Excellent accommodation over looking the river with a pub/restaurant within 100m. Local walks to exercise or look at the local nature. Ideal accommodation to fit our family in and a great place to relax or travel to local attractions. Emma was great providing us with all the useful information you would otherwise have to research yourself. All the space was spot on and the hot Tub was fantastic to relax in either day or night. Would definitely recommend.

We have just returned from a family weekend and can highly recommend a beautiful property with so much space. Perfect for our family gathering with the dogs. The house was clean with all the amenities you need and Marian was very easy to contact if needed. Marian brought fresh sourdough bread on Saturday morning which was still warm and delicious. There are lovely beaches nearby and plenty of lovely pubs. We will certainly be back 😊

We had a lovely few nights in Amity cottage ,it was clean and comfortable with great access to a couple of shops and the beautiful beach and dunes . It was so peaceful too . A lovely spot for a relaxing and peaceful break ,just wish we’d had time to try the local fish and chip shop . We would be very happy to visit again .

Lee is a great and accommodating host who gave us recommendations, guidebook and flexibility with check in and check out times. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. The house was beautiful, very clean, tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is a jukebox that comes with the house which is great fun. A welcome pack with wine and snacks to welcome you on arrival and menus for local restaurants and takeout. I would highly recommend staying at the coach house. Donna and family.

We had a fantastic long weekend stay at High View House. The house was immaculate and welcoming and just perfect for our family break. Mundesley is in a great location for visiting various locations in Norfolk. Larissa our host, was fantastic when I needed to call her early one morning to help us with something. We’ll be back for sure!

Great weeks stay in New Buckenham. Quirky, comfortable, cosy house with lovely light bright dining area. Easy on street parking. Excellent Sunday lunch at the Kings Head.

Penny is a fabulous host-always responsive to any queries. The house was pristine and so welcoming -exactly like the photos. Lovely touches like fresh milk in the fridge, yummy biscuits, pretty daffodils on the table. The little extras like tea and coffee, basic provisions like oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and a few others. Enough bin bags and cleaning products so I needn’t have brought any with me. Comfy linens, huge towels, fire wood in case we wanted to light a fire, loads of books, toys for children and local information guides and books. I would gladly stay here again as we felt right at home. Thank you so much Penny!

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seagull’s Rest!! The accommodation is beautifully decorated and was clean, tidy and comfortable. As I read with other reviews, we were left a hamper full of goodies (including for our four-legged companion!) and the facilities available for our two young children were of huge convenience and gratefully utilised. The site itself is quiet and well maintained, with a small play park that we enjoyed every day. All the necessary amenities were within walking distance. Nicola stayed in touch on the day of check in to let us know when we could access her place, and was responsive to all my messages. We would love to revisit at some point in the future, thank you!

wonderful little stay amanda and david were great hosts. the area is perfect for a little trip which we had and lots to do for the adults and littles one nice little community feel with the shop and fish n chips being so local and welcoming the chalet itself is lovely and charming, the space is very snug and spread out enough so that you dont feel on top of each other the hosts have a nice information pack which we found very useful. hosts were perfect, let us know we could check in early, and communicated clearly on anything they needed before or after check out very friendly and responsive. will definitely be back David

Alan and Sue were perfect hosts. Place was easy to find, has everything you could possibly need and in a beautiful park.

Wonderful weekend base for sons couple of football games that happened to be in the same area. Incredibly responsive host, and probably the most immaculately clean airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Board games and card games were played and the dvds in the kids bedroom were watched. A wonderful couple of family nights spent away. Highly, highly recommended.

David’s place was lovely. We had an extended stay due to work reasons and David was very accommodating. Kelly was a great co-host and both were always very responsive. Would 100% recommend the place to stay.

The house was beautifully presented. We felt very welcome and this made our family Christmas very special. Use of the spa & having log fires was great and there was enough space for us to either be together or have some time to relax & reflect on our own. Lovely walks at the local beach with the dog. Very comfortable beds and a spotlessly clean house. The whole family loved their stay & I would highly recommend Rebecca as a host and her beautiful home.

Superb location and great accommodation with everything you could need for the stay! The view is fantastic and just a stones throw from the beach. Theres lots to explore locally and we would love to book to stay again soon! Thanks for having us. 😀

One of those places you hate to tell other people about……but it’s so good you have to share 😎 Super peaceful, beautifully appointment, awesome host. Really is a home away from home and well within walking distance of Southwold. A short drive to everywhere else…….. Or just chill in the garden with a glass of something nice and relax with the abundance of birds will happily pay you a visit

Lovely annexe, beautifully decorated and was so clean and cosy! Had everything in it that we needed for a few days away! Our dog also loved it and loved the treats that were kindly left for him. A short walk to a lovely beach that was perfect for the dog, he had the best time as did we! All amenities close by including shops and dog friendly pubs. Walking distance to explore the area and local beaches or a short car ride out to explore some more places nearby. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

A beautiful cottage in the perfect location. 20-30 mins from every major place you could want to go. Cosy and homely with a lovely sunny garden. Private and secure, a real Norfolk countryside stay! We loved our stay, everything we needed was provided and Scott gave us all the information we needed to allow easy check in. We can’t wait to come back again, hopefully for longer next time. My second visit here, we had a different caravan than the last time but it was clean and still very private. I couldn’t recommend Carlea and the properties she offers enough!

Fab little spot for us for a few days. Fenced in garden was good to let the dog out quickly, garden also had a light sensor in the eve/solar lights. Adjacent to a lovely big field and short walk right to the beach. Lots of good family games provided. All the bits we needed in the kitchen to cook with. Everything was easy to operate. Great heaters to take off any chill. Lisa provided lots of info and was quick to respond to any queries.

cobweb cottage was cozy and well equipped. The bedding was great and very comfortable. The space was perfect for everyone to gather in, but also the annexes allowed everyone to have enough privacy. The local pub is highly recommended we had a great meal there as a group and they couldn't have been more accommodating! Everyone in the group commented on how cute the property was. A couple of the properties quirks are covered in the welcome book and are clearly labelled, we had a slight issue with the boiler on check in but Joe showed us how to work around it so wasn't an issue. The Internet wasn't working on check out but we didn't need it so wasn't a huge issue. All in all a great stay!

Great from beginning to end. Very responsive. Place was perfect, comfy beds, amazing shower, well stocked kitchen. Fantastic sun trap garden with chairs and sofa.
