We stayed for two weeks and found Elisabeth as warm and helpful host. The apartment in the basement was as described, all pictures were as in reality. There was always good communication with the host. Also with the other inhabitants, as the host's mother and her daughter. We could use the garden whenever we wanted. We recommend this place for everyone who wants to stay close to Gothenburg's city but not directly in the middle of the busy city. By tram, the city centre is easily reachable, within approx. 20 minutes. Car parking is easy at Elisabeth's place. Shopping and eating possibilities are given by a footwalk's distance. The neighbourhood is quite and relaxing. We thank Elisabeth for making our stay very comfortable and would book again if the occasion arises.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Apartment gefühlt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten waren gemütlich. Sehr ruhige Lage. Mein Highlight war die Sauna.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum für alle, die ein gemütliches Urlaubs-Zuhause in Schweden suchen. Sie ist mit dem Zug aus Göteborg innerhalb von 10 Minuten und einem kleinen Spaziergang durch ein idyllisches Wohngebiet zu erreichen. Vor Ort hat man alles, was man braucht. Katja und ihr Mann sind sehr herzlich. Bei unserer Ankunft haben sie uns am Bahnhof abgeholt und waren auch sonst immer gut zu erreichen. Toller Pool und Spa-Bereich. Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder! :)

Very nice host, the appartement was walking distance to a bus stop with easy acces to Gothenburg, with lots to do. The stay was great, Pontus even got extra toys for our kids and they could play on there trampoline.

Ett väldigt trevligt boende med alla bekvämligheter. Trevlig uteplats med fin utsikt över fårhage och sjö. Enkelt att ta sig till Göteborg och trevlig kommunikation med värdarna.

This place was absolutely beautiful! The exposed rock throughout the building made it feel cave-like and was like nowhere I’d ever stayed before- definitely unique! There was a misunderstanding with the booking on both parts but Eric was very understanding and quickly sorted it. Eric was very helpful with things to do. We took a walk to the nearby beech and saw the most amazing sun set! Transport links were excellent with the bus stop a short walk from the property. We did have to go up and down a very steep stairway to get to it which was fine for us but others may struggle. As the rental property is underneath the house where the host lives, we could hear people walking around above us and the dog barking. Although this wasn’t excessive, it did make think, if we can hear them, maybe they can hear us too and therefore felt a little restricted. I would still recommend this place and overall, we had an amazing time at the rock! Thank you for your hospitality.

It was a clean, quiet pleasant place to stay with a supermarket nearby and easy access to tram stops into and around the city. The flat had everything we needed for a short stay holiday.

A fantastic home and host. The apartment was clean, tidy, and cozy. It had all the necessary appliances, bedding, and kitchen essentials. Jakob was very friendly and pleasant to communicate with—an excellent host. The surroundings were picturesque and quiet, making it a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely return to this lovely home! :)

The house is nicely decorated, clean, and perfect for families with children. There is a big playground in the community, which offers various outdoor activities. The supermarket is 5 minutes walk from the house, and city center is only 10-15 minutes by car. Seaside and beaches are about 10 minutes walk. It was lovely to stay in this house for our visit with local friends.

Das Ferienhaus von Magnus war uns für die paar wenigen Tage wirklich ein schönes Zuhause. Die Ausstattung, vor allem in der Küche ist wirklich toll. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist fantastisch und die Anbindung an Göteborg, ist durch die schnelle und kostenlose Fähre auch gar kein Problem. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für alle, die sich Göteborg und Umgebung anschauen wollen, aber eine friedliche Wohnung an der Küste haben wollen. Wir würden wirklich jederzeit wieder kommen.

Absolutt verdt pengene! Stedet er romslig og det er plass til mange, eneste nedturen var at vi måtte vaske og rengjøre en del før utsjekk. Ellers veldig greit!

Denne leiligheten var veldig fin, innbydende og skinnende ren. Den ligger i et rolig boligområde, med en stor og fin hage. Upåklagelig kommunikasjon med vertene som tok godt imot oss da vi kom, og de var alltid tilgjengelig for spørsmål dersom det skulle være noe. Det er gratis gateparkering like utenfor huset. Anbefaler absolutt denne leiligheten til andre.

Great Place! Close to the water and tram. Martin responded very quickly after we had some issues with the lock and code getting into the house

Flott opphold i veldig flott bolig. Verten var veldig hyggelig og kom alltid med raske tilbakemeldinger. Gode anbefalinger kom hun også med vedr transport fra boligen til byen. Vi hadde et flott opphold her og vil absolutt anbefale denne boligen til andre med behov for 2-3 soverom.

Leider waren wir viel zu kurz in Kullavik. Jakob und Asa bieten eine ideale Unterkunft für eine Familie: reichlich Platz, sehr sauber, super ausgestattet, angenehme Wohnatmosphäre. Der Garten und die Terrasse mit Whirlpool bieten Komfort und Erholung. Die Lage ist großartig. Sehr nah zur Küste, um ins Meer zu springen oder für einen fantastischen Blick auf die felsige Küste. Infrastruktur vor Ort. Der Fahrtweg nach Göteborg ist ebenfalls sehr kurz und einen Ausflug wert. Alle Anweisungen und Empfehlungen für den Aufanthalt waren klar verständlich auf deutsch beschrieben und sehr hilfreich. Jakob war äußerst freundlich und kurzfristig erreichbar bei Fragen oder für Absprachen. Vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und neue Eindrücke einer weiteren sehr schönen Region in Schweden gewonnen.

lovely spacious open plan apartment. Well equipped. Was an excellent location for Slottskogan park (we were in Gothenburg for the World Masters Athletics). Jin was a good host - very responsive and helpful. Taxi driver couldn't find the apartment initially - easier to direct them to the church which is virtually next to the apartment. Good stay

Vi hadde noen flotte dager i leiligheten til Jonas! En ren og pen leilighet med fin planløsning. Vi var 2 voksne og 3 barn og hadde god plass! Super beliggenhet i rolig område! Fine turmuligheter i nærheten. Kort vei til trikken, som tar ca 10 minutter til Liseberg og 15 minutter til Centrum! Vi storkoste oss og skulle gjerne blitt lenger! Vi velger gjerne denne leiligheten igjen ved neste anledning. Fint informasjonshefte ved ankomst! God kommunikasjon og svært vennlig vert! Anbefales! Tusen takk for oss :-)

El trato de Aslak y su familia fue fantástico y acogedor. Nos indicaron sitios a visitar y se preocuparon que estuviese todo bien. El apartamento ideal, acogedor, con una buena terraza y buenas vistas. Sitio tranquilo para descansar, alejado del ruido y por otro lado cerca del centro de Goteborg, a 10 min tanto en coche como en autobus

Veldig koselig leilighet, og enkelt å komme seg til sentrum! Emma var veldig hjelpsom og hyggelig, kommer gjerne tilbake

We were a group of four people staying in Jannikes apartment for one night. We had a great stay. Super cozy apartment. Very convenient location as we were going to a concert at Ullevi and also walking distance into town. Jannike made our stay perfect. Very good communication before and during the stay. Recommended if you are going to Gothenburg!

They are very warmhearted, sweet and flexible people who always helped us very quickly when we needed anything. The photos are accurate. The apartment was very good even for a longer stay. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, they also provided bath gel, shampoo, washing powder and cleaning stuff. The apartmant had more sunlight in than we'd expected in November. We would definitely go back again.

Great stay in a beautiful part of Sweden. Host was very thoughtful and let us use their sauna and even left some sauna beers for us to enjoy! There are horses at the property and the host let us say hello to them in the barn. Great wood burning fire place. Very good kitchen. Nicely furnished apartment with everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Would recommend.
