We could not have asked for more! The villa is gorgeous and is in the best location. The staff are super nice and extremely friendly and helpful. We met with Era and Laura who helped with everything from recommending restaurants and places to go, to helping out with any questions or queries we had. We will 1000% be coming back again. Super verblijf gehad. Heel netjes appartement, op 5-15 min. lopen van restaurants. Marta reageerde snel op vragen en was weg behulpzaam.

Checkin was very easy, the apartment was very clean and as the pictures showed. Old Town Nin is only a few minutes walk away with lots of shops and cafes. Highly recommend this place!

Dijana and her family made us feel more than welcome. The house is perfect and all the facilities have us a great week in the house

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Denis war sehr Hilfsbereit und hat jede Frage die wir hatten zügig und ausführlich beantwortet. Die Unterkunft war in einer ruhigeren Gegend und alles war fußläufig erreichbar (10 Minuten bis zum Strand, 5 Minuten zum Einkaufen und zu Restaurants). Ich kann die Unterkunft nur jedem Empfehlen!

We had a Nice stay. It was at the beginning of the season so it was nice and calm. The house is located on the beach. There’s a gym and sauna so that was great to start the day off and go for a swim. House is nice. Everything you need is there and around the house. Market is around the corner. Zadar is +- 20 min drive away. Recommend. 👍🏼

Aufschließen ✌️ durchatmen 👌 und einfach nur wohlfühlen 🤌 in jeder Räumlichkeit absolut möglich. Andrej ist mega bemüht, angenehm und schnell in der Kommunikation. Verlängerung spontan unkompliziert. Sehr sauber und sehr angenehme Gerüche. Zadar war nicht unsere Stadt um Kroatien lieben zu lernen. Atmosphäre und kroatischen Flair geht entlang der Küste 100x besser. Aber um sich nach dem Abenteuerurlaub zu entspannen, definitiv in Andrejs Apartment 🤩 Dankeschön, wir kommen gerne wieder!

I loved my staying at the apartment. It has everything necessary and matches the photos. The host was always helpful and responded very quickly. For someone it could probably be a bit far from the old center (cca 15-18 minutes walk), but for me it was okay. You’ll find a shopping mall with cinema within 5 minutes from the apartment. I definitely recommend staying at Marin’s apartment!

Frane's house was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a little out of the centre of the city but that was what we wanted... it was peaceful and quiet... a good place to relax. We were sad to leave and would happily stay here again.

An excellent house for a family or a group. There is a pool and a playground nearby. Within walking distance to the city center. Completely matches the description and photos. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut, kein Verkehr, da Sackgasse - sehr Ruhig. Angenehmen Gastgeber - einfach unkompliziert. Was ich gut empfunden habe, der Gastgeber stellt Fahrräder zur Verfügung - optimal zb. in der Früh zum Bäcker zu fahren. Es hat einem an nichts gefehlt. Danke noch mal und schöne Grüße.

Nur zu Empfehlen! Es war eine tolle Unterkunft für 8 Personen. Besonders der Pool war Grandios. Durch die Nähe zum Strand konnten wir die Sommerzeit ideal genießen.

Beautiful apartment with great location. Close to the bus station, beach and old town. Really easy to get from an airport and gives an opportunity to easily travel to different places

Notre séjour était parfait. Nos arrivés et départs étaient tout décalés, mais Ivana était toujours là . Bienveillante et souple. L appart/ terrasse et piscine au top. A 5 mins de la petite plage / supermarché Tommy/ le café bar a côté pour voir les magnifiques couchés de soleil. et le arrêt de bus pour aller en ville. on a ADORÉ.

Wir sind vier Freunde und haben das Haus von Nevena sehr genossen! Es war für uns genau passend, 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Ausreichend Platz und Rückzugsmöglicheiten für jeden. Die Küche ist sehr modern und zweckmäßig ausgestattet (Kaffeevollautomat, Sandwichmaker, Spülmaschine.. ) Wir haben den Garten mit Pool und gemütlicher Sitzlounge geliebt. Der Pool ist echt ein Highlight! 🥰 Der Grill ist ideal und wir haben unser BBQ auf dem schönen Balkon genossen. Die Hängematte unter dem Baum ist ein schöner Schattenplatz zum Ausruhen. Alles ist so wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Nevena ist eine großartige und herzliche Gastgeberin. Als Willkommensgruß gab es lokale Snacks wie Käse und Schinken und einen Wein. Sehr aufmerksam! Außerdem haben wir wertvolle Tipps für Strände, Restaurants und Umgebung erhalten. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft unbedingt und kommen gerne wieder! 😊
