We had a group of six and this property was spacious and lovely. The furnishings were all of great quality, all of the group commenting on how comfortable the beds were. The view is simply stunning, and if you don't have a reason to head out you could spend hours looking out to the water while catch up with family - which is exactly what we did. Highly recommended. We will be back!

A great place to stay close to the shops and beach. Park your car and walk everywhere. Well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed family time on the large deck and spacious living area. Quite loud music from a bar nearby but stopped by 10pm.

Beautiful pristine brand new house. Everything was better than expected. Huge modern master suite. Shame we couldn’t stay longer.

A taste of Tuscany in Newstead is all we can say!! Great indoor outdoor flow with all the amenities to keep people active and engaged. The tennis court provided entertainment and controversy while the spa and pool provided relaxation and ambiance. The complementary bubbles received on arrival was well needed after a long trip with a talkative passenger. Great entertainment facilities and loved the touch of country surroundings, would stay again.

I had an amazing stay at Tineke's place! The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and a peaceful quiet atmosphere. The Beach batch was very clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The King bed was super comfortable & spacious, and I loved the nature touches, Tineke was an excellent communicator, always responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Overall, I felt very welcome and comfortable during my stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a homely, luxurious and convenient spot with stunning veiws of all points in Raglan!

We had such a nice time at Hobbiton Countryside Sanctuary, it was lovely and peaceful, only a short drive to Matamata and the surrounds. Very quiet with only a few cows, birds, and the house cat, Jack, for company. Can definitely recommend!

Excellent place to stay for a group, the separate dwellings is a bonus, easy access to walkway 10 min walk to town. Would stay again no problems. Awesome host, great communication.

A lovely, fully equipped home. Everything needed was supplied. Loved the spa and private outdoor area. Nice outdoor shower, with hot water, after being at the beach which was a short walk from the property. Close to shops and weekend markets. Children loved the well-stocked toy cupboard. Really enjoyed our stay. Would go back again.

This flat is the perfect retreat for those seeking both inspiration and grounding in an unparalleled setting. My mother and I needed a quiet place to rest and recharge; this home overlooking the garden and sea was truly extraordinary. The apartment, with its bay windows, is perfect—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. We spent our days marvelling at the lush garden, chatting in the spa or gazing out at the open sea—watching surfers and letting the rhythmic crash of the waves lull us into deep relaxation. I can't stress enough how magical the garden is—every corner is bursting with life, from vibrant flowers to fruit trees, herbs, and vegetables. We cooked with the windows wide open, letting in the fresh air and ocean breeze, and dining outside, immersed in the scents and sounds of nature. Julls and the team were fantastic—warm, welcoming, and attentive. Just a few minutes from world-class surf and fifteen minutes from Raglan, this home is a true oasis, radiating love and care.

Debs was very welcoming great communcation . The air b&b was perfect for my stay, clean , tidy had little extra touches like milk in the fridge and extra face cloths and towels . I would definitley recommend and would stay again if I am in Hamilton . Thanks for the great stay

A beautiful well-proportioned studio on the top floor, with lift access. Peaceful, clean and well equipped. Lovely haven for 4 night stay in Hamilton. Easy walking to shops & restaurants. Off street protected parking appreciated for downtown location.

Amazing place, well thought out with board games for kids and adults as well as toys in the closet. Comfy beds and quiet area. Would stay here again.

A great central location with all you need in the apartment. Thoughtful touches with the Christmas decorations and also quiet despite being in a busy complex of apartments.

The accommodation is 11/10 with a 6 star rating for everything one needs for an escape. Modern, minimalist really private in a bustling area. We loved our stay and will return again. Thanks to Denise. Excellent comms and a few personal touches.

Wow! What a spot! We had a very warm welcome from Denise on arrival. The Wharf apartment is exceedingly comfortable with a very well appointed kitchen, a lovely little sheltered courtyard, super comfortable bed and exceptional attention to detail throughout. Loved the history of the building and great staying in such a unique place. Beautiful leather shop and pottery studio opposite. The fish and chips on the Wharf were recommended by Denise and they didn’t disappoint! Raglan a super little town with lots of lovely cafe and arty, vintage, crafty shops. Enjoyed time out on the surf beaches watching the action on the water as well as a kayak trip on the harbour. Although on the ground floor Wharf Apartment may not have the harbour views of some of the other apartments in the Silos but you have the benefit of popping out the courtyard and within a few steps you can sit by the pier and watch the sunset! Magic spot! Excellent apartment……could have stayed much much longer!

Fantastic apartment in a unique building, walkable to all of the restaurants and attractions in Raglan, while being more peaceful then places right in town. Denise was very communicative, and provided a lot of great local recommendations.

Carla was a lovely host. The first 2 days we were like ships passing through the night (each doing our own thing and missing each other). She messaged to check if I needed anything. There was no pressure to socialise. When we did meet, she was able to give recommendations. Place is as described. Her cat came to check me out a couple of times and the only time you hear her dog is when she gets home from work. Location was nice and close to Hamilton Lake (great for the Hot Balloon Festival). Great place to stay for solo or coupled travellers.

Wonderful stay here. Big kitchen and lovely outlook. Was a good place to finish up our holidays. Heaps of restaurants and bars near by, it’s a good walk but you’ll need it after eating at Rice Rice Baby. A perfect location to visit Hobbiton and local sites. Thanks for having us.

Great house for a family or group, good location central to all Hamilton has to offer. Super comfy beds, great showers. Kitchen is well equipped, nice little outdoor decked patio. Pillows are bambillo style type so not an enjoyable preference of mine, but thats ok.

Really nice town house. Good location right next to a countdown and a car park available on site. Check in super easy with the lock box and would definitely stay again
