Fantastic spot, the neighborhood was beautiful! House was great, with pool and hot tub. What helped the most was the hosts were responsive and flexible. When the code to get in wouldn’t work, they tried to get it resolved quickly. Hot tub problems? Over in less than an hour to fix it. I do wish some of the cleaning supplies were available - like a vacuum. But that’s about the only thing I would change.

A great place to stay! Very responsive host and a wonderful place. Super clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Pensacola area!

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb and I couldn't be happier. Tammy was a wonderful host. Whenever I had a question she was prompt to respond and made the whole process easy and relaxing. The property is beautiful and the pool was just what I needed. Everything was around a 20 minute drive. The area was quiet and clean. An overall wonderful experience and I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

Joshua's house was a very nicely laid out house that we were able to sleep 8 people in without issue. The pool was a nice space that the kids loved to swim in. We had a couple of details that we brought to Joshua's attention and he quickly addressed them. Anything we needed from Joshua was quickly addressed via messages through the Airbnb app. The kitchen had a nice amount of space which we felt allowed us to feel like we weren't crowded. The cooking spaces was helpful to save a little on eating out for every meal. Laundry was available on site which meant we were able to pack lighter for our week stay. There was construction next door but we hardly noticed it because of the fence surrounding the property. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was gorgeous and comfortable! The beds were great which is what we look for. The private pool was incredible! The hosts, David and Tracy were wonderful!

My family and I were in town for a wedding and Yulias place was amazing and beautiful it was, just as described also the perfect location 10 min from the beach, the home was clean and everything was in place we felt very at home would definitely come back and stay if ever in the area again.

This location was perfect! The property was beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. Anthony was extremely responsive and very friendly! My family loved the private pool and the proximity of the house to restaurants and stores.

We booked a last minute visit to Pensacola to see our daughter and we were happy to find this place in such short notice. It’s a cute house and had everything we needed for a few days. They even had some beach gear for use too.

Quaint, roomy & comfortable. The location was perfect. It was close to relatives we were visiting, shopping & restaurants. Quiet area without traffic noise. Ceiling fans in all the rooms. The back deck was alive with birdsong! Would definitely stay again.

Great place nearly on the beach and quickly walkable to all the bars and restaurants. Clean, well-appointed, spacious. Loved the massage recliner in the living room.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Pensacola! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short drive to the beach and close to everything we needed. The house was comfortable, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing trip. We especially appreciated the beach umbrella, chairs, towels and toys, which made our beach days even more enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, which gave us extra peace of mind. On top of that, the host was kind enough to extend our checkout to 1 PM at no extra charge, which gave us a little more time to enjoy our final morning. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a great beach getaway!

Our group of eight felt comfortable in the house. The kitchen is spacious and there were enough bedrooms for everyone to sleep comfortably. Emma was quick to respond and was helpful. The location of the house was great because you are near several food places, grocery stores, and most importantly for us, the beach. We would stay here again if traveling to Navarre.

We have stayed here three years in a row, and we consider it our home away from home! Linda gave us much very useful information before we checked in and maintained good communication with us. The instruction covers every single detail. This home is beautiful, and we would definitely recommend it, as we feel so lucky to have found this little treasure.

This was our first time booking an air bnb so we didn't know what to expect. We booked 2 houses side by side and it was more than perfect! Our family had 16 guests and 1 baby and it worked out great! The access into the house was easy and simple. The house was in great condition. It was very clean. All the appliances worked perfectly. Showers worked perfect. A/C worked wonderful in this hot weather! It's located in a more rural area so just be aware that you're limited to restaurants or shopping areas. It has the basic stores but you must be willing to drive about 10-15 minutes to your local walmart or better restaurants. We understood that before booking. Key properties was very infomative and communication was fast. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and all the amenities were very accommodating.

The house was spacious and had a great view. We especially loved the pool/hot tub and the 2nd floor patio. The kitchen was a bit dated but everything worked and there was plenty of seating. Bedroom 2 has a small en suite, “full bathroom 2”. The 2 queen bedrooms, #3 & #4, share “Full bathroom 3” that is across the hall (the “custom slate shower” photo is part of the big master, Bedroom 5). The beach wasn’t far but anything else you’d need to drive. We had 2 babies and we appreciated there were 2 pack n plays and 3 strap on high chairs. Overall, we would rent it again.

We loved the little “beach house” as my kids called it. The pool was awesome! We came in August and we really expected it to be like a bath tub but it was cool every day. The outside area has so much charm! Marietta was awesome during our stay. The mixer had gone missing and she had one delivered so I could make birthday cupcakes for my son. (Also the person that provides a mixer in their airbnb is legit ) We hope we can return again next year and use the “beach house”

Blair’s place was awesome! Perfect space and location. Close to the beach! Very clean! Beds were comfortable. Blair was responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Our stay was wonderful. Brought our kids and dogs and Dmitriys place fit all of us perfectly. Location is perfect. 15-20 mins from all the popular destinations and multiple dog park options to run the pups! Only thing missing was a broom so we could sweep up all the sand brought in and out throughout the day. Definitely would stay again and recommend to friends and family!

This home is perfect! We traveled to the area as a family of 6 and this was the best home to come back to everyday. Emily and Abel have thought of everything! The home is spacious, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. That shower in the master is a dream. Navarre Beach was about a ten to fifteen minute drive and Pensacola Beach was about 45 minutes. We had some rainy days but our family didn’t feel like we were missing out because there was plenty to do at “home”. We would love to stay here every time we come to the area!
