Staying with Phyllis was exactly what I was looking for! It was private, quiet and clean. The location was perfect for sight seeing, in between two larger centres if you wanted to be in town. Phyllis and her family, even Piper the dog were very friendly and kind! At Phylis’s you will get the feeling that you’re home! I look forward to my next stay!!

Good Spirit Lakefront Cabin with private beach

We had such an awesome time! The lake was warm and shallow for such a great distance that my four kids could swim at their leisure and I was still able to have fun myself. Peter was an incredible host, super responsive and helpful but gave us our space. He let us use his paddle boards and floating dock which the kids loved! Bedrooms were simple and clean and had enough space for 6 of us to be comfortable. Firepit was a big hit and having the wood and axe there to use was perfect! The nights were so warm that we didn’t even need to bundle up. Park and concession within a 5 minute walk was an awesome perk and Peter’s book explaining all the local places was extremely helpful. This felt like staying at a family cabin, comfortable and safe. We definitely want to go back again!

A very responsive host. She has information posted around her gouse for local restaurants, things to do in Yorkton and more useful information. A well laid out house with nice and cozy rooms. Will definitely be booking this gem of a house again.

Our crew of two stayed in Carol’s place for almost two months. The house and location worked perfect for us. Carol was a great communicator and even invited our crew to a local community function which was great. We would happily stay at Carol’s place again and recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Brooks was very quick with responses and so helpful! The cabin was perfect for our stay! It was sparkling clean and well stocked. The back outside area has a nice seating area around a fire pit and backs onto a beautiful wooded area. It’s a lovely, quiet place to stay.

Hosts were great with communication, they provided me with all the information I needed and even though there was no cell service we had no issues with the wifi including watching live sports games. Beautiful spot and cabin, would stay again!

Was very good; had all the amenities described. Will most likely stay again in the near future. It was good until it got -31 with windchill then it was a bit cold on the feet even with socks but the heater worked well.

We enjoyed our stay at Corey's. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the extra blankets, pillows, and the ample amount of linens provided in the bathroom. I would also like to thank you for using non-scented laundry soap. This is a HUGE win for me when booking an AirBnb! We would stay here again. Thanks Corey!

Really appreciated spending Xmas there with my family. Main floor bedroom and bath perfect for not so mobile people. Lovely home in the dead of winter with some interesting stairs to 2nd level large master. Garage parking in winter was a huge bonus! Riley was very responsive! Would stay again :)

Out of all the airbnb’s I stayed at this is my top 1. Corey’s airbnb is top tier, so beautiful and modern. It's in the heart of Yorkton downtown, super great location. I highly recommend. I can't believe a airbnb like this exists in Yorkton. I am so grateful I found this gem. Corey is very helpful. I will definitely be back.
