The place is cozy. Just 1-2 minutes from Rotterdam Central Station. It is a spacious, generous apartment and equipped with everything you need. We had coffee capsules included, which was very nice and helpful. Two things could be improved, the sofa, whose extendable part moves and it is harder to sleep on it and the dishes to be cleaned better. The apartment is on the first floor and has steep stairs, which must be taken into account, but this is the style of buildings in general. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The apartment is located in the center of the city, there is everything under the building, you can find a place for the car with ease, everything is wonderful there

Super appart quand on est à plusieurs, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, on se sent comme à la maison, il ne manque rien, c clean et bien organisé, et cerise sur le gâteau, rooftop pour profiter du skyline de Roffa. Je conseille fortement.

Simons Apartment has a really nice location with lots of restaurants nearby. The tram station is just a two minutes walk away and the central station can be reached within a 15 minute walk. The apartment has everything that you need for a short or even a longer stay. :)

We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. The apartment is very clean and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Having the breakfast items was something we really appreciated! It’s great being a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants, public transport and the harbour where the boat trips leave from. The location couldn’t be better. Thanks again for a great stay!

Hübsche Wohnung, man hat alles was man braucht und im guten Zustand. Die Bahnstation ist direkt gegenüber, somit ist alles super erreichbar. Falls man Fragen hat antwortet Linda immer sehr schnell und ist hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

Deze prachtige boot is een aanrader om te verblijven! Met 6 vriendinnen genoten van de mooie boot en het geweldige Rotterdam. De boot is ruim en gezellig ingericht, klein minpuntje is de bank, deze is niet heel comfortabel. We zijn gastvrij ontvangen. Zeer goede communicatie met Casper en Ronald. Vriendelijk, en snelle reactie.

The place was nice and neat, We really liked our stay there. Jon was so supportive. The place is close to everywhere. I would go there again in the future.

Fascinated by the app controlled lighting and other devices you had set up. Loved your humour and spirit behind your overcoming of the things that would normally be challenges for other people. My daughter remarked that she had never seen that many inspirational quotes. Very nice.

Die wunderschöne, sehr stilvoll eingerichtete und große Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet und bestens gelegen. Nahe an der Autobahn, äußerst nahe an U-Bahn Station und Supermarkt, trotzdem ruhig und im Grünen- umgeben von hohen Bäumen und nahe an einem Park. Isa hat uns persönlich erwartet, alles gezeigt und Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Als wir eine Frage zur Wohnung hatten, war sie schnell erreichbar und konnte uns kompetent helfen. Die allseits beschriebene Treppe ist zugegebenermaßen lang und steil, aber kein so großes Thema. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Rotterdam bei Isa und kommen sehr gerne wieder

Great location, right next to witte de withstraat, straight walk from the main station. Very clean and tidy. Comfy beds. Only negative is that toiletries were not provided.

Lovely quiet and easily accessible apartment. I visited for 2 nights with a few friends and it was perfect - just as described and had everything we needed. Maarten was very friendly and communication was great, would highly recommend!

Super cozy space, felt like a real home! Aurore was also very helpful and guided us on how to best use the facilities. Zola was the cutest cat.

We hebben 6 weken verbleven met onze drie katten vanwege een verbouwing in dit mooie appartement. Alles was aanwezig en de communicatie met Luba en Angelo verliep erg goed. Het is een geweldige locatie met alle voorzieningen in de buurt. De kerkklokken die elk half uur een uur afgaan vallen echt wel mee. Luba en Angelo zijn hele fijne mensen en staan direct klaar als er iets is. Kortom een hele fijne tijd gehad in dit appartement.

Thanks to Anita for being a great host. She was very responsive to queries from booking until checkin. The house was exactly what was described in the website. The location is perfect for stay with the beach closeby. The commute was also excellent, given that the Tram stations was very close and walkable. We had absolutely no issues and had no reason to disturb the host. Thank you so much for helping with a comfortable stay throughout.

Goed verblijf! Heel fijn omdat je snel in het centrum bent & toch er buiten zit! Prettig verblijf & een goede prijs met meerdere vriendinnen is dit perfect!
