This was a perfect place to stay. On a quiet street but near everything you would ever need. The place was very clean and neat. We loved our stay there. It was like a home away from our home. Thank you Jennifer for your answers to our questions and a wonderful stay.

Michael was wonderful to communicate with. Whatever we needed, he sent without asking. It was all in our welcome email. When we arrived, the house was pristine. The bathrooms were modern. There was a small, hotel sized container of shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. There was also liquid soap to wash hands and a bar soap if that was what someone wanted. There were supplies for a few loads of laundry and dishwasher tabs. The kitchen had dishes, silverware, dishwashing soap and kitchen The icing on the cake was the “dog friendly” environment. The weather was mild so the animals could go out the sliders to the fenced yard and play for as long as they wanted. They had a blast. There were even provided doggie waste bags. The entire stay was made perfect thanks to the environment. We would love to stay here in the future and recommend the property to all traveling to Santee.

Very very friendly and easy to get along with. The house was spotless and clean and we really enjoyed our time there!

Lovely property with a beautiful view. Sunsets were amazing. Home was clean and well stocked. Ping pong and bumper pool were fun on a stormy day. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Home was as described and looked exactly as presented in photos and listing. Highly recommend.

For the price, it over exceed all expectations. Very clean, bigger than expected, great location. If we ever need a place back in Aiken, we will be staying here.

Carol’s property was adorable and she was extremely responsive to our request. I would highly recommend the rental.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and will be back. It’s out towards the country but also very close to everything in town. The little complex is quiet and safe, and the units are all excellent. Thanks Debbie and Harry - we will be back!

We loved our stay at Terry’s quaint cabin! The location is very peaceful, and we spotted a few deer in the morning. We’d like to be here sometime when the weather is warmer to enjoy the hammock and the fire pit. The queen size bed and the loft were both very comfortable.

very clean, smelled good, quiet neighborhood by stores and restaurants walking distance. I would try to stay here every time I visit
