Grad Krk : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Notre maison de rêve!!! Quel endroit magnifique. C’était encore mieux que nos attentes. La maison est décorée avec goût, accueillante, rénovée mais garde son cachet. La piscine est juste sublime. L’intérieure comme l’extérieure, 10/10. Zoran nous a fait des recommandations locales géniales. C’est un hôte attentionné et très gentil. Un endroit calme et paradisiaque pour des vacances tranquilles, près de tout sur l’île (à moins de 30 min de voiture des attraits). Nous recommandons cette maison pour votre futur voyage, un incontournable!

It was an amazing stay. The hosts were super nice and always answered super fast if there were questions. The place is super sweet but for our personal taste it could‘ve been cleaner it was overall clean but there were a view things that could’ve gotten a little more attention while cleaning. It was a nice neighborhood we weren’t super quiet but there was never an issue with any neighbors. We do have to say that one evening a neighbor came onto the property to sell us olive oil which was kinda weird because we were only girls so I would keep the gates closed ( which we didn’t oops) and maybe not have things of worth laying around outside because if he had the chance to come onto the property others can to. But the host answered immediately when we told her and made sure we always felt save for the rest of our stay. Would definitely come back overall amazing.

Es war genauso wie von anderen schon beschrieben.. Ein sehr schöner Ort zum Abschalten und Josipa war immer gut erreichbar!

The accommodation still exceeded our expectations. It's not just the facilities, cleanliness and all, the place has a spirit (genius loci). Communication with the hostess was quick and seamless, everything worked, so satisfaction. If you're ok with the fact that the beaches are about 2 km along forest paths, you'll be rewarded with privacy for swimming (we were here in June). For us it was worth it and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet without the crowds. Anyone who expects to cycle to the sea must be a skilled rider, as it must be very challenging in the heat and back from the water up the big hill. We preferred to use the car. We definitely want to go back!

Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Wohnung für deinen Urlaub in Punat. Sehr großer Garten mit Außendusche. Sehr zentrale und ruhige Lage und ein sehr herzlicher Empfang. Ebenso wurde uns ein Wein-tasting vermittelt, vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Hier hat alles bestens gepasst

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Die Privatsphäre war genau so wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben. Nach einen kleinen Problem war der Vermieter so schnell da. es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Sonnenaufgänge am obersten Sitzplatz waren berauschend. Es war alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt den wir nie vergessen werden. Das Haus ,die Umgebung ,einfach alles.

Wir waren mit unserem Sohn dort und was soll ich sagen… Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen. Kuchen und Saft standen im Kühlschrank bereit. Sanja hat uns direkt die Wohnung mit allen drum und dran übergeben und erklärt. Bei fragen konnten wir sie jederzeit ansprechen. Die von Sanja angekündigte Traubenernte hat die Familie schneller als der Wind erledigt und uns direkt mit der frischen Trauben und Feigen versorgt. Eins wissen wir sicher, wir kommen wieder! Die Wohnung hat alles was man im Urlaub benötigt, spart euch das mitschleppen von Waschmittel, Salz usw. Sanja hat wirklich alles was man nur braucht. Sanja, danke für die tolle Zeit bei dir :) bis nächstes Jahr

Great place with a beautiful outdoor space, including a big swimming pool. We enjoyed it a lot. The house is very well equipped with everything that you need, we felt like at home. Wonderful location, and Igor and his family are great hosts!

Das Appartement entsprach alles in allem unseren Erwartungen. Frische Handtücher, Bettwäsche haben wir ohne Nachfrage erhalten. Wir wurden sogar reichlich mit Eiern der eigenen Hühner versorgt. Der Strand war zwar fussläufig erreichbar. Der Weg dorthin war aber schon beschwerlich. Wir sind daher zum Baden zum nahegelegenen Strand beim Kamp Glavotok gefahren.

Wunderbar kleine Wohnung. Alles was man braucht. Wohnung alles neu und gute Betten. Herrlicher Ausblick. Nah (fussläufig) am Zentrum und Hafen und doch abseits von Unruhe. Wirklich sehr netter Vermieter. Stadt Krk ist eine Reise wert. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Danke

Appartamento pulitissimo, corrispondente alla descrizione e alle foto. Adatto ad una famiglia di 4 persone. Ampio terrazzo, all'ombra di fichi e ulivi, in cui è possibile sia pranzare che cenare fuori. La posizione ideale per raggiungere a piedi sia il centro di Krk che la spiaggia, senza bisogno di muovere l'auto. I proprietari cordiali e sempre disponibili.

We zijn met ons gezien (met 2 kinderen van 11 en 14 jaar) 2 weken verbleven in het mooie verblijf van Marija in Garica KrK. We hebben het er geweldig gehad! Een mooie centraal gelegen locatie waardoor alles op het eiland goed bereikbaar is, Het appartement was geweldig, alles was aanwezig en we hebben enorm genoten van het lekkere zwembad. Voor vragen konden we erg snel schakelen met Marija - er werd direct gereageerd. Al met al een heerlijk vakantieverblijf waar we zeker nog een keer terug zullen komen!

l'appartamento è funzionale e accogliente per la vita da mare, con uno spazio esterno molto piacevole per cenare e tutto il necessario per cucinare e trascorrere la vacanza. Ranka e Dorian sono stati sempre disponibili e accoglienti. siamo stati tre notti e abbiamo cambiato spiaggia ogni giorno, in un tempo ragionevole abbiamo trovato baie splendide, ma anche la spiaggia vicina ha un mare molto bello. Veglia si raggiunge in 10 minuti. siamo stati molto bene.

Appartamento curato e pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario per una buona permanenza. Letto molto comodo, armadiao capiente. Bagno organizzato e dotato di lavatrice, sicuramente un plus! Cucina attrezzata e ben disposta. L'organizzazione degli spazio è davvero ottima! Veranda con bbq, tavolo, stendino. Davvero tutto benissimo! Ivan e Daria persone gentilissime e disponibili! Torneremeo di sicuro!

Thank you for the beautiful, clean and fully equipped accommodation with Helena. We did not miss anything. The living room with kitchen and terrace were very spacious, larger than in the photos. Helena and her family were very friendly and communicative. We would recommend to others and would be happy to return again.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir als Familie haben uns für die 5 Tage wohl gefühlt. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön und der Strand nur die Treppe hinunter zu erreichen.

This was our third stay at Violeta's apartment and we will definitely be coming back next year 😊 Violeta is a lovely host, kind, always available and responsive. The apartment is the best - a peaceful neighbourhood, 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach and dog beach, gorgeous fenced yard, perfect for dogs and small children. 5 stars!

Es ist eine wunderschöne, saubere Unterkunft in toller Lage mit Ausblick auf das Meer und die Stadt. Tereza und Ivica sind sehr nette Leute. Sie haben uns individuelle Dinge zum unternehmen empfohlen, wobei die Kommunikation fast ausschließlich über Chat stattfand, was aber kein Problem darstellte. Das Bier und Dessert zum Empfang waren sehr lecker. Allgemein ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Se ami stare circondato dalla natura e nel silenzio, questa è la casa giusta per te! Lo spazio all'esterno è semplicemente stupendo: abbiamo adorato trascorrere le serate all'aria aperta in compagnia delle cicale. La cucina è essenziale ma molto organizzata e pulita così come il resto dell'abitazione. Marta è adorabile, gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Daniel ed io abbiamo lasciato un pezzo del nostro cuore.

Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Am besten hat mir die Aussicht gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Promenade, von wo man schön lange an der Küste spazieren kann und Restaurants sind auch direkt erreichbar.

Appartamento confortevole e pulito, area esterna ben attrezzata. La proprietaria molto disponibile e molto attenta a fare sentire l'ospite a proprio agio. Si è preoccupata di farci tenere libero il posto auto e x tutta la vacanza si interessava x come andava. Ci ha fatto un regalo quando siamo arrivati e quando siamo ripartiti.

The time at Damir's flat was very nice. We received a very nice welcome when we arrived. The house and the balcony were very nicely furnished and very clean, so you immediately feel at home. It was also dog friendly accommodation. We couldn't have asked for anything better, are very happy and would definitely recommend it!

Alloggio molto bello ! Area esterna super ! Casa comoda e accogliente. Pezzo forte la piscina . Collocata in zona molto tranquilla per chi ama come noi la pace e la tranquillità. Parcheggio riservato molto comodo ! A 5 minuti dal bel centro di Malinska e a 15 minuti da Veglia . Host molto disponibile e gentile ! Buon ristorante a 300 metri (Konoba Santec) . Supermercati a pochi minuti in auto . Super consigliato!
