We loved our stay here. The complex is situated on a little hill which produces a beautiful view. The location was great-away from the more commercial area, but close enough to walk to local restaurants, the beach, and great snorkeling. Also we never felt unsafe walking to/from any of the places we visited, even in the evening. And even though we were there over spring break for some, the property remained quiet and clean for our visit. Overall it was a really great trip and stay!

Aarya's place is wonderful! It was HUGE! There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and not feel crowded. The balcony is great and was perfect for watching the sun set over the Marina. The location is one of the best on the island. We rented a car and could be to the grocery in 5 minutes, Grace Bay in 8 minutes, and Chalk Sound/Sapodilla/Taylor Bay in 15 minutes. Airport was only about 12 minutes. There are nice restaurants and bars in walking distance. We even saw a shark one night at Sharkbites! It was so cool! I would recommend Aarya's place to anyone!

Very comfortable spot. Nice beach, very nice pool and hot tub. The grounds of the resort were beautiful and well cared for. A little bit of a drive to most of the restaurants and even better beaches. Everything seems to be about 20 to 25 min. away, partially on a gravel road, but that was no problem. We liked getting out and tooling around the island. Sapodilla bay was our favorite. All and all a great place to stay!

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay. Very safe and walkable area- even after dinner. We walked to the beach and swam every day- snorkeled on the calm days too. Would have loved to have had full beach loungers but at this price point it was worth doing without. FabuLous stay

We loved our stay in Jennifer’s condo. Grounds were beautiful and it was quiet and relaxing! I would definitely advise that you need a rental as the condo as on the other end of the island, only 20-30 minutes away but too far for taxi ride!

Wow! I can’t say enough about this condo and the location. The condo is clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. There were even coolers, floaties, beach chairs, beach towels, all the little things to make our trip more enjoyable. The location is AMAZING. Just steps to a beautiful pool, hot tub, hammock, and the beautiful turquoise ocean. The beach was so quiet and private. There were chairs and cabanas to use, as well as paddleboards, kayaks, life jackets, and a basket of sand toys. There’s a restaurant on site with delicious food, otherwise it’s about a 15 minute drive to any other restaurants or stores. The condo is walking distance to the National park. I think we had the only kids at the resort, but everyone was welcoming and friendly to kids. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a quiet relaxing trip with a basically private beach.

Courtney's place was perfect for my family of four. It's away from the busy Grace Bay main area but it was just what we wanted. The beach is quiet and only a short 6 min walk from the unit. Imagine going to a large resort and walking to the beach from your unit, same thing. The beach is on Grace Bay right next to Smith's Reef so if you're into snorkelling this location is perfect. Situated right in Turtle Cove Marina with many great restaurants. Sapodilla Bay which is another quieter beach was my favourite. So shallow, clear and warm. It was a 13 min drive but so worth it. Renting the car was so easy and included airport pick up and drop off. Grocery store was a 5 min drive. Main strip where there are shops and big resorts such as Alexandra and Ritz Carlton was only 7 mins away. We would come back here again and rent Courtney's place without hesitation. The unit really is huge and exactly as the pictures. We also have to mention Molly, the on site host who was so helpful and kind.

Had a wonderful time!! Mark and Kiki were great host to my fiancé and myself. Grounds were beautiful including the pool and the beach was just a short walk past the pool, which led to one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen! We decided to extend our stay at very short notice and Mark was able to let us stay and enjoys couple more days. If we had any questions at all they were answered promptly and went above and beyond!! I would highly recommend Mark and Kiki’s properties and would be happy to book with them when we visit in the future!!

The condo was perfect for what we were looking for. The pool was great - it is long and narrow, good for swimming laps in the morning to start the day. The location is excellent - about 5-7 mins distance to the best restaurants, beaches, bars and shopping. Grocery store and pharmacy across the street. Easy to drive to more remote beaches if you want to get away from the crowds. The unit is modern, well-maintained, and we used all of the amenities it came with - nice kitchen, full-sized washer/dryer, fast Wifi, cold A/C, smart TV, and a small outdoor space to have coffee in the mornings. Despite being so close to the main drag, it is nestled down a small road so it is still quiet and peaceful. Sean was very responsive from start to finish, providing a list of things to do in the area a couple days before our arrival, responding to my questions when we got there. Check-out process was easy. And what a great value compared to staying at a resort!

Excellent host, excellent place! It was our first time in Turks and Caicos, and definitely won't be our last! Yonette's place offered a beautiful view, great space and a perfect location (near Smith's free). She was very responsive and made us feel safe and at home. Make sure you rent a car to get around the island!

I had the most wonderful stay at Karen's Airbnb in Grace Bay, Turks and Caicos! The space was beautifully appointed, with modern, high-quality furnishings that made it feel like a true home away from home. The attention to detail in every room was impressive, and everything was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location couldn't have been better – just a short walk to the stunning Grace Bay Beach and conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Karen, the host, was incredibly warm and attentive, always available to offer helpful tips and recommendations without being intrusive. I truly felt welcomed and cared for during my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Turks

Yoshi was a great host! The place was exactly as described. Clean, private, convenient and walkable. We did not rent a car and walked most places. Some destinations needed a taxi- it can add up if you are planning on using a taxi often or have a bigger group. There is a ton to do in the area and the beach is very close by!!

Wonderful location in a condo resort on the beach. Several miles from the next building, surrounded by greenery and the sea. Very nice beach, pool and hot tub. Easy to cook in the kitchen. Nice balcony. Good AC or windows/ceiling fans. Very nice other guests.

Location was great - convenient access to the beach and walkable to restaurants/shops. Close to Coco Bistro and Trattoria Isolana, both excellent places to eat. The beach access is at Grace Bay Beach Club, a very nice beach area. The house was well stocked with everything you needed (shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee pods, soap). Also, the beach towels/chairs/snorkeling gear were great, so we didn't have to rent anything. Located in a quiet area (but felt safe to walk at night) and a nice front deck to sit. Large bedrooms and bathrooms, and a nice open living space and kitchen. It was great for our family of four. Would rent again if we come back to Turks and Caicos.

This was our second visit to Monique’s place…we absolutely love it! We plan to go back next year, too! It’s such a great location, with fantastic snorkeling right outside the condo. Excellent spot for anyone who loves being right on the beach! Beautiful views and a great restaurant right downstairs. Looking forward to going back!

James was an excellent host! He sent easy, clear instructions for checking in and the rules of the condo. We had a minor issue w the TV and he communicated w us until the issue was resolved. He was extremely attentive - we appreciated that so much. The condo is lovely; perfect for my husband and I. Clean and neat. James was thoughtful in having bottled water and a few other groceries already in the fridge, ready for us when we arrived! The condo is walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping, and the beach. The ONLY thing that would make this property 100% perfect is if it were ON the beach. Otherwise, its perfect! T&C is breathtaking… if we get back there, we would love to stay at James property again!

Great location with a beautiful beach, great restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. We travelled with young children and didn’t require a car for our week long stay. The grounds are really well maintained including the pool. Lots of greenery surround the inn keeping it quieter and more private. We loved having our own kitchen and laundry allowing us to pack light for a week.

We stayed on the second floor and the view was wonderful! The place was extremely clean and even better than the photos show! The only thing I could slightly complain about, Is that the beds are not comfortable…..especially the twin size beds.

Hal's condo at NW Point Resort is fabulous. For starters, the stunning ocean view from the balcony alone is worth the trip. The condo is beautifully appointed and wonderfully equipped, especially the kitchen. We have stayed at rentals all over the world, but rarely have encountered one with such comfortable beds and quality sheets (very important to us). And the number of bath and beach towels provided was remarkable!. Everything seems to have been very intentionally designed for the island vacationer with great little touches, from all the wall hooks for hanging wet swim gear to the huge beach bags for use on TCI's gorgeous beaches. The resort itself is lovely; we could have spent our entire time on its serene and beautiful beach. And Hal is a terrific host: very responsive, very helpful. Highly, highly recommended.

The condo was great. All the descriptions were accurate. The location of Grace Bay cannot be beat. In addition to the lodging Charles gave excellent directions and vacation recommendations. Local staff were also outstanding.

I highly recommend this place to stay. Considering the prices of everything on the island and the size of the unit, it’s an absolute STEAL! There is so much around the area of the unit, grocery store, convenience store, shopping, places to eat, ice cream/dessert places, car rental. Everything is right there. And you hear very little traffic from Grace Bay Road. The only thing that would make it perfect would be a view but you can be on the beach in minutes. Beds are ok, 7/10, but nice still. Go to Graceway Gourmet supermarket 3 blocks away and get breakfast food to make and have it on the nice porch area. Everything you need to cook is there. Food usually sucks on the different Caribbean islands. Food on this island is top notch. Infiniti restaurant is a must!, casa nonna’s , the fish fry(not better than Barbados but still great), go to sapodilla beach and rent umbrellas n chairs one day and get grilled food from Jerome. Definitely have an itinerary before you go, and BRING CASH, lots!

We had a great week at Nancy's and Adam's place in T&C! Just us and our teenager - we enjoyed the pool, walkable to several restaurants incl. Baci, Sharkbite, Simone's, Marine Room, Mango and a couple others. We enjoyed Baci, Sharkbite and Simone's ourselves (all reasonable prices compared to others in more hotel-focused areas and we liked the food at all 3). Condo was as pictured 2B/2BA on 3rd floor), plenty of space and everything we needed for the week. Used the beach chairs and umbrellas, plenty of beach/pool towels, washer/dryer was really helpful to have too. We enjoyed being away from all the people along Grace Bay beach and easily drove to and thru that area several times for shopping, food, ferry to North/ Middle Caicos, etc. which was super easy with our rental Jeep. Short walk/drive to a couple way less crowded beach and snorkel poibyys. Nancy stopped by to say hi and make sure everything was good, always super responsive and helpful with our few questions.
