L’appartamento era in una zona meravigliosa a due passi dal centro ma nel verde e super tranquillo con una bellissima vista mare, la spiaggia e la passeggiata ad un passo. Tutto come da descrizione e per il rapporto qualità prezzo in settembre davvero ottimo. Sicuramente se dovessi tronare a Bibione riaffitterei questo posto. Uniche due note: Wi-Fi funzionante anche se libero perciò rete non protetta non era possibile utilizzarlo per smartworking e posto auto destinato all’appartamento un po’ scomodo, essendo fuori stagione abbiamo potuto parcheggiare altrove, però in stagione una macchina grande credo darebbe fastidio ad altri posti auto. Sicuramente consiglio questo appartamento che ti fa sentire come a casa ma con una vista davvero invidiabile.

Overall the stay was perfect. The apartment is in a perfect location in Cividale and offers excellent quality of the equipment. The checkin was perfect and I got all needed facts. I look forward to come again very soon.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft war groß und schön gelegen. Roberto war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Es war sehr gemütlich abends auf der Terrasse. Das Meer ist nicht weit entfernt. Allerdings ist der freie Strand an dem man seinen eigenen Schirm und Strandmuschel aufbauen darf, etwas weiter weg. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Die Anlage ist schön und sehr gepflegt, jeder hat seinen eigenen Parkplatz. An jedem Fenster sind Moskitonetze angebracht, was natürlich super ist. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir fanden den Aufenthalt super und konnten uns schön entspannen :)

Smjestaj ispunio sva ocekivanja. Ja i moja obitelj osijećali smo se kao da smo kod kuće. To mislim sve govori. Čak smo produžili boravak za jedan dan. Apartman uredan i čist, sa pogledom na planine. Domaćini prekrasni ljudi sa kojima je bilo ugodno provesti vrijeme u razgovoru. Uvijek dostupni ako nam je bilo što bilo potrebno. Preporuka za sve putnike koji planiraju posjetiti ovo područje.

Apartament jest dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciu, ma ogromny taras z przepięknym widokiem. Łazienka jest malutka, ale wystarczająca. Gospodarz jest niezwykle miłym człowiekiem, i chociaż czasami jest bariera językowa, to zawsze można napisać do Alesa, lub użyć translatora. Jedyne malutkie zastrzeżenie do czystości, niektóre rzeczy były niedokładnie sprzątnięte. Ale za to w lodówce czekały na nas szampan i soki, a na koniec otrzymaliśmy lokalny prezent. To był dobrze spędzony czas. Dziękujemy i polecamy :)

Appartamento moderno, molto bello e con tutte le comodità che una persona in vacanza si può aspettare, forse di più. Host molto amichevole e reattivo e disponibile. Ci ha fornito consigli su come muoverci e dice mangiare a Gorizia

Ho soggiornato già molte volte da Stefania e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo... l'appartamento è molto accogliente, vicinissimo al centro e in una zona tranquilla. Tornare lì è ogni volta come ritornare a un po' a casa! Grazie Stefania e alla prossima!

Wir haben Radivoje E Sara als großartige, sympathische Gastgeber erlebt, die immer schnell und verlässlich für uns da waren. Die Unterkunft ist äußerst geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig. Es gibt in der Nachbarschaft Lokale, die bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Zum Zentrum ist es nur ein kurzer wunderschöner Spaziergang. Das Meer ist ganz nahe - was für Menschen wir uns, die aus einem Land ohne Meer kommen, eine besondere Bedeutung hat.

We were in need of a place that provided parking and accommodations for 3. The unit checked all the boxes. Since it is Grado in the summer, it is difficult to get a place. We decided to stay in Grado Pineta which is slightly outside of Grado but still only a 7-10 min. drive to Grado by car. While people say parking in Grado is difficult, we had very good luck finding parking. The unit itself was typical of Italy. It was cozy but functional. There was a very big heat wave while we were there but the host cannot stop this. The AC helped. Most of our Italian friends were complaining about the heat so you know it was hot. Overall, Grado Pineta is a slower pace than Grado but was more than fine. We were close to multiple places to eat. The grocery store was a short walk away. There is a pharmacy across the street which was convenient. All in all, I can recommend the unit. Enjoy. Ciao and Grazie Mille!

Très contente, du séjour dans cette appartement, très calme proche de la mer ,restaurant et magasins a proximité, place pour la voiture, c était parfait je recommande

L'appartamento è molto carino, pulito e ben arredato. L'accesso, sia tramite codice che tramite apertura automatica da smartphone, é veramente super comodo (ma non dimenticate comunque di portare con voi le chiavi😁). La posizione è veramente comoda, tranquilla e poco distante dal centro. Super consigliato!

Poleg čudovitega srečanja z gospo Tadejo in njene pomoči pri vsem, se lahko ob prihodu na cilj počutite res prijetno. Udobje, mir in čudovita narava vas bodo obdajali, ko boste tam! Priporočam vsem, ki iščete novo počitniško mesto!

Appartamento ottimo, corrispondente alla descrizione (se non meglio), a due passi dal centro. Con garage e, con un po' di pazienza e fortuna, con parcheggio gratuito a due passi. Ambiente splendido con cucina super attrezzata. Un terrazzo magnifico con vista spettacolare sul centro città. Host professionale e piacevole. Super soddisfatti e stra consigliato.

Good place for family skiing or hiking. clean, comfortable and well-equipped

Siamo stati davvero bene. Il posto è ideale per chi cerca relax lontano dalle città nelezzo della campagna, l'appartamento dove stavamo era estremamente spazioso e funzionale e non abbiamo riscontrato alcun problema. i proprietari sono persone molto gradevoli che ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro completo agio venendoci anche incontro di alcune cose. piscina ambiente strepitoso tenuta molto pulita e ordinata. Consiglio vivamente di provare questo posto.

We are a family of 4 who spent a week at this wonderful apartment. It's huge, comfortable for up to 6 people, and well-equipped with everything you need for your holiday. There are many board games, a nice terrace, a lovely garden and the best add-on to be surrounded by a friendly family, who lives in the neighbouring buildings and welcomes you as a good old friend or family member. We felt at home in this amazing place and would like to return. There's a nice pizzeria in 2 min walk, Tolmin is a 5 min drive with shops, restaurants, and the beautiful river Soca. I'm happy that I found Jasmina's apartment and highly recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable, clean place for the time of your adventures in the Soca Valley. Very nice and spacious house 5 minute drive away from Most na Soca. Great location to explore Soča valley, Nova Goritsa, Bohinj. Idrijca river is just across the road. Lenka was a very welcoming host, house had all the amenities we needed and we had a great time. There might only be a problem if you’re sensitive to noise - house is by the road and cars start driving by from 6-7am. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Matteo is an excellent and very friendly host! We felt very comfortable and the location was great! Thank you Matteo, we will be happy to come back!
