Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Gerrit. On s’y sent comme chez soi. Merci à Cleo pour son accueil ! L’utilisation du vélo ou des transports en commun est un must-have si vous souhaitez vous rendre dans le centre d’Amsterdam. Toutefois ça n’est pas un problème car le chemin jusqu’à NDSM et jusqu’au centre-ville est très sympathique. Landsmeer est également une très jolie petite ville que je recommande de visiter le temps d’une balade en vélo :)

Cleo and her Co-host Marleen were very welcoming and responsive. We felt at home. Lots of toys and games for younger children. Very cozy house. Naturally beautiful area good for hiking and biking.

Maison nickel, chaleureuse et pleine de vie, il y a de la décoration partout ce qui rajoute de la personnalité à la maison que ce soit à l’intérieur ou l’extérieur, on est situer à une vingtaine de minute du centre, à quelques mètre d’une épicerie. Une communication efficace concernant les détails, comme les clés, les petite règles à respecter ect. Merci à Bart et Rachel de nous avoir accueillis dans leur maison nous adorerons passer un autre séjours chez eux.

Appartement très agréable, calme et accueillant. On se sent comme à la maison. Équipement de la cuisine permettant de cuisiner à notre guise. Petit coin de jardin apportant une touche de nature. Hotes réactifs et accueillants.

Comfy apartment in very hip, cool neighborhood. 5 minute walk to De Kas greenhouse restaurant in a beautiful park, 3 minute walk from tram stop, Alber Heijn grocery and many restaurants, especially vegan ones. About 15 minute tram ride from city center. Jeroen was super responsive. Had some minor issues with a bedroom light and he came right out and fixed it. Would stay here again.

Great, exactly as described and in pictures. 20 minutes from ferry to Central Station, 10 minutes from a coffeeshop.

Sabrine was a great host. Her place was exactly what we were looking for. We are a family of four. The accommodations were better than expected. The place is stocked well with coffee and pretty much anything you can think of if you prefer to make your own meals. We are very happy, and will definitely come back. Thanks!

Een mooie rustige locatie waarbij de woning toch dicht in de buurt ligt van Amsterdam centrum. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen met een vers kop koffie. De energie in het huis vinden wij heel belangrijk en die was zeker goed ✨ het tuinhuis is mooi en creatief ingericht. Wij voelden ons in iedergeval welkom en dat is wat je wilt!

Wat een fantastische plek. Grote kans dat we nog eens terugkomen!

Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind zu zweit mit Baby und zwei Hunden angereist und die Unterkunft war mehr als ausreichend. Alles wichtige war vorhanden. Sie war sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnpark. Der Strand ist fußläufig in etwa 20 Minuten zu erreichen, wenn man den direkten Weg wählt. Durch den Wald und die Dünen braucht man etwa 30 Minuten. Wir würden uns sehr freuen wieder kommen zu dürfen. Danke André!

We would like to express our gratitude and delight for our stay at Paul's apartments. It was an amazing experience that left us with only the most positive impressions. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house is exactly as shown in the photos – spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The surroundings are calm and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. Near the center (the public transportation is a 5 minute walk away) The host was fantastic: very kind, super communicative, and always available if we needed anything. Everything was clearly explained, and he made sure we had access to all the amenities. This place is truly a hidden gem – the quality you get for the price is outstanding. It’s ideal for families, with plenty of space and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommend! 🤍 Thank you, Francisco!

Tiny House was a lovely stay for our family! We’re travelling with 2 kids aged 5 and 2 so it can be a bit tricky booking somewhere that works, but this was a really nice stay for all of us. Rik was really friendly and responsive before and during our stay. Everywhere was clean, lots of thoughtful things like spare bags for shopping, ground coffee, toys for kiddos and the little ones got to feed the chickens and pig too - they loved it. We were going to head into Amsterdam but we ended up staying there for the day. There were some lovely hyacinth and tulip fields nearby, we got to bask in the pretty suntrap garden and as an added bonus we got to see the bloemencorso float by the house in the evening - we were all suitably impressed. Thanks Rik for a thoughtfully appointed and relaxing stay, would definitely recommend Tiny House for travellers with children.

Wir haben uns in dem Gartenhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist schön eingerichtet und bei gutem Wetter ist die Gartennutzung ein Traum. Einziger Minuspunkt: die offene Toilette und Dusche im Schlafzimmer und das fehlende Waschbecken im Bad. Das ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Arjen. La maison est très agréable, très joliment décorée, dans un quartier calme, idéale pour une famille de 4. Très belle cuisine très bien équipée. La place de parking est un vrai plus sachant qu’ensuite on peut aller au centre d’Amsterdam en 20 mn grâce à la station de tram toute proche. La maison doit être très agréable en été avec la terrasse au bord de l’eau. Nous espérons revenir et nous recommandons cette location à 100% !

Das gemütliche Hausboot von Harold ist ideal für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen in Amsterdam. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man superschnell in der Innenstadt! Das Hausboot ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist ein kleines Abenteuer, darin zu wohnen, wenn man es nicht gewöhnt ist. Harold ist sehr freundlich und hat uns sogar einen Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung geschenkt!

Marga's place is in a peaceful neighborhood from where Amsterdam city center is very easy to reach by bus or tram! Very nice garden and beautifully furnished living room. She gave us good tips for shopping and dining. Hope to visit Amsterdam again and stay Marga's apartment.

This boat was such a treat, beautifully presented, spacious, gorgeous views amongst other boats, easy walking around central Amsterdam. The facilities within the boat were top notch, stylish upstairs living space, extremely comfortable beds, lovely bathroom (with the bonus of an upstairs toilet too). If we were there in warmer weather we would have spent more time just hanging out on the deck. Heartily recommend.

Andrew was a wonderful, highly responsive host and the apartment was perfect for our needs. We are a family of 3 and were traveling with our 11-year-old son. Andrew went out of his way to figure out a way for us to get into the app-controlled door even though I don't have a smart phone. The place is ideally located on a quiet street right in the middle of old Amsterdam - we could easily walk or tram to everything. Andrew also helped us with lots of tips as we prepared for a few days outside of Amsterdam in the countryside.

Roger’s place and hospitality made the trip to Amsterdam more enjoyable. The location is superb in a quiet area. Clean, spacious & well equipped. Roger was responsive and helpful. Definitely will consider coming back!

Great stay. Extremely quiet location all day and night, yet a few minutes walk to the subway. A few good restaurants around the area. Spotless bnb when we arrived. Would happily stay again!

I enjoyed the neighborhood and location of the apartment right next to a canal. I also appreciated the use of a bike and flexibility of check in and check out.

Anne's place was a dream. We stayed there for a month and it felt so perfectly home-like at once. Anne is herself an inspiring woman, and the energy she's set in the house is special and deeply rejuvenating. Everything in the house has intent & love. And the atmosphere through our stay reflected that. But let's get to the practicalities. The house is on the outskirts of the city, but easily accessible via local transport & a short walk. The area itself feels like you're in a beautiful countryside townhouse, with lots of privacy, natural beauty, walking trails, and peace. The supermarkets and some local cafes etc are a short walk away too, for your convenience. The house has excellent amenities, a fantastic shower, comfy beds, lots of space, a beatific backyard, warm heating, and a lovely piano. The internet was steady and fast, and we felt like we could live there forever. We'll definitely be back, to spend more time in the house, and to meet Anne. ❤️ Our fave AirBnB stay. Ever.

Great little place in the centre of Amsterdam with everything you need very close by. Great for a long weekend.
