This was a wonderful place to stay and explore. The garden was absolutely wonderful and much appreciated by all guests of two and four legs. Wonderfully clean, bright and spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for the stay. We will definitely be back!

I so totally have to shout out about Andy & his place. You can see why Andy has the Super Host designation. Every single little thing about this gentleman & his property is super. This was last min, late at night, a mess. But Andy was super responsive and just totally flexible, helpful, and kind. His check in directions and instructions are world class, detailled and superb. Others should take note. The property is in the heart of the City, the centre, but the location - riverside - it was so quiet & peaceful. Everything here is done to its best and there are just little additional touches that are second to none, from little nibbles, chargers & cables - even fab placed lighting (turn on the one behind the sofa!). It's spacious over 2 floors & 2 baths, well appointed & maintained, but with thought and care. Take note, don't miss this place, or Andy - who I thank wholeheartedly for everything & apologise to for my late night messages & tardy check out. I'll be back, if I can get in!

The host was great and let us check-in early. We had two small children and they offered us a high chair, cot and baby before the booking, which was very thoughtful. The host met us at the location for an in person check-in and baked fresh cookies to welcome us. Such amazing hospitality and warmth. Always responsive to messages. Would definitely stay here again. I wish I could have stayed in the annexe longer. I loved this clutter-free, light and airy space that has been stylishly furnished and decorated with great attention to detail. I wanted a peaceful place to stay and the annexe had everything I needed: comfy bed, excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities, plus the bonus of parking. It was a real pleasure to sit looking out on the sunny patio and the garden, listening to the birds singing: the annexe was surprisingly quiet and private. Brian was excellent at communicating throughout and was very responsive and helpful and very accommodating (!) of my need to change the date of booking a few times. Highly recommend.

Tim's place is lovely very close to rye town centre and the parking space is next to the fish market and food bar.The bed was comfortable and loads of hot water in a well fitted shower room.Steps to bedrooms are very steep ,but we managed fine.Its a cottage so limited storage but enough for a short stay.Have already recommended to others and would definitely book again.

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

We had a lovely relaxing stay here. It felt like a really cozy home with the added benefit of the hot tub as well. Lovely walks on the door step and walkable to a few different pubs for drinks and/or dinner. Fully equipped kitchen was handy too. Easy to find and good parking. Megan was also very responsive.

Great location, not too far from the centre. Walkable or a quick taxi ride. Secluded quiet street either plenty to do in the area. Joanne was responsive and friendly and has a lovely place. Great place for a Brighton stay

The place is great - very clean, airy and with all the amenities needed. It is situated a bit further from historical centre (Pantiles), in more residential area with loads of nice (and not touristy) restaurants/coffee shops/pubs to choose from. It is also just right next to the park. Dominic was very responsive and accommodating host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pristine place, literally couldn't find a spot of dirt anywhere. David was very friendly. We had a lovely time in Brighton - the flat is easily walkable to town, lovely little coffee shop opposite (with amazing coffee!). Seaside only a 5 min (or less) walk. Would love to stay here again. A very minor point, but the window in the front bedroom is an original so you can hear street noise, but it didn't affect our stay. Thank you David!

The outside of the building was not enticing however inside the apartment was immaculate and beautifully maintained, making for really comfortable stay. The apartment was really well equipped so you don't need to bring anything else. The highlight was the stunning views over the seas from the picture window and the location was perfect for easy access to the beach and Old Hasting.

I would highly recommend Siobhan's place for a stay in Brighton. The apartment is in a brilliant location, minutes from Kemptown shops/cafes and less than a 20 min walk into the main centre of Brighton. The place is clean, spacious and has everything you'd need for a short stay. The bed is also very comfortable. Siobhan kept in regular contact and made everything as easy as possible.

This is a lovely peaceful place to stay with the beach just seconds from the Annexe. The place was spotlessly clean with everything needed for a short stay. David is really friendly and has great local knowledge. Although it is quiet we easily walked to the local pub one night, just a 25 minute walk and there is plenty to do just a short drive away in either direction. We would highly recommend for some peaceful fresh sea air.

Patrick's place is very well located between the old and new towns and only 10 minutes' walk from the train station. Climbing the hill to get there is more than worth it. Beautifully presented flat equipped with everything you need. Very quiet and with comfortable beds. Great views to the sea and pier from the front, and the tiered rear garden backing onto the rock wall beneath the castle is quite special and means you are not overlooked either side. Patrick was a very friendly and helpful host. We liked it so much we stayed an extra night!
