The stay was very relaxing. We purchased the use of the hot tub which was nice. The host was very responsive and friendly. The host provided fishing poles and we stayed a couple of hours down by the lake, but please be careful the travel was alittle steep. Other than that the pictures and amenities were as posted.

We stayed here for the eclipse. It was a really nice space, clean, and had a lot of beds. The hosts were super responsive to all our needs. They even left us eclipse glasses, Moonpies, Sun Chips, and Eclipse gum, which was very thoughtful. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay near Lake Travis.

I couldn’t recommend this place more highly. The grounds were gorgeous. The staff were incredible and accommodating. The facilities were all brand new and the cabin was perfect. We had an amazing time. We’ll be back with the rest of the family. Great way to visit Fredericksburg yet stay in nature

If you want to see the stars at night, the prairie sky, or just hear the coyotes wail Deep In The Heart of Texas… THIS beautifully redone “Tiny Cabin” is the perfect choice for a couple’s get-away! A beautiful place to eat on the porch, as well as inside, it had a fully equipped kitchen, great bathroom, and super comfortable bed!The hot tub, is an absolute perfect addition to the cabin. My experience while enjoying this picturesque and tranquil getaway was stellar. When I say that, I mean everyone from the Host to the wonderful lady who came to clean, we’re all absolute gems! But my hat goes off to the maintenance master, Ayron! If you could personify Marble Falls, and how friendly and welcoming the area is, he is the man to do it. Helped me out so much I won’t even try to explain. Bottom line, this was as good of an AirBnB experience as you could possibly have! The place, the people, the price, all perfect! Go enjoy this gem if ya get the chance!!

Karen thought of EVERYTHING! From bath robes, to shower shoes, to games for the kids, to food for the animals and even homemade cookies when he walked in. The place was beautiful, quiet, homey and comfortable. She was in frequent contact with us, even sending a message about the heater as it got cold at night. Her husband, John met us at the door and pointed out little things about the place. It was so peaceful and quiet. We saw many, many animals! We loved this place and will be back! Thank you, Karen and John, for an amazing stay!

We spent Christmas at Brooke’s place and she thought of everything. The lake, water toys and beautiful sunsets were a hit with everyone. Everything was as described and ready for us! Would definitely recommend. Thank you🎄

This place was very relaxing and peaceful. The view is amazing. We were disappointed that the hot tub had heating issues but the staff did send out maintenance to fix it but it never heated up to 104 to use, but worth the stay. Mesquite Cabin #2

Wonderful place. Super clean and beautiful as advertised. TJ and Nadine were very responsive. My family of 5 had a wonderful time. Rented a golf cart, spent time at the beach club and even took in a few of the nearby trails. We will likely be going back next year.

Thank you for providing this off-the-grid carefree experience that allowed me to hike the local trails, photograph some amazing reptiles against the beautiful Texas hill country and just get away from it all for a bit! Excellent space for 1 to 2 people to get out into nature while still having the security of a gated neighborhood and modern amenities! Definitely recommend!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here from start to finish. The cabin was clean and had everything that we needed. It was a nice country atmosphere with a great view of enchanted rock from our porch. The deer and cows that came to the fence were adorable. Enchanted rock is right up the road, so this is a nice place to stay if you are planning to hike around there. We drove into Fredericksburg a couple of times to eat which was about a 30 minute drive, but it was doable and a beautiful drive. We plan a trip there again some day for a peaceful getaway.

I adored my stay, and would definitely recommend. It’s a very peaceful cabin, with a sense of home in the walls. I needed an escape from the city, & this was perfect! I loved that the cabin was pet friendly, with a perfect area for my lab. & The mattress!!! -the best sleep i have gotten in a while. I’d definitely stay again!

My friends and I went here for a girls night, and it was the perfect getaway. The cabin was a touch hot, luckily I had an extra fan in my car that we were able to use to help cool it down some!

A beautiful piece of the hill country! The home was impeccable, decorated, comfortable, and hot everything you need for a wonderful stay. The surroundings and amenities were excellent. We had an easy access to other parts of Lake Travis and very reasonable drive into downtown Austin. If you're looking for a nice getaway to the hill country and Lake Travis, this home will not disappoint Ann is an excellent host. The instructions were clear, communication was prompt. We really enjoyed our stay.!

The cabin was amazing! Exactly what we were looking for. We were about 20 minutes from all the events we had planned in north Austin area. Horses are on site and friendly. Deer walked past the cabin multiple times. Very dog friendly! Our hosts responded to us immediately every time we had a question.

My wife, two kids, and I had a fantastic stay at this 3-bedroom, 1-bath Airbnb. The house was clean, cozy, and perfectly suited for our family. One of the highlights was definitely the view out the back window—we loved seeing the longhorn cows grazing, which was such a unique and fun experience for the kids! The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free, making our trip that much more enjoyable. The location was peaceful and quiet, offering a great place to relax while still being close enough to everything we needed. We highly recommend this place for families or anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a bit of rustic charm.

WOW!!! This place is so cool!! It is exactly as described! We throughly enjoyed ourselves!!!! There aren't too many bad reviews but the ones there are crack me up! Yes, it is a lake house, pretty much right on the water... There will be spiders out on the decks! The water level is not always the same but definitely fishable, kayakable, swimable and beautiful!!! There are A LOT of steps inside and out! It is build on the side of a hill... also should be expected!! And yes there may be a loose rock or two here and there! This place has everything you could need as far as kitchen supplies and bathroom supplies! The fact they supply so many kayaks is soooo awesome! 👏 The weather was so perfect this weekend we didn't even use the ac units, just had the windows cracked and it was so comfortable! Love that our mini dachshund was welcome and he had a blast on the kayak!!!! We will return and bring friends to enjoy it with! :)

If I could award additional stars to Cory's place I'd do it. One of the best equipped AirBnB's I've stayed in. Pleanty of bedding, comfortable furnishings, unbelievable wildlife viewing from the front porch looking out over a meadow with a feeder. Mostly though, it was the host family that made this so memorable. We had several requests to accomodate our family Thanksgiving, and everything we asked for seemed like was not a problem, was addressed immediately. I would absolutely recommend everyone who wants a sublime weekend, or longer away from their stressful lives should go see Corey and her family. PS. Bring binoculars, and a camera, and a fishing pole. You'll be glad you did.

Todd was great with communication and hospitality. Cabins were amazing and clean. Perfect location regarding restaurants and beautiful lake LBJ. Highly recommend!

this spot is amazing and perfect for anyone looking to go glamping near Colorado Bend SP. the park is about 13 minutes straight down the street from Bret's location, has private rooms, a shared private bathroom with hot water, and has a heater or AC as needed. The private rooms are connected to an outdoor beer garden, which is also connected to an indoor dance floor/bar where they had live music playing. There were several visitors and everyone was super friendly. I would certainly come back again!
