Place was as advertised! Host was responsive. Beautiful location, close to many restaurants.

It was great stay with family, had wonderful time at house and it was clean and neat. We stayed two nights and everything was perfect.

We have wonderful stay. It was a ski vacation at Loon and Cannon. Everything was great with the condo and a beautiful view of the river.

We had a great time all around between the amenities at the lodge and all the good fun restaurants in walking distance of our room! We’ll definitely be coming back in the summer! Rick was extremely helpful with everything we needed.

This is our second stay at this place. It was perfect for our 3 day trip to ski and visit the area. I was excited to see they added a gym also to the lodge as well. Will definitely book again!

We had a great stay!! Condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of room! The amenities were great, took full advantage of the indoor pool due to rain. The restaurants Eric recommended in his listing were great as well, we tried The Common Man, CJs Penalty Box, and Black Mt Burger Company, none disappointed!

Loved the honey vibe! Felt like an apartment more than a hotel stay. The fireplace made the condo very warm and cozy. The view from the balcony of the ski mountain was beautiful. The game room was a great extra. Lots of different games to choose from. Everything was very clean. Couldn’t hear neighbors at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient to restaurants and Loon. The condo was accurate to the listing. Only gripe is the thin walls, but it’s a condo complex so what can you expect.

The house had plenty of space for a family of five — it was comfortable and cozy, with a beautiful view of the lake from the window. There was a lovely, clean river nearby. Not far away, there are several wonderful places to visit where you can see waterfalls, even in March. In the evening, you can relax in the pool and warm up in the sauna. A perfect getaway — thank you to the host!

This is our second year coming here and we’re already considering coming for a third year AND we’re recommending it to our friends. This place has a highly functional (if small) kitchen, comfy beds, great location, very quiet (with the exception of one night of drunk college kids next door), very private looking out over the mountains, and a big pool, hot tub and sauna as well as an arcade room and ping pong! Shelly was quick to respond, even in the middle of the night with a phone number of someone who might help with the party next door (and that was only 1 night, we stayed 6 nights and that was the only middle of the night noise). The building is well kept and the staff is friendly. Top notch place to stay.

Overall, this was a great stay. Conveniently located, very cute and cozy condo, Emily is extremely easy to communicate with, and it is very reasonably priced. The only thing to note is that they do not provide shampoo/conditioner/body wash which we all found extremely odd and very inconvenient. Such a small thing to make guests happy. That being said it was a great stay.

We planned a very last minute ski trip to Waterville Valley and were so lucky to find Julie and Derek’s place - beautiful, spotless, the kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. Julie was flexible with check-in/check-out time and provided nice recommendations on where to eat and things to do. We had a perfect stay and are looking forward to coming back!

I sent a text with a small question we had and Brian answered it with in minutes with perfect information. The house was great and easy to find. We had a great weekend

The house was very well equipped and just as described. Well situated to the ice castles which was our destination. The house has a few minor areas that could use improvement but overall a great value. It is perfect for two adult couples and up to 5 children, if planning adults to stay in the 3rd floor bedroom (which is a very cool tween space!) I would recommend an air mattress. The Rec center was a nice place to spend a few hours swimming and playing games in the arcade on Saturday morning and the house is a short walk or drive. Stacey was very responsive and a great host, thank you for sharing the home we had a great family weekend. Take Stacey’s advice and take a right at the bridge rather than following the gps, much easier road.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was beautiful, pristine and so well equipped. The pretty flowers and snacks added to the super sweet welcome. We enjoyed the location: the neighborhood was peaceful and the home was close to great hiking and skiing. The very gracious hosts made our stay special.

Our large group absolutely loved Gregs home! The views were absolutely stunning! It accommodated all 15 of us very comfortably! Everyone loved the hot tube and sauna! Theres so much to do in the area and the food scene was great! We had an amazing time and would come back in the future!
