We stayed as a group of friends at this charming house, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property was even more stunning than the pictures, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. Vanessa is incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway. We can't recommend this place enough and would like to return one day!

We really enjoyed our weekend, the property was so clean and well equipped in beautiful surroundings. The location is so peaceful but not far from lots of local attractions. The hosts really have thought of everything to equip the lodge and provide a lot of useful information. Will definitely be returning!

Just returned from an amazing weekend stay for my wife’s birthday with close family. From booking to arrival Kate was extremely helpful and accommodating. The house was very well equipped and looked just like the photos. The welcome hamper was a nice touch and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Thanks again. We would highly recommend and will definitely look to book again.

Fantastic property and fantastic host, highly recommend

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

Had the most perfect stay! the house is so spacious and well equipped. loves the addition of the games room and hot tub.

Our host reached out to check in on our arrival, making sure we were settled and knew how to use the amenities, including the hot tub. There were five of us, and the space was perfect for both cooking and relaxing. We were also given great recommendations for the local beach and a good chippy, plus the beach itself was lovely and sandy. The property is about a 30-40 minute drive from the city center but is surrounded by smaller towns, perfect for supporting local business at the Christmas markets or seal watching. I'd definitely return—it's in a great location with a lovely host.

Perfect Stay at Helen’s, We had a very relaxing long Easter weekend at the Barn with my elderly parents and we even brought our kitten! Helen was very responsive to messages and went above and beyond to secure the cat flap so our kitten couldn’t escape! The garden was glorious with long sweeping views over the English countryside. We enjoyed the remote and peaceful location. There were fabulous trail runs from the gate which we enjoyed at the start of every day. We would highly recommend a stay here.

A beautiful cottage in the perfect location. 20-30 mins from every major place you could want to go. Cosy and homely with a lovely sunny garden. Private and secure, a real Norfolk countryside stay! We loved our stay, everything we needed was provided and Scott gave us all the information we needed to allow easy check in. We can’t wait to come back again, hopefully for longer next time. Wow wow wow…. Flint cottage is absolutely beautiful, a little treasure. There was 6 in our party and the space is amazing, we all fell in love with Norfolk and can’t wait to go back. The house is absolutely spotlessly clean, it has everything you need that makes it feel home from home. A lovely Lemon drizzle cake awaiting our arrival with coffee and milk supplied for that well needed coffee after a long drive from Kent. We had our 2 dogs with us who loved the walking trails and seeing the wildlife (baby deer, rabbits and sheep) We compared the price of renting flint cottage to booking hotel rooms for us all for 2 nights and the cottage was much cheaper for us as a large party. Thank you Jacqueline and Jenny for such a wonderful weekend and will definitely be back in the future xx Don’t hesitate booking this cottage as you will be amazed by its comfort and beauty xx

Kate met us as we pulled up and was very friendly, and gave us some recommendations for pubs and food nearby. The house itself was so rustic and cosy. Everything was clean and tidy, and Kate even left some chocolate and other bits for us when we arrived. Location was spot on, walking distance from a couple of nice pubs and the area is so peaceful and quiet. Me and a couple of friends booked the airbnb as we was playing golf nearby over the bank holiday weekend, and this was absolutely ideal to come back to and spend the evenings. 100% Recommend, very nice place to stay with a lovely host!

Aylsham was a great location to explore the best that north Norfolk has to offer. We enjoyed the coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham and Wells next to the sea (great dog friendly beach) along with the Sunday market in Holt (the 1st Sunday, every month) and visits to Burnham Market and Walsingham. The accommodation was a lovely sanctuary to relax in, and Rebecca's tips for where to go, helped us enjoy a locally sourced wine and seafood in M's bar in the village. The sun shone all weekend and our dog thoroughly enjoyed touring around, we wore him out! We would have no hesitation in recommending Rebecca's place, and would happily return to a beautiful part of England.

Penny is a fabulous host-always responsive to any queries. The house was pristine and so welcoming -exactly like the photos. Lovely touches like fresh milk in the fridge, yummy biscuits, pretty daffodils on the table. The little extras like tea and coffee, basic provisions like oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and a few others. Enough bin bags and cleaning products so I needn’t have brought any with me. Comfy linens, huge towels, fire wood in case we wanted to light a fire, loads of books, toys for children and local information guides and books. I would gladly stay here again as we felt right at home. Thank you so much Penny!

What a wonderful stay at the cottage. it was our first holiday with our daughter and this was the perfect place. she loved exploring the cottage. Caryn was kind enough to set up a travel cot for her to stay in! The cottage is beautiful and there is something to see in every corner! Felt at home instantly.

The house was beautifully furnished, cosy and in a perfect location. The views from the house were stunning. Fiona was always happy to answer any questions and made me feel she took a real interest in our stay. It was truly the perfect holiday. Thank you.

For just the two of us this was a perfect choice for a peaceful ‘away from it all’ holiday break. We had plenty of room to spread out in this beautiful, and extremely well equipped home. Our special thanks to Graham & Jo for having it so well prepared, and for being very helpful with arrival & departure arrangements. This location is already a favourite of ours, with a wide variety of interesting places within a reasonably short distance. We are already looking for dates to go again !

Lovely caravan. Had a great holiday. Could not fault anything. The caravan had everything for our family. The only thing that was missing from the kitchen untensils was a frying pan, as I do a lot of cooking, but I got by without one. It also well worth the money and the hosts gave me all the information i needed.

This property was excellent for seven guests. One guest was wheelchair reliant and with a few accessible aids of our own it was suitable for such guest.The Lodge was well equipped kitchen wise with plenty of pots and cutlery.washing machine and dishwasher within which made it feel like home.Only downside was the road access around the site which was just pebbled and Impossible to push a wheelchair or pushchair.Having said...we had a thoroughly enjoyable week in a first class accommodation.

The Kingfisher house is clean, neat and tidy and suited our needs perfectly. Being opposite the Goat Shed is a very good selling point, with its excellent choice of goods and great food to eat. The location is very central Norfolk, meaning you have plenty of options to visit lots of the Norfolk sights. The use of the pool and tennis courts at the nearby golf resort is an added bonus. Night time is very quiet so we all managed to get some well earned rest.

We had a very pleasant stay. Susan gave every instructions clearly and responded to all our queries clearly and very promptly. The location of the property is very good with a sea view, the beach is just a few minutes walk - so if it is in the middle of summer, you can almost have a private beach. The property is very clean and nicely furnished and equipped. It is just like moving your home to a holiday. We used an indoor swimming pool on the park in the morning that was very refreshing. We will definitely go back when the weather is warmer in the mid summer. Definitely recommend.
