(the 3rd bedroom is small 2m x 2.7m it has a single bed with a pull out mattress to make it a double) off street parking for 2 cars. Walking distance from Cogges farm and High street. Blenheim palace is only 5m away. There are numerous pubs, cafes and restaurants a short walk away. Estelle Manor is less than a mile away

Exclusive use of cedar hot tub till 10.30pm for a one off payment of £60. Seven path labyrinth sits in our adjacent paddock. A tranquil setting. Chill out time!

Our family home is very close by if you need us

THE COTTAGE is a well equipped home that sleeps up to 6 guests and is tucked away just off the High Street in the beautiful small historic town of Old Amersham.
