had, and she also provided suggestions for places to visit while we were there. Her home is lovely!

Smaller home perfert for 1 or 2 couples. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Our dog enjoyed the large fenced back yard. Location is outstanding. Great restaurants just a mile or 2 away. Grocery stores equally close. Downtown Charleston 10-15 drive. We will definitely stay again.

it was our first trip to Folly Beach and we loved it and couldn't have asked for a better house to stay in! the location was absolutely perfect! easy walk to the beach and to the main strip with restaurants and bars. would highly recommend and we plan to go back again!

Allison was easy to work with and very accommodating. We had evacuated our home due to flooding and were searching for a pet friendly place to stay. It was a stressful time, to say the least. We were inquiring about her other rental and she suggested this one because of the fenced yard. Made a big difference having a yard for our dogs. The home was clean and comfortable. And it is close to restaurants and a grocery store. Very happy with our stay.

This home needs a little TLC. It's an older home w/a slight musty smell upon entering, my husband has severe allergies to mold & mildew, but he was unaffected, so it must not have been that bad. This home has some little quirks like the washer & dryer are outside in a garage (that area was very clean), the dishwasher is portable & needs to be hooked up to the sink & plugged in (we didn't use it since we mostly ate out) & you can't run the microwave & toaster oven at the same time. The box springs to the beds were old, but the mattresses were decent & comfortable. There is no theme as to the decor, which made it very interesting, with finding something different everyday. With all these little quirks, I am giving it a 5 Star due to the fact that it is a charming little home, was very clean, in a great neighborhood, has private parking, is very close to the beach & area attractions & Rachel was a very responsive host. We had a great time during our stay!

Ginger replied quickly and gave great details. the first place that I felt I actually got my money's worth for the service and hospitality waiting for us. The kitchen was charming and fun. A blessing to us when we were in a pinch to find a place to stay for the family visiting my grandmother in the hospital. Would stay again!

Nick is such a great host, always kind and easy to reach out with any questions, concern or help. The house is just amazing as showed on pics or ever better! With a lot of games, so well organized and fully equipped. Nothing to complain, especially the cleaning. Def a 10 out of 10!!!!

Very cute place with a comfortable king bed. The house was clean and we felt like it was in a safe part of town with really beautiful houses across the street. Road can be a little noisy early in the morning at the intersection, but not enough so to prevent us from staying again. We’d just bring an additional noise maker. Dogs loved the fenced in backyard and the driveway was big enough for our full sized truck and 16ft v-nose trailer. Only 8 min or so from park circle restaurants and about 15 min from the coliseum/convention center. Super convenient, cute, and comfortable. Hosts are friendly and helpful as well!

My family loved how walkable Joseph's place was! We were able to walk to several different restaurants, and the park that's close by took us by surprise with how many activities there were for kids of all ages. The only draw back from staying here would be how often we heard the train & low flying planes, which can be solved with a white noise machine. Regardless, we would highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed a beautiful week on IOP in this house. Spacious and well equipped, we truly could not have asked for more. The kitchen had been recently renovated and was absolutely stunning with everything one could ever need/want in a kitchen. The bedrooms were beautiful and the beds were incredibly comfortable. When we arrived, the grill was not working - I sent a text and within an hour someone was out at the house assessing the problem. And a new grill was delivered the next day. Cannot recommend this house enough. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We absolutely loved the location! We could walk to restaurants or get a quick Uber to the heart of King Street. The unit is very clean and had everything we needed. If you are a light sleeper, you can hear the guests above you pretty easily, but there were sound machines in all the bedrooms that helped cancel out the noise. I would definitely stay here again!

Jayne’s home was fantastic. It was spacious, inviting, and had all of the amenities you could ask for. While we didn’t get a chance to use the pool because of the very cold weather, the pool looked absolutely incredible and would be perfect on a warmer day. The location of the home was also very close to the beach. I could not imagine a more relaxing environment in which to spend time in Kiawah. I hope to return in the future!

We had a fantastic stay during a weekend baseball tournament. The house was conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants, and it was just a short drive to Charleston, Sullivan's Island, and Isle of Palms. The house was well-stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. And it was perfect for our pup!

We enjoyed our stay and would return! The location of the townhome was centrally located to Daniel Island and downtown Charleston! Thanks for having us!!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach was a bonus for our morning walks on the beach with our furbaby & the fenced in back yard was perfect for giving her a space to explore. The neighborhood was beautiful & quiet. Thanks to Calvin for being a wonderful host! We definitely fell in love with the area and will be back.

Spur of the moment trip for the weekend with my husband and two dogs. Home was warm and inviting and the screened in porch was amazing with a day bed, hot tub, and fire pit. Yard was small but fenced. Even got to meet the owner’s cat! Overall a very pleasant stay.

We loved our stay at this Pete & Jessica's! The property was secluded and peaceful, offering the perfect escape. The fenced-in yard was a great bonus, providing both privacy and a safe space to relax outdoors and for our dog to run around. The home itself was clean and cozy, with everything we needed. They were responsive and made sure our stay was seamless. If you're looking for a centralized cozy retreat, near everything, with a fence this is the perfect spot. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy apartment with all of the necessities. An easy walk to Park Circle (great restaurants, bars, a playground, and a disc golf course) and a quick trip downtown or out to the beach! Beautiful fenced-in patio with a fire pit. Perfect place to stay with a pup!

The Villa was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The ocean is just a few minutes drive, and despite the holiday weekend the beaches were pleasantly un-crowded. Margaret gave us precise instructions that helped make the visit flawless. Our puppy loved it too! We are very satisfied with our stay and hope to return.

We loved staying at this house and will try to book again in the future! Some of the appliances are older, but the kitchen is fully stocked so this made it feel homey. We did have to open windows until the AC kicked on and run the washer twice. We loved the location, how walkable and safe it felt, and the fire pit in the back yard. One of the bedrooms does have a bunk bed, and there are 2 other bedrooms with a king and queen bed. There are tons of couches and sleeping surfaces. This was the perfect spot for a family Spring Break vacation.

Great stay! Plenty of room to spread out. Dogs had a small run that wrapped all the way around the house so they could get lots of exercise.

Stayed here for a dance comp with my daughter. I opted to stay here instead of a hotel and I’m glad we did. Really great bedrooms and kitchen along with a nice living room. Keurig coffee and creamer provided. Host was responsive and friendly. Easy driveway parking. Shower was great and we really had no complaints. The place was also clutter free and very very clean.
