Beautiful location with great views while sitting by fire pit or even from inside house. Split level allows for some alternative sleeping arrangements which worked great for us. A home away from home for our 2024 family Christmas! We came together from Florida, Georgia, and Montana to see and celebrate with our newly transplanted Rhode Island family and Kenneth’s home was perfect for us! Kenneth was very responsive and very kind; flexible, too. He went out of his way on more than one occasion to help. There was plenty of room for everyone. We even cooked Christmas dinner in the kitchen! The quiet upstairs was ideal for our infant granddaughter at nap time. The location could not have been more perfect for our purposes.

Darryl was very accommodating, and was very communicative before and during our stay. I would recommend staying here, and would stay here again myself!

We really enjoyed our stay at John’s place. The place has everything you will need for a relaxing stay including a well equipped kitchen. It was just two of us with our dogs but the house can comfortably host a family. There are plenty of beds and room for everyone to enjoy their stay. The closest beach is a 5 min drive and we enjoyed walking to the pond that’s at the end of the road. The location is quiet and private. Our dogs had a fantastic time too. We will save John’s place for future stays!

The place was great and very centrally located! Perfect for my short stay in Newport! It was a little small if you have more than 2 people, but for the price was great. Would definitely stay here again :)

We enjoyed our stay at Brandon’s place ! From the goodies he left us to all the local recommendations and check-in’s to make sure we were okay or if we needed anything, Brandon really goes out of his way to make sure his guests have an enjoyable experience. The apartment itself is soooo close to shops and restaurants and the Mansions and the bed was soooo comfortable ! Would definitely come back in the warmer weather months to check out Newport in a different light and stay at Brandon’s again!

We loved Paul's place as it was very accessible to Thames street. Plus it was able to accomodate my big family. It was also nice that there is parking space available as it is difficult to find a parking in Newport. Paul responded very quickly too when we encountered a power outlet issue in one of the bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and had made my family's first trip to Newport a great one. Thank YOU!

Matt was an awesome host! He was super friendly and quick to respond. The home was very clean and spacious. We felt really relaxed there. The location was perfect for exploring Newport. This property was the perfect size for my husband and me. Very clean and had all the basics needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was amazing - steps from Thames Street. Troy was extremely responsive, especially when I left a few items behind and had to coordinate with him to get them back.

Great space, close walk to all the places we needed to go. Loved the open layout of the kitchen and living room areas, awesome to lounge around during our downtimes. Bathrooms fit our needs and beds were comfortable. Nice and thoughtful amenities such as the Dove body soap and toothpaste. TV cable was much appreciated as well as the electric piano! Thanks for a great stay, would book again.
