Gouvia : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Als Familie haben wir das wunderschöne Haus von Socrates über den Jahreswechsel besucht. Das Häuschen ist sehr liebevoll mit vielen Naturmaterialien eingerichtet und hat alles was es für einen perfekten Familienurlaub braucht. Im Aussenraum steht eine Feuerstelle, Liegestühle, Strandliege und viel Spielzeug für die Kinder bereit. Die ruhige Lage direkt am Strand mit Sonnenuntergang ist genial. Trotzdem sind viele schöne Ausflugziele im Hinterland, aber auch zu schönen Buchten rasch erreichbar. In der Ortschaft selber gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ausserhalb der Saison sind viele Restaurants geschlossen. Socrates hat uns aber ein Restaurant vermittelt und wir haben sehr gut griechisch gegessen. Socrates wohnt in der Nähe und ist online immer rasch erreichbar für Fragen und Tipps. Dank seinem herzlichen und freundschaftlichen Umgang haben wir uns mit zwei lebendigen Jungs sofort wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank Socrates für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Besser geht es nicht!

Georgia was an exceptional host! The communication was great and she gave us a lot of tips for Sidari and the Island in general. We enjoyed our stay and felt really welcomed!

Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, πολύ όμορφο και πολύ καθαρό. Απείχε από την παλιά πόλη μόλις 10 με 15 λεπτά διασχίζοντας μία πολύ όμορφη διαδρομή. Στη περιοχή είχε εύκολο parking και πολλά εστιατόρια και καφέ. Ο Γιάννης είναι άριστος στην επικοινωνία του και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε ό, τι τον ρωτήσαμε. Θα χαρούμε να επισκεφτούμε τον χώρο του ξανά. Γιάννη σ'ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub bei Maria. Das Studio ist super ruhig gelegen und man kann das Meer und den wenig besuchten Strand nur in wenigen Gehminuten erreichen. Maria ist eine super liebe Vermieterin. Mit dem Mietwagen kann man viele schöne Ziele erreichen. Das Studio ist für zwei Personen ausreichend. Auf der eigenen Terrasse kann man sich sonnen und den Abend genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

We had a very nice stay in Ksamil. Leonard and his family are very kind and helpful. We needed to go to a doctor and they drove us there or they would get us a taxi. The house was clean and spacious. It is a calm neighbourhood but if you walk 10-15 minutes you get to a lot of beaches, bars, shops, restaurants…(our favourite was “grill and chill”). We really recommend this place if you want a nice, peaceful stay in Ksamil that is not to far from everything.

Great location, comfortable beds and well equipped apartment. Lucy was very responsive to our request to extend our stay which made our whole trip to Corfu perfect. Thanks for the stay.

We hebben hier een geweldige week gehad, precies wat we zochten; rustig gelegen met een zandstrand plus 2 Griekse tavernes en 1 café (snack)bar op loopafstand. We hadden een klein appartement nr. 2 dat grenst aan het woonhuis van de ouders van Joakim. Ontzettend aardige mensen, we kregen bijna iedere dag wel wat lekkers; koffie, gebakken eieren of een zelfgemaakt stoofgerecht. Het appartement heeft 1 slaapkamers met een 2-persoonsbed en 1 slaapkamer met twee 1-persoonsbedden. Kleine keuken en kleine badkamer. Geen koffiemachine wel een cafetiére. Vanuit de slaapkamer met 2 persoonsbed stap je rechtstreeks het terras op met prachtig uitzicht op zee en Albanië. Er zijn 2 luxe ligbedden, een luxe tuinset en een ronde eettafel met comfortabele stoelen. Je hebt een auto nodig om de omgeving te verkennen en in het stadje Roda zijn supermarkten, leuke winkeltjes en veel restaurantjes aan zee. We hebben enorm genoten van onze vakantie hier!

The villa & pool are just amazing! It’s looks nice in the pictures but you ll be very impressed when you arrive with the space offered, location, views & pool. Great air conditioning! Very clean on arrival, with good quality towels & linen. Parking in off the road. Walkable to the lovely restaurants, bars & the beach in Kalami, although good shoes recommended as the track through the olive grove is steep, we managed in flip flops & at night but we re used to hills & outdoor activities. We will certainly be coming back again & again.

Logement très propre et AU CALME ! Il est bien situé par rapport à l'ile et les coins à visiter aux alentours ; mais véhicule indispensable. Richard est un Hôte courtois et à dispo si besoin. Petit bémol la piscine n'était pas assez chaude à notre goût...heureusement que la mer était plus chaude... Pas de clim dans la chambre, dommage.... Nous recommandons ce logement pour adultes mais pas trop pour ados car ils vont s'ennuyer et pour les plus jeunes : pas de sécurité piscine et terrain vaste et non clôturé.

A great apartment very close to the beach. Barbati is a fantastic place with lots of great restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and the welcome pack of drinks and food were really appreciated. Alexios responded very quickly to any questions. A fantastic place to stay. Thank you.

We loved our 2 weeks exploring Corfu from Golden Aura. The apartment was as described - and we loved the low key vibe of the pool area which was a welcome break from our beach days. The pool bar/restaurant was useful for lazy lunches & drinks when having a chill day. The location is great - we hired a car which was essential for supermarket stock ups but also to visit the many fantastic beaches. You can walk to Gouvia - but the route is a little scruffy & uneven so probably not suitable for those with small kids or older/unfirm. The apartment had everything we needed - the aircon was a blessing and worked very well. As a family of 4 with 2 teenagers we found having a shower room upstairs and bathroom with shower downstairs very helpful! The complex itself is very peaceful - we were always able to find a lounger by the pool at any time and parking next to our apartment. Our host was very helpful & responsive - giving us tips and allowing us a couple of extra hours on check out.

Wir hatten traumhafte Flitterwochen dort! Das Airbnb lag für uns wirklich perfekt - Blick aufs Meer, schöne kleine Terrasse mit kleinem Garten, wenige Schritte zu einem der schönsten Sandstrände auf Korfu! Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig, am besten direkt am Flughafen mieten. Maria hat uns sehr viele Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Orte, die man besuchen kann, gegeben, wovon wir einiges auch umgesetzt haben. Es war wirklich perfekt, nur zu empfehlen :)

Property was very nice an cosy. Everything like in pictures provided before. Comfy beds, all kitchen appliances, AC on both floors which is super important. Pool and sea bay 50 meters from apartment, good pool bar and very private surrounding. And the hosts were very supportive and answered all our questions via chat group. I can recommend this place to others. Thank you guys!

Superbe séjour fin octobre à Kassiopi dans cette très belle villa. Nous nous sommes baignés dans la mer chaque jour, juste en poussant le portillon. 10 jours extraordinaires pour profiter du charme de cette île et des belles randonnées de la partie Nord-Est de l'ile qui nous ont permis de découvrir plein de petites plages cachées, de criques adorables ou de petits ports avec une excellente Taverna. À cette saison, avec le ciel toujours bleu, c'était quelque chose d'assez proche du paradis !

Fenomenal! La casa está genial para viajar en grupo y la terraza está genial!! Cuenta con cierto avituallamiento: café, aceite, sal, azúcar ,champú, gel, que es súper cómodo a la hora de cocinar. Los propietarios siempre pendientes y muy agradables. La zona es súper recomendable!!!!!! El norte es mucho más turístico pero esta zona es poco turística y estarás en la playa casi solo. Buenos restaurantes a 1 minuto caminando y la playa…. Aguas cristalinas, buena temperatura… vamos un 10 todo!!!!!

In primul rand vreau să spun că pozele reflectă întocmai realitatea. Locuință și curtea sunt exagerat de ordonate și curate. Dacă ești un iubitor al apusurilor de soare în mare și liniștea, vei fi entuziastmat. Plaja din fața casei este cu nisip, iar apa e ideala pentru copii, foarte calda, liniștită și mică (la 100 m de mal nu depășește nivelul capului). Casa alăturată este la o distanță destul de mica, prin urmare pentru a respecta liniștea la pranz și după ora 23 vei fi nevoit să limitezi zgomotul. Mereu in concedii ne-a făcut placere să fim vizitați de prieteni la un grătar sau la un pahar de vin. Acest lucru NU ESTE PERMIS AICI și poate crea o neplăcere. În general am avut o comunicare foarte bună cu gazda. Cuptorul cu microunde nu funcț bine și a fost schimbat imediat Recomand uleiul produs de Georgios. Am primit o musaca gătită de Rania foarte gustoasa. Plimbarea gratuita cu barca oferita de G a fost plăcută. si plina de informații interesante. Atitudinea foarte prietenoasa

Directly on the beach with a private pool, garden with incredible olive trees, and parking…need I say more? We stayed 4 nights in March during the off season, it could not have been more quiet and peaceful. The home is the quintessential beach house with everything that my family needed, simple, clean, and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed sitting under the pergola by the pool listening to the waves. Communication with Spiros was easy and quick. Something to note during the off season, everything in this village was closed for the season, as were many amenities on the island. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Corfu.

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

Our stay at Ana’s Airbnb was nothing short of wonderful. Ana created an endlessly warm, almost familial atmosphere with her incredible responsiveness and attentiveness. She was always available to help, offering valuable advice, and keeping the house spotless. The property is also perfectly located, just steps from the sea – literally ten steps, and with an immense global warming the water is getting even closer! The adjacent beach is not crowded, and private sunbeds and umbrella were provided. I faced some challenges with the weak Wi-Fi signal indoor, but it could be seen as an upside, as it finally gave me a chance to simply read a book. Guests should be open and friendly, and in return, you might be lucky enough to receive a bottle of wine and fresh grapes from Ana’s home vineyard, even if, as in my case, you accidentally got coffee carafe broken. Ana's cheerful mother, "Mama Maria," brought so much joy to our stay with her genuine kindness. This experience was truly unforgettable.

Wow!! What an amazing time we had and would 100% recommend. Villa Kalamia is in a beautiful location overlooking Kalami bay with stunning views. There were so many places to sit - whether under the olive tree for a morning coffee or to the private jetty giving direct access to the sea. The villa is a short walk to Kalami bay where there are nice restaurants and kiosks to rent a boat for the day. There are also lots of nice walks along the coast to other nearby bays. Vittoria and Nico were fantastic hosts - super friendly and welcoming with quick communication. They even provide you with a welcome basket of fruit, bread and crisps etc. Overall 10/10 stay and couldn’t recommend more!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und konnten richtig entspannen! Wir fanden den Garten sehr schön und die Außendusche äußerst praktisch! Alikis Mutter war vor Ort und hat sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Der Sandstrand ist traumhaft und nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Das Meer war klar, sauber und sehr erfrischend. Der nächste Supermarkt bzw. Bäcker ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Danke Aliki für den schönen Urlaub in deiner Unterkunft! Kind regards Thomas and Anita
