Gothic Quarter, Ciutat Vella : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Our stay was absolutely perfect—everything we could have hoped for in a weekend getaway! The location was pretty central to everything we wanted to see, making it incredibly easy to walk everywhere we needed to go. Inside, the space was just as great. The living room was very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The bedroom was cozy, and we really appreciated having space to hang our clothes and settle in—it truly felt like home. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Villa war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und empfang uns herzlich. Wir konnten nach Absprache sogar früher einchecken und später auschecken. Wir waren nicht ortskundig. - Requesens war stets erreichbar und konnte uns tolle Tipps geben. Die Lage ist einfach top. - Man ist schnell mit dem Auto/Zug in Barcelona, aber auch in 10min fussläufig am Strand. Absolut empfehlenswert! Nochmals danke an die Gastgeberin.

Excelente departamento completamente equipado, con una cocina amplia y un área de lavado espacioso. Las habitaciones con aire acondicionado, iluminadas y de buen tamaño, muy tranquilo y seguro el barrio pero lo mejor es lo cerca que está de la playa con muy buenos restaurantes. Francesc un anfitrión de primera. Conocíamos Barcelona de otras visitas pero en esta ocasión la renta de este departamento hizo la diferencia a nuestras vacaciones por lo confortable y la hermosa playa que tiene enfrente.

Everything was perfect. Host is beyond all expectations- friendly, responsive, even offered a possibility (as there was one) to check out later, as we had late flight. Appartment super clean and in great location- close to metro station, stores and etc. Highly reccomend, especially to the those, who cares about privacy and safety- appartment has two separate bedrooms and is located in super safe area. 5 stars, no doubt!

Great location, right across from the beach. It's also less than a five-minute walk to plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and a dog park. Very convenient for large families. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.

The apartment was just as shown in the photos, really clean and spotless. Beautiful place which is only minutes from the beach and a short train ride into the centre of Barcelona. The apartment block is really quiet and peaceful. The WiFi was excellent and the host Oscar was very friendly and most helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Świetna lokalizacja, apartament położony blisko plaży i bardzo dobrze skomunikowany z Barceloną. Przy mieszkaniu znajdują się sklep i restauracja. Wszystko wyglądało jak na zdjęciach. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, który był przyjazny i pomocny.

A truly beautiful place to stay - an idyllic location, with glorious views and hiking trails to explore. The villa is spacious, spotless and has all the amenities you need. The hosts were friendly, incredibly helpful and responsive. I can't recommend this place enough, I only wish we were able to stay for longer.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need plus more. Metro is close by so makes it easy to get around the city. Would highly recommend

Piso acogedor, la verdad que estaba todo muy nuevo, cocina, horno, estaba impecable, decorado con muy buen gusto, nos sentimos como en casa

Unterkunft top, aufgrund der Lage jedoch viele Kilometer zu Fuß gehen oder mit Uber fahren müssen, um an interessante Orte zu kommen.

El alojamiento está genial. Zona muy céntrica con todo tipo de locales alrededor. La casa en sí está en una zona muy tranquila y con intimidad. Fácil aparcamiento. La casa está genial, todo muy limpio y tal cual se veía en las fotos. Sin duda repetiré.

Apartment ist exactly like shown in the pictures, except the fisheye perspective makes it look a little bigger, but not outstandingly so. The neighborhood is quiet in the evenings (we were a little unfortunate to have some neighbours in the apartment above us who liked to party until the early hours of the morning, and that's NOT the host's fault but just bad luck) but feels safe at all times. Supermarket is in like, 2 mins walking distance, with a good variety of everything you need on a daily basis We were a party of 3, one of us being impaired when it comes to walking, so the small distance to 2 metro stations was very convenient to us. Brick is a great host,reacting super fast (especially when I set off the doors' alarm by mistake-he turned it off remotely,even before I reached out to him completely rattled, thanks so much for this!),always available and with good hints and advice. Definitely recommended!

Insgesamt sehr zufrieden!

Das ganze Gebäude ist neu und modern. Vermutlich waren wir sogar die ersten Gäste in dem Zimmer, da die ganze Ausstattung und die Einrichtung fabrikneu aussahen. Die Wände sind etwa hellhörig, daher wäre ein paar Ohrstöpsel empfehlenswert. Das Personal war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Nicht zu vergessen ist auch die Dachterrasse mit dem schönen Ausblick über die Stadt und die Nähe des Strandes (bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Insgesamt - sehr gerne wieder! Achtung! Nur Studenten, Doktoranden und Azubis dürfen die Unterkunft buchen. Es gilt aber nicht unbedingt für ihre Begleitung ;)
