Grad Kaštela : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Das Appartement war super eingerichtet, sauber und modern. Viele stillvolle Details, sehr gemütlich. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Ana (Nevenka) und Ihr Bruder waren sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Sie produzieren dort in der Region einen eigenen Wein und Olivenöl, die sehr lecker waren. Zur Lage sollte man aber wissen, dass das Apartment an einer befahrenen Strasse liegt. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 min. zu Fuss. Am Strand ist sehr viel los, ist etwas zu klein für die Menge der Urlauber, die es dort gibt. Durch die Nähe des Flughafens fliegen über dem Kopf Flugzeuge. Ansonsten ein Topappartment.

Kunde inte vara mer nöjd! Boendet var superfint, trevligt och städat. Nära till mataffärer, strand, restauranger och busshållplats. Värden var hjälpsam, tydlig och väldigt trevlig. Som sagt, kunde inte vara mer nöjd!

Hallo ich war das erste Mal in Kroatien mit meinen Kindern. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, es gab keine Beanstandungen. Fragen an den Vermieter wurden super schnell beantwortet. Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke

Lovely, clean, modern apartment. It had everything we needed and was spotless. 10 minutes to Split by train and local shops in easy reach. Ivan was a great host and very responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Matea and her mom were such amazing host! The accommodation matches the photos, squeaky clean, and perfectly located by the Split airport. Location has 2 grocery stores within a few steps (Lidl, right across the street and Kaufland about 2 minute walk down the street) We stayed for a month and Matea's place met all of our needs. So whether you are staying for one night to catch an early morning flight, or a month, her place has everything you need. On a side note, there is the 37 bus route that gets you to Trogir in 10 minutes or to Split in 1 hour. All in all highly recommended 👌! Thanks again Matea!!!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans l'appartement de Deni, qui est très bien situé pour visiter Split et Trogir (30 minutes environ) et accéder à l'aéroport (20 minutes environ). Nous avons apprécié les conseils de Deni pour faire des courses et boire un verre à proximité du logement. L'étage supérieur est refait à neuf et très agréable avec la vue magnifique sur Split depuis le balcon. Comme nous étions les premiers locataires après l'hiver il y avait quelques odeurs désagréables dans la très belle salle de bain de l'étage, mais cela ne devrait pas concerner les futurs voyageurs. L'étage des chambres est "dans son jus", nous n'y avons séjourné que pour dormir. L'accès au logement se fait par une route un peu vertigineuse, mieux vaut ne pas croiser trop de voitures : Mais c'est ce qui offre la sérénité du lieu !

Daria je skvělý hostitel. Na zprávy jsme dostali rychlé odpovědi, nebyl problém přijet dříve. Ubytování krásné, čisté, moderní, přesně jako na fotkách. Najdete vse co potřebujete k běžnému bydlení! včetně vybaveni kuchyne, koupelny, klimatizace dole v chodbe v hornim patre primo v ložnici. hned u Ubytování se nachazi maly obchod s potravinami, lékárna a pekárna.. na pláž je to 5 minut chůze, pláže čisté, najdete zde i bary. můžu doporučit, a v budoucnu určitě využijeme znovu ubytovani pani Darie.

This house is amazing. I spent great time with my daughters. Just a few steps from beach, but since sea was cold in spring we enjoyed private pool. Kitchen is full equipped, and beds, even sofa extremly comfortable. Local food snack was delightfull.

My family and I (a group of 10) stayed at Dina’s place for a week and had a fantastic time. The apartments were spotless and had everything necessary. They were close to public transport, and communication was always great. We didn't get to use the outdoor area much, but I bet you will enjoy it! Dina and her daughter Luna were very friendly all the time. They allowed us to leave our luggage in their garage so we could relax while waiting for our flight in the afternoon. Thank you so much for everything!

Superb stay in Croatia. The apartment is very nice and right at a nice beach. Great restaurants are close by. Our son (9 years old) particularly enjoyed the small football pitch. Toni was a wonderful host, always responding fast and in a very helpful way. Clearly a strong recommendation from our side.

Familjens vistelse på Villa Lucis var helt fantastisk, och vår värd Žeki gjorde verkligen upplevelsen extra speciell. Från första stund möttes vi av ett varmt och personligt bemötande. Žeki är en otroligt engagerad och omtänksam värd som såg till att vi hade allt vi behövde för en perfekt semester. Villan är fantastisk – rymlig, elegant och med alla bekvämligheter man kan önska sig. Rummen var smakfullt inredda och erbjöd gott om utrymme för både avkoppling och samvaro. Barnen älskade att utforska de olika utrymmena, medan vi vuxna njöt av de små detaljerna som gav en känsla av lyx. Utomhusområdet var en riktig höjdpunkt för hela familjen. Poolen var ren och inbjudande – perfekt för både lek och avkoppling. Trädgården erbjöd en lugn och vacker miljö, och vi njöt av att äta middag tillsammans ute medan vi beundrade den fantastiska utsikten. Vi kan varmt rekommendera Villa Lucis till andra familjer som söker en minnesvärd semester. Vi ser fram emot att återvända i framtiden!

Sandra est une hôte super, très sympathique et accueillante. Le logement est conforme aux photos, très propre et il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Je vous recommande fortement le logement !!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage bei Josip. Das Haus entsprach voll der Beschreibung und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Olivenbäume war toll. Der private Pool bot immer eine Erfrischung. Das Meer und die Stadt zum einkaufen war mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5 min. zu erreichen. Der Nahe Flughafen hat fast gar nicht gestört. Josip war ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber und immer zu erreichen. Wir würden wieder in diesem Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen. Insgesamt ein ganz toller Urlaub.... Danke Josip

We loved Helena's place. We were 2 families with 4 children under 11, so this house was just perfect! The pool was ideal for keeping out the baking Croatian sun, with lots of sunbeds. There is an outdoor kitchen, as well as a pristine and brand new inside kitchen, fully equipped so eating al fresco was very easy. The rooms housed us all more than adequately, with the double rooms with ensuites facing the sea, and the smaller kid's rooms at the back. The house is located a few minutes walk to a good local restaurant, a cute little beach that didn't get too busy and an excellent beach bar. A big plus was the closeness to the airport so you can genuinely just walk to the house in 10 mins. We didn't hire a car and just took Helena's recommended taxi firm to visit the local town of Trogir. We also did a days boat trip and they picked us up from the beach close to us, so no travelling required. If you're after a quiet and relaxing week, Helena's place is perfect!

Alles lief unkompliziert ab. Kommunikation auf Englisch. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen. Das Haus ist hell und geräumig, mit Klimaanlage und durch Hecken im Garten auch sehr privat. Mit Pool, Trampolin, Schaukeln, Kicker und Tischtennisplatte auch perfekt für Kinder! Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner kann kostenlos genutzt werden. Ante kam alle paar Tage vorbei und hat den Pool gereinigt und hat uns Nachtisch und Essen zum Abschied gebracht. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist groß und kostenlos, nur bei Regen etwas rutschig. In der Umgebung kann man zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto viel unternehmen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub dort!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Appartement war wie beschrieben. Der Empfang war sehr nett und die Gastgeberin war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gepflegt und modern. Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Wie sind mir der Unterkunft vollkommen zufrieden! Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche, saubere Spülmaschine, ein großer Balkon, wo wir gerne Frühstück und Abendbrot hatten. Ich kann es gerne weiterempfehlen. Marko war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, und wir hatten gar keine Fragen und keine Probleme. Die Lage passt besonders für Familien gut, es war unser zweiter Urlaub in Kaštela. Ruhige Strände mit flachem Eingang, Duschen, Verleih. Etwas weiter findet man Altstadt und Restaurants. In 15 Min. erreicht man Trogir, in 30 Min. Split, man kann einen schönen Nachmittagsausflug machen.

Appartamento molto pulito, in più l’appartamento veramente bello e moderno, host super gentile e sorridente, per ogni cosa ci ha risposto subito ed è stata disponile L’appartamento in un ottima pozione. È stato tutto ottimo. Siamo rimasti. Molto contenti

check in was easy the place was as described, very close to a local feeling beach, which was a nice change from the tourist ones near split. Check in was easy for the most part in regards to keys but you have to send pictures of everyone's passports to her and if she wasn't able to read info it caused some back and forth between you and the host causing delay in your vacation. My only issues with the airbnb is that you can't leave the air-conditioner on when you leave as the key for the electricity is attached to the house key. the other issue I noted was a large amount of ants in the living room on our arrival. other then the ants the place was clean and seemed well maintained. Over it is still an amazing airbnb with a good location if you don'twant to be in the city center with lots of great food options nearby.

A truly wonderful place to stay. Very spacious and walking distance from local shops, the beach and bakeries. About a 15min journey into split centre and very close to the airport. Ksenija was so helpful and kind and really was the most lovely host!

We got to the listing very early for check-in but Mate was ready for us outside and really welcoming. The apartment had so many extra amenities and was definitely worth what we paid. Once we settled, Mate sent us a list of nearby restaurants and beaches and was always checking if we needed anything else. We got caught in some terrible rain and Mate kindly provided umbrellas within an hour of asking. The apartment is very close to the supermarket however, to reach any beach or restaurant, there is a 25-30 min walk usually across the motorway. The nearest bus stop is around 10mins walk but the more frequent and reliable one is 20. Despite this, the apartment was bigger than expected and was definitely comfortable enough to spend days lounging.
