We had an amazing two nights stay. Booked the luxury 1 King bedroom suite with ocean/garden view and it was excellent! The pools were excellent and the beach was clean and easily accessible. Freshly prepared complementary breakfast was an added treat. It was truly a value for the money. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time at Villa Patina. Ashleigh was a wonderful host who was very communicative ahead of and during our trip. The house matched the photos and description, offered enough space to spread out, and it was full of amenities. We booked this house for a family trip including our two kids and it did not disappoint. Everyone loved hanging out on the spacious patio while enjoying the pool, hot tub and pier. We never tired of looking out on Chalk Sound and enjoying the pristine blue water. The paddle boards and kayaks provided were fun for exploring Chalk Sound and what we dubbed "iguana island" across from the house. The home was also a short walk from Sapodilla Bay, where we booked some boat excursions and could walk along the beach, and even some nearby restaurants like Chalkies and Las Brisas. This was our second trip to T&C and we look forward to returning. Thanks again for being a great host, Ashleigh.

It was just absolutely the most perfect trip for our family. We like quiet, want to experience local culture, a little adventure but want to feel safe, etc. From the moment we booked, John was a wealth of information, helpful, accommodating, available, etc. We flew into Provo and stayed 1 night there. He gave us suggestions, got us in touch with a driver who was so accommodating (even with multiple travel plan changes), suggested grocery/liquor options. We ferried to North, picked up our rental car & headed to the house. The house is very spacious, bathrooms for each bedroom, beautiful view, well stocked kitchen, laundry, kayaks available, etc. My husband fly fished the flats out front each morning. We visited a different, amazing beach daily - not a soul on any of them. Spent a day with Captain D fishing - made many memories. Ate out a few times, cooked the rest. Truly - an amazing vacation. Love the area and would love to come back to John's place & visit North Caicos!

Une villa d'exception, avec un accès à la plage et une vue exceptionnelle. Très propre et très tranquille...seule au monde lors de notre séjour mi- juillet. Très belle île à visiter nous y avons séjourné 4 jours ( 3 dodos) nous avons eu le temps de visiter en voiture ( location) north et middle Caicos, tout était magnifique. Il est possible de se procurer de la nourriture et de l'alcool facilement à environ 15 minutes en voiture. Tout est fermé le dimanche.

I loved the closeness to the beach, the views were amazing from all over the house and balcony! We loved the amenities, and felt very safe. Although there was a dock/ work yard nearby that was busy constantly and very noisy, while this didn’t really bother me it could be problematic for a light sleeper. We also went over the electrical allowance with only 2 people, when our trip was originally planned for 4-6 people, we did take advantage of the laundry and cooked in the kitchen. Although we were not excepting a $100+ electric bill at checkout especially considering we were hot in the bedrooms downstairs. I cannot fathom how much we would’ve gone over with more people. (There was a meter the host showed us how to read upon arrival, but he advised us with 2 people we likely wouldn’t go over so we didn’t bother to pay attention to this and apparently should have)

We had the best holiday staying at Villa Turquaz! It had everything we needed and the views were truly incredible. Everyone was super helpful with any questions we had and where to go, literally everything you need is on your doorstep anyway. Bars, restaurants but mainly the beach (which was practically private) where we had fantastic views of the sunset on our very own veranda (with a fridge for beers). A huge thank you to Fio, Catherine & Biril for everything and for making the holiday so special!

The view was amazing and the place was so nice. Stanley was very responsive. The location is great for snorkeling at the beach. I would stay here again.

Had an incredible vacation at this lovely home. Plenty of space to relax, well stocked kitchen and location was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here.

We were very impressed with Oscar’s responsiveness. He had great recommendations on activities. His place was very clean, the kitchen had some basic essentials (coffee, sugar, seasonings) that we really appreciated. Very clean, great linens and a comfy bed. The view from the balcony was fabulous. I don’t have one negative about this place or working with Oscar.

Our family loved this place! It was so beautiful…we loved the views of Chalk Sound and being right on the sound was so nice! We used the paddle boards and the kayak to explore the sound. One day we paddled out a ways and discovered a little island with a bunch of iguanas on it! That was so fun to experience with our kids! The dock is really nice too! We loved sitting out there in the mornings with coffee while the sun came up. It’s short 10 minute walk or couple minute drive to Taylor Bay Beach, which was our favorite! This is one of the prettiest places I’ve ever seen! Ciara and Adele were very quick to respond to any questions. We loved the house layout and had plenty of space for all of us…we have 4 kids. The kids loved the pool as well…and what a view! We would definitely return here…it was a wonderful week away relaxing as a family! Thank you Ciara!

Great place to stay if you are looking for something quiet and secluded! Just what we were looking for. Very clean and well kept. Had a beautiful pool and hot tub on premise along with a restaurant/bar. Music on Friday night. Great atmosphere! We loved it!

Allyson was very responsive and quite helpful during our stay. The condo is immaculate with great amenities. At low tide we walked into the beach at the property and saw many fish all around us without any snorkel gear. The construction noise next door can get loud on the balcony, but generally inside it is quiet. The two pools and onsite cafe were wonderful surprises.

This place is absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The accommodation is beautiful, cozy, and spotlessly clean, with all the little details thought of to make the stay even more enjoyable. The host is simply amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and their kindness and hospitality made my stay truly special. I can’t thank them enough for their generosity and for making this experience so memorable. Everything was beyond my expectations, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you so much for everything! This was a very beautiful stay. The place was even nicer than the photos, our host was very helpful, and the beach was absolutely stunning. It was a nice quiet area to stay that was only a 10 minute drive to Grace Bay. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this place to other guests. This is a lovely home & spotlessly clean with all the full sized appliances you need-oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer/microwave & air fryer/blender/breakfast station/toaster - all top quality. It also had coffee filters, salt/pepper & laundry detergent. The deck is large, lovely & great water/sunset view-With beautiful landscaping. The unheated pool is wonderful. The area felt very safe including a gate w/remote control & parking. The property sits above very shallow & calm water perfect for kayaking. However, the path down to the water is uneven rock path & a bit of a challenge especially if bringing down the 2 great kayaks provided. I am 65 & scooted down on my bum. It was worth it. We kayaked all afternoon. We saw a turtle on our 2nd kayaking there. As others have mentioned in their reviews all the bedrooms/showers are upstairs & there’s a narrow spiral staircase. We had to leave suitcases downstairs & carry things up as needed. The house is beautifully furnished. Highly recommend

The house is located right on the Laguna, you can take the kayak and go anywhere. Me and my boyfriend ran around the neighborhood every morning, beautiful views. We did move somewhere to see the sunset, just so we can swim in the ocean as swimming in the lake was not so nice. Very cute house. Perfect for two adult couples.

Ana's place was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We really appreciated having some beach equipment (small cooler, umbrella, beach chairs), and the resort's paddle boards and kayaks. The pool is great, the area is quiet and peaceful, and we felt like we had a private beach!! Of note, there was no laundry detergent and there is quite a bit of sea grass in the water. You can walk a little ways down and avoid it, or keep going and find the national park with some cool sights and beaches. Definitely need a rental car, and groceries here. Was perfect for our family, who like to avoid the heavy touristy areas and really explore the location, not just sit on the beach the whole time.

Having a private bungalow on the beach in Turks and Caicos was amazing! The property is beautifully maintained and each bungalow has its own private setting, including a splash pool. Everything was immaculate! We loved that we were on peaceful LongBay Beach, away from the crowds. The water was calm which made it perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming. Kayaks and SUPs were provided so there was no need to rent! Everyone was very welcoming and Jen was always very helpful when we needed a taxi or had questions about anything. She even brought us to the market! We have been on many beach vacations and this one is at the top of the list. We can't wait to go back. When we do, we will definitely return to Swaying Palms!!!

This is a beautiful unit on a stunning property in a more quiet/secluded part of Provo. Everything was very well maintained and the amenities are fantastic (gorgeous pool, hot tub, ample lounge chairs at both pool and beach, and a great restaurant right on site)! The unit was perfect for our family of 4 and was fully stocked with everything you need (aside from groceries). You definitely need to rent a car as the property is about 25 min from the heart of Grace Bay/restaurants/shopping, etc. However, if you are looking for a quiet location without the crowds, you won't be disappointed! Amazing home and very responsive host. The location was secluded with enough privacy which we wanted, but it wasn't far from the beautiful beaches and restaurants in the other locations. The home was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay, including a beach cooler, umbrella, and chairs. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This condo was absolutely amazing. The location was amazing and within walking distances to the restaurants on Grace Bay. The beach was incredible. Just make sure to have towels or pickle ball paddles as they are not provided. Leola was incredible once we arrived and always being responsive.

One of the most amazing beach vacations you can take. The apartment is highly ventilated with aircon in all rooms. On the whole it was a very good experience and surpassed our expectations. Alex our host was amazing and his recommendations were spot on. I’d highly recommend and I can’t wait to come back.
