Molly and Eric were perfect hosts, friendly and warm. This was more like a B&B experience as Eric cooked me breakfast with eggs from their own chickens, maple syrup from their trees and apples from their orchard. I shared that I was looking for a fire and Eric expertly set up the fire pit for me and kept it going. Molly kept me company for a while by the fire with good conversation and then I had some time on my own as well. Can't wait to go back! Thank you Molly and Eric!

I've stayed at many Airbnbs, and this ranks among my favorites. The setting is absolutely magical, and the cottage is lovely and comfortable. Took a bath in the tub each night I was there. I was traveling for a workshop at Cone Editions, and it was a 10 minute walk down the road. Burnice was easy to communicate with and very kind-- she gave me fresh eggs from her chickens and even met up with me one morning for a walk through her woods. Highly recommend.

You couldn't ask for a better host than Lisa, the owner of this property ( and her husband Ken! ). She made us feel immediately welcomed, was flexible in terms of our arrival, catered to our needs, and provided a wonderful place to stay to enjoy the nearly non-existent fall foliage during the weekend we chose. It was not a wasted trip, however, because everything about our long weekend was great. The nearby town was close enough to go for meals and had an awesome menu, Dartmouth and the town of Hanover were close by and lovely to visit, and just enjoying the ambience of Lisa and Ken's house was a treat. She provided a very tasty continental breakfast of locally made jam, bread, yogurt, granola, plenty of fruit, and good coffee. This was a nice feature of this airbnb listing because we could leisurely get up, eat something and not have to rush out to the town to have breakfast each day. The smell of coffee in the guest room was heavenly to wake up to! Lisa and Ken were interesting and easy to talk to and we loved every minute of our stay here and would recommend it to anyone.

My second stay in another lovely room with a private bathroom. April is such a welcoming host, and her place is incredibly well-cared for and stocked with everything you could need. Highly recommended!

From Ron’s place to Waterville Valley Resort where I was going, was a short ride, much faster than going up 49 from the highway. Ron’s room 11 opens privately at ground level in the back of the house. There is an inside stairway to the upstairs as well. The suite has a large living room, a private bathroom and a bedroom. I was there by myself so it was much more than I needed. It would be great for two people and maybe more if they can share a bathroom. Everything was very clean and there were two big towels, two smaller towels and two washcloths. Great base for going to Waterville Valley and anywhere else around the area.

Our family has stayed at a lot of air bnb rentals and this was one of the nicest! It was extremely clean and comfortable. Our kids loved the walkway down to the rental. The snacks/breakfast items provided were so helpful and made getting ready for skiing the next morning so easy since we didn’t have to take time to find a grocery store or restaurant. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with and we’d stay here again in the future.

Without a car, Sandy’s Airbnb is an easy & beautiful walk from Hanover Inn. There happens to be a free shuttle in Hanover to get to all points around the college and to DHMC (which is across town line, in Lebanon, 3 miles away) which allowed me to visit a sick friend with support, comfort and ease.

Firstly this is not just some ordinary room. This is an amazing full bed and breakfast experience run by 2 hospitality professionals that are top notch at what they do. This B&B is a HIDDEN GEM!! If you aren't immediately entranced by the views of the sun rising and setting over a pristine mountain lake you will be lost in the beauty and character of the building which is full of eye catching art. Shelia and Bruce were a joy to conversate with and were some of the kindest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. They are very pet friendly and treated our dog like family! As for the garnet suite the room is gorgeous and feels luxurious. The bathroom is a stunner and very large and open, it is so relaxing and the green jade marble tiling adds a gorgeous touch. What are you waiting for?! Book this B&B you will not regret it!! I rarely write reviews but had to since I was so blown away.

A very cute basement apartment below a family home with plenty of space to explore. We had only stayed one night but would’ve felt comfortable staying longer in this lovely space. The hosts provided many snacks in a little welcome basket as well as ingredients to make breakfast sandwiches. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice retreat with a lovely space around them.

The Inn on Golden Pond was beautiful, clean, and full of character. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was divine! I appreciated all the small details that made families traveling with kiddos and/or pets feel at home. Thank you, Erica and Mike!

Mary and Jim are wonderful hosts.They were very welcoming and made me feel at home. Jim prepared wonderful creative home made meals. We loved our stay at the Kinsman Lodge! Right from the booking, Sue was extremely caring and attentive. Our rooms, like the entire place, were very quaint and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and included delicious muffins and options that Sue herself prepared everyday. That region of NH is extremely beautiful and Sue gave us great hiking trail recommendations among the many options that exist in the area. Do hope we can visit NH again in the future and stay at the Kinsman Lodge :)

Always a pleasure staying with Susan. Home feel that’s warm, clean, and smells great. A lot of activities in the house and in the surrounding areas. Erica makes a delicious breakfast each morning. Will always stay here when coming to NH.

My stay at Colonel Spencer Inn far exceeded all possible expectations. The building dates back to before the Revolutionary War and maintains all the charm of the era. David, the host, has wonderful stories about the inn's namesake, and the building's history. The breakfasts were gourmet. I can honestly say I have never, in my life, had a breakfast meal as wonderfully crafted as these. They were delicious, and fresh. They were not drowned in sauces or creams or other trickery; the made with the freshest of ingredients and prepared by a culinary master. This was every bit a wonderful stay.

Bjorn and Elaine are wonderful hosts of a beautiful, historic site. The house itself is rich with lovely historic details including wide plank floors that one would never see, old glass, incredible wood beams, and more. Bjorn and Elaine could not have been more welcoming and kind. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return should we find ourselves at the beautiful lake in the future. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed!
