A very comfortable place, three bedrooms, four beds, two full bathrooms, very equipped kitchen, washer, TVs, everything you need for your stay. Lurdes is wonderful, great proactive communication and responsive, very kind person. The house is in a very quiet street with small and nice restaurants just a block away. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in São Romão or Seia area. Thanks to Lurdes for being so attentive and letting us stay at your very nice place.

The house & location is in a very small village up in the North of Portugal. Perfect getaway for us coming from a busy part of Portugal! We enjoyed our stay at the place, and highly recommend it to anyone considering booking. It was clean, super spacious & had a trampoline & small climbing course for my kids!

The house is big and very charming, with beautiful old furniture, fireplaces, a big kitchen and a big garden (with orange trees and donkeys coming by). At the same time, everything has been renovated, so the bathrooms etc are very modern. There is a bakery and a small shop next door, but the village is very quiet. We really loved our stay in Joao's house - it was much more than expected and we would gladly come back one day! Thank you!

Uma experiência a repetir! Fui previamente contactado se forma a saber a hora de entrada na casa e quando chegámos a casa estava com uma temperatura super acolhedora em todas as divisões. A Linda fez questão de deixar um cabaz com produtos da zona que estavam maravilhosos. A cozinha super bem equipada, como tudo o que era necessário para uma estadia e família e amigos. Toda a habitação estava bem cuidada, limpa e com vários detalhes que nos faziam sentir em casa.

Adorámos a estadia! A casa tinha todas as comodidades para se passar um fim de semana tranquilo e com conforto. o Sr. João foi sempre muito atencioso.

Inês e Miguel são excelentes anfitriões. Desde o primeiro momento responderam rapidamente nossas mensagem e foram proativos. No checkin presencial explicaram com detalhes o funcionamento da casa e deram dicas úteis de passeios na Serra e de restaurantes nas redondezas. A casa, antiga mas muito bem conservada, é um charme. O banho é quentinho e o aquecimento (via lareira, no térreo, e salamandra, na parte superior) tornou nossa estadia muito confortável nos dias frios de inverno.

A comunicação da Manuela é assertiva e muito clara nas informações prestadas. A casa é extremamente limpa, bem organizada e é bastante confortável. O check-in muito fácil. A zona muito calma e sossegada. Muito bem localizada, tem o Terminal da rodoviária e mercado perto da casa. Teatro, museu, vários momentos históricos para visitar a Pé. Recomendo e voltarei!

Marisa súper bien , explicó todo perfecto! El departamento es chiquito pero acogedor, limpio y tiene todo lo necesario. Lo único malo es que se escuchan demasiado los ruidos de los otros vecinos a la hora de dormir. La ubicación es linda pero lejos de todo , si o si hay que ir con carro . No hay mucho para hacer por ahí . Pero Serra da Estrela es muy lindo , las vistas son espectaculares, volvería cuando tenga certeza que habrá nieve , debe de ser maravilloso.

A estadia correu muito bem, a casa era exatamente conforme descrito. O Carlos foi atencioso e com boa comunicação.

Foi uma estadia fantástica, num espaço diferente mas muito acolhedor e perfeito para fugir à cidade. A casa era linda e todas os espaços comuns também. A piscina ótima e perfeita para relaxar com privacidade e no meio da natureza. Obrigada ☺️

Endroit très sympathique, lieux agréable, les chambres sont très confortable . La piscine est très bien. Espace sécurisé pour notre chien.

We booked for 8 people and had the entire villa, but there were only 3 bedrooms in the main villa. An additional bedroom with its own kitchen was offered separately. The separate room was amazing, but it would’ve been better if this setup was mentioned in the listing. The property was very clean and exceeded expectations. Carlos, our host, was helpful and quickly resolved a short circuit and fire alarm issue, even providing extra wood for the fireplace to compensate. On checkout day, the water pipes froze, leaving us without water. Carlos responded quickly, but it delayed our plans as we checked out late. This was inconvenient, and I hope measures are taken to avoid this in winter. Despite these issues, the stay was great, and I would return. Clearer communication in the listing and winter-proofing would make this property perfect!

My family and I (wife and two kids (13 and 16) spent three days over Chistmas at the house. it was the absolute perfect place to spend the holidays. The house is very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and was perfect for us to prepare the full Véspera and Christmas Day meals. There is even a local bread delivery service and the legendary Sera da.estrela mountain cheese made from local sheep available close by. Loriga is a beautiful mountain town and should not to be missed. From the beginning Senhor Tiago was extremely helpful and friendly. We are so grateful to have been able to spend our Christmas in such a fantastic location. We can't recommend this house more highly!!!!

Our stay was 5 stars—if not 6! The place is absolutely amazing! peaceful, private, and surrounded by beautiful green space. I was genuinely surprised by the huge garden outside as it was much bigger and nicer than I expected, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. The jacuzzi was a perfect touch super relaxing after a day of exploring. The house itself is spacious, full of natural light, and offers a stunning view of Serra da Estrela. The living room has huge windows that make the space feel open and connected to nature, and the bedroom is so cozy and quiet you could easily sleep all day. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The host was incredibly nice and welcoming. He gave us great recommendations for places to visit and eat, and we absolutely loved the cheese and wine he gifted us, such a thoughtful and delicious surprise! We truly didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in nature.

Beautiful private spot. Paul was amazingly helpful and communicative, any queries answered immediately but also he didnt invade our personal space. Perfect balance. Amazing host. Very relaxed and the house had all the amenities we could want. Definitely recommend.
