Stayed for the weekend and had an amazing time was well worth it and we will definitely come back again loved how clean, peaceful, well maintained, and cozy it was.

Great location and a beautiful view. Even though there are a few cabins next door, it feels completely private. All the windows face a beautiful forested area and creek. The hot tub was wonderful and the house is clean.

What a great place to stay! This was the most thoughtfully put together rental home I have stayed in. You could tell the owners considered what it would be like to stay here and made sure ever part of the stay would be comfortable and smooth. They really thought of everything. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked. The beds were comfortable and bedding was ample. They even have a white noise machine available in every bedroom! Shout out to whoever cleans the place; it was spotless--even the coffee maker and coffee grinder had been cleaned by hand. I love their attention to detail. The neighbors are extremely close and yet somehow it still felt very private. It's a beautiful setting and the house matches its surroundings. I can't say enough good things about this rental house.

From the moment we arrived, our group found this place remarkable. Five ladies commenting throughout our stay of how clean the home was, how well it is maintained, the locations beauty, all the things. One thing that seemed to stand out to all of us was the feel of the home. It felt like we had returned to visit a familiar old friend. From booking to checking out, our experience was excellent.

We had a lovely stay at this cabin that was able to house our group of 8 plus 2 dogs. We enjoyed two days of sledding since it was only about 25 min drive to snow-bunny and could easily return to warm up in the hot tub afterwards. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable, plenty of hang-out areas, and our kids enjoys exploring the backyard slope.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sarah’s cabin! The place was very spacious, well furnished and had all the amenities we could hope for. We loved playing games in the bunk room, took advantage of the fire pit and covered patio and of course spent lots of time in the hot tub (which was very clean and appeared new)! The place was just as cute as the pictures and perfect for our family trip. Also excellent location and Sarah was very communicative and even let us check in early. Would absolutely come again!!

Such a beautiful space! Inside and outside of the home were so lovely- the back deck was serene with the river sounds nearby. Inside had all of the amenities needed and was decorated so tastefully. Can’t imagine we’ll look elsewhere for our next Rhododendron trip! Thank you so much!

It was a beautiful stay and a nice welcome to the Mt Hood area for the first time. We liked being a little further away from the ski resorts and the snow. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a great stay at the Little Chestnut Cabin. Our dogs loved the large, fully fenced backyard and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was great - lots of privacy and a short drive to hiking and restaurants. The hosts were friendly and responsive to messages. One of the neighborhood dogs stopped by a few times to check out what was going on. The dog did not cause any problems, but just be aware that you might have an unexpected visitor at the fence. We enjoyed the fire pit, hanging out on the porch and the projector and games came in handy when it was raining.

This was a great cabin tucked into the woods. Having a river path near by and access to the snow minutes away is what we were looking for. Water pressure was lacking a little, but every other aspect of the cabin was great. Thank you.

can’t say enough great things about our stay in the cedar house! spotless and smelled amazing, which is hard to come by when a place allows pets. the short walk to the river was the perfect way to start and end our day. the kitchen is fully stocked with everything to make a great meal. the hot tub was a wonderful plus and there are even robes to put on when you’ve finished! rebecca was a wonderful host and you can tell the attention to detail put in to provide excellent hospitality. we will absolutely be back again for another peaceful getaway!

Charming little cabin right on the Salmon River. Enjoyed our stay.

What an incredibly inviting and cozy cabin, perfect for a relaxing weekend away from the city. Surrounded by trees, we hiked the short trail nearby, went snowshoeing and did a little waterfall hike a short ways away. Great location, amazing cabin, wonderful host! Would love to come and stay again :)

We had a wonderful time visiting the area and staying at the cabin! We selected it because of the amenities that my toddler would like. She loved having her own room of toys and a kid friendly space! Great local restaurants nearby and getting to the house was very easy! Couldn’t recommend it more! Thanks for having us!

We had a lovely time at this cottage amongst the trees. It’s an older house with some nice updates. The gas fire place was cozy, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we wanted. All in all, it was great to come back to after a day full of outdoor adventures! The host was extremely responsive and helpful with last minute adjustments too.

This rustic cabin in the woods feels like time was paused here. The retro design of the interior was the perfect accent to our stay. There are plenty of DVD's to watch and even more board games, which was our favorite. Along with the open layout the record player added a very peaceful ambiance. We definitely want to return when the snow is more prevalent and will be adding this to our list of returning stays. Thank you Melissa for the opportunity to get away, we really enjoyed the escape of the internet with no wifi. The 70's feeling vibe has made your place a favorite for sure

I found this house for a quick getaway, Jeremy was helpful with the change In schedule. He guaranteed there was a clean pack n play at the house and there was. The view of this place was so incredible we didn’t want to leave, listening to the river was unbeatable. I will definitely bring my family back here in the future. 10/10 best spot for a quiet getaway!
