Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway! The place is peaceful and quiet, offering the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

There were so many rickshaws at the entrance that it was quite difficult to park our car at night. Please do something about it, as it was very hard to take the car out at night due to the rickshaws parked outside the gate.

Very well laid out home, with a beautifully maintained garden. Perfect in the monsoon, as the full-length glass sliding doors offered a lovely view while shut and pleasant breeze when open. We didn't need to use the split ACs at all. Liked the way the kitchen is placed outdoors under a striped awning. The swing in the garden was a nice touch. We didn't use the upstairs covered terrace, but it looks like a nice area for larger groups to relax in. The well kept lawn near the well on the property was a pleasure to walk barefoot on... just what you need on a getaway from the city. Caretaker Bikas was very helpful, bringing us tea/coffee and meals cooked by his mother Sushila promptly. He even organised an excellent birthday cake at short notice & arranged for transport for our return journey. The rooms were well maintained, the bed linen was of good quality. The carom board was a bit funky because of the moisture, but we spent many happy hours playing. All in all, super experience!

The host was super responsive and very helpful. Definitely worth and would come again for sure!

Himanshu was incredibly cooperative throughout the whole stay , the perfect place to stay with friends and family , awesome facilities with stunning pool the care taker was so helpfull, no disturbance at all , all the amenities worked perfectly fine.

Worth every penny. The location is perfect, close to the city and good restaurants but also hidden amidst nature and close to the beach. The staff is very courteous , responsive and helpful. Rooms were tastefully designed, food was great, definitely get the massages. Our trip was memorable because of our stay at this property.

It was a real delight to have the space to ourselves. The property itself was bright and airy, full of greenery and open and uncluttered. Space to dine outdoors or by the pool. Swings to relax on. A central space to hang out together with enough fans and blowers when the temp was hot. And every room opened into this central space - thus very easy for all to be a part of all the action... Every room was spacious and cleaned daily. And cool... The staff managing the property were very supportive and responsive - about snacks, meals, drinks, directions to nearby amenities, transport etc... The Awas beach is walkable - 15 mins - and again quiet and peaceful. Enough great food around, accessible by taxi - chinese, continental, regional, indian, fusion etc... We will definitely be back !

Excellent place to chill with your family and friends. We had a wonderful time at this villa , the caretaker Santosh is very helpful and takes good care of the guests. Very clean and ambient setting of all the rooms !! The swimming pool is maintained very well . Overall a great experience. Thanks
