We stayed here for three nights as a family of four (two teenagers). Great location, central, vibrant, and very close to the Stade Olímpico in case you want to watch Barca (as we did). The apartment is clean and well set up, just as described. Considering the prices of accommodation in the city, it is very good value. Strongly recommended.

Ein sehr schönes und angenehmes Apartment

Wir haben die Wohnung zu dritt bewohnt und waren super zufrieden. Xavier hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben und war immer für uns erreichbar. Die Lage ist mehr als praktisch - mitten im gotischen Viertel nur wenige Minuten zur Metro sowie zu unzähligen Restaurants, Bars und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Küche ist praktisch eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem, das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich und das Bad tipptopp! Insgesamt ist die Wohnung wunderschön, komfortabel und sauber - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten auf jeden Fall sehr gern wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Ort im Herzen Barcelonas!

El departamento de Manuel es increíble, con un metro justo en la parte de abajo y una tienda en la parte de enfrente. Muy cerca del Paseo de Gracia y también de la Sagrada Familia. El departamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar como en casa y Manuel es un gran anfitrión ¡¡¡¡

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Barcelone chez Mònica. Les lits étaient super confortables. L'appartement est bien situé, tout près du métro Poble Sec. Plusieurs épiceries, restaurants et cafés sont proches. L'édifice est relativement tranquille: bien qu'on entende les voisins le soir, après une certaine heure, tout est tranquille. Nous avions accès à des petites chaufferettes pour réchauffer l'appartement lorsque nécessaire. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié l'accès à une laveuse pour la semaine.

El anfitrión se comportó muy bien con todas nuestras solicitudes, nos atendió de manera inmediata. Fue muy flexible con nuestras necesidades. Aceptó diligentemente nuestras dos solicitudes de modificación de la reserva, sin ningún inconveniente, lo cual apreciamos infinitamente. Igualmente, estuvo pendiente porque checkout fuera lo más conveniente para nosotros. Recomendamos ampliamente el alojamiento, y a nuestro anfitrión Uri. No tenemos ninguna observación negativa.

Très belle maison pour 3 familles, beaucoup d'espace. A côté du métro pour une visite de Barcelone sans problème. il y a un garage pour une voiture, mais on peut trouver des places gratuites facilement à quelques minutes de marche.

We had a delightful time staying in Miguel and Joana’s home in Badalona. It’s an easy walk to shops, restaurants, the beach and city train. We hopped all over Barcelona and enjoyed staying a little out of the way. The apartment has bean completely remodeled and is spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. We had everything we needed to cook and make coffee including plenty of child-friendly dishes. The beds were very comfortable and I cannot stop thinking about the blackout shades! The neighborhood is very quiet other than the charming church bells and we slept like the dead. We had a perfect stay in Barcelona thanks in part to a warm welcome from Miguel and Joana. Would recommend for anyone looking to explore Barcelona from a home base a little outside of the hustle and bustle of the city center with all the convenience and amenities you need.

Todo muy bien, pasamos una buena Navidad en familia. La casa tiene unas vistas estupendas y una terraza-patio muy grande con muchas plantas. Cuando tuvimos alguna duda Maribel nos respondió enseguida. Un buen sitio para pasar unos días

Silvia was a very gracious host. Prior to our arrival, she set-up an area for our 8-month old which was incredible thoughtful. She also checked-in with us the following morning to ensure we had settled in okay. The restaurant recommendations she provided were very helpful and gave us good, local options for the day we arrived. Her place feels like a little escape after a day in the city. It is eclectic with a feeling of warmness and intrigue. The outside patio area was an added benefit and a good place to enjoy a morning coffee before starting the day. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Patio was very private and relaxing. Views were great. Very comfortable unit, stylishly decorated and kitchen was well appointed. Neighborhood felt very safe.

What a find! My husband and I stayed here with our family (7 adults). The house was super clean and well-maintained and the roof deck was amazing… it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring Barcelona! A parking spot in a secure underground garage about 5 min away was included, which was amazing! The beach is about a 3-4 minute walk, but despite being so close to a touristy area, Barceloneta has retained its authenticity. It is mostly residential with countless restaurants/bars, mostly family-owned and operated with exceptional food. The El Born neighborhood is about a 10 minute walk away, and the Gothic Quarter is about a 20 min walk, and public transportation is also easily accessible. Our hosts, Verónica and Albert, were wonderful and extremely responsive. I highly recommend staying here, though it is not ideal for people with mobility issues (as the hosts say in the description). The stairs from the 2nd to 3rd floor are narrow and steep. We will stay again!

The apartment was just as shown in the photos, really clean and spotless. Beautiful place which is only minutes from the beach and a short train ride into the centre of Barcelona. The apartment block is really quiet and peaceful. The WiFi was excellent and the host Oscar was very friendly and most helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Perfectly situated near the airport. Has plenty of bedrooms and beds. One thing to know is you need the Ring app and Nuki app to even get into the bnb. Host is very good at communicating through Whats app. The host also leaves voice notes if you’re not use to hearing that. Overall very clean, quite, and worth the time and money

Rauhallinen talo ja kivalla paikalla. Täydellinen perheille. Taxin sai suoraan lennosta talon edestä ja rantaan 5 minuutin matka. Kaikki meni varauksessa hyvin.

The apartment is super nice and modern, on a really amazing location close to metro and the beach. It is perfect for two couples and the host was very kind.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Proche du métro et du rodalies, nous avons pu découvrir la ville de Barcelone comme nous l’avions prévu. En revanche, les rues sont assez bruyantes la nuit ce qui peu déranger certaines personnes ayant besoin de plus de tranquillité :) Appartement très bien équipé, cuisine, salle de bain, chambre séparée, télévision connectée, parfait ! Nous recommandons ☺️

il soggiorno da Marc è stato ottimo! eravamo un gruppo di amici e coppie e la distribuzione degli spazi era ottima compresa la comodità dei due bagni. Un paio di materassi forse da pensare di cambiare insieme ad un altro paio di rubinetterie nei bagni ma nel complesso nessun problema. alloggio consigliato

Luis is a great host! He greeted us personally and walked through the apartment with us himself. The apartment is in a very good and central neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants. The neighbors are all friendly and nice to us. I was with my mother and children, we felt very safe walking around even during night time. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. We were very comfortable during our stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
