This is an absolutely beautiful place! We Loved our stay here and didn’t want to go home! Such beautiful scenery and we felt right at home. The house had everything we needed.

great stay right on the lake!! had everything we needed. kitchen equipped with enough to make our thanksgiving dinner. beds were comfy. she even asked if we wanted it decorated for Christmas.🎄 close to some beautiful hiking trails/falls. kids wanna go back for summer! raechel was always quick to reply and helpful with anything

Airbnb review We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this creekside cottage. The host was easy to communicate with, responding promptly to all our queries and ensuring a smooth check-in process. The cottage itself was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, highlighting the owners’ attention to detail. From toiletries to kitchen utensils, nothing was overlooked. Would definitely stay here again!

Becky’s place is beautiful and impeccably clean! She was extremely responsive as well. My husband and our fur children had a wonderful time. The view alone is worth a million bucks! Will definitely be back here in the future 😊

My family of 5 really enjoyed our time in the mountains! Randy accurately shared directions (the lack of GPS) and photos. I was surprised at how stocked the kitchen was with pots/pans, utensils, dishware, etc. There was so much more there than was listed. We did use the grill (thanks to whomever left some propane!) but struggled with keeping it lit. My husband is the grill master and he didn’t seem to mind so that doesn’t reflect negatively on my review. We were fully prepared to be without directions, as others mentioned in their reviews, but we had no problem finding the private road or home. The private road is long, dirt/gravel and some spots have ruts. My big ol’ SUV struggled here and there but nothing that made us feel unsafe. We did attempt to have a fire (thanks to whomever left some wood!!) but learned there was a burn ban at the time. Definitely check that before you burn! Overall, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed exploring such a beautiful area. Randy is an awesome host

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and it was perfect! The kitchen has a bunch of useful items like measuring cups and spoons, nice stainless steel pans for cooking, plenty of utensils/silverware, mixer and bowls, serving dishes, spices, the random leftovers from previous guests that make it feel like home. The closet full of games was a hit and we even found other holidays decorations in there! Furniture is all comfortable, everything was clean, and there was plenty of towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soap, etc. for the 7 of us for 6 days. Outdoor space is really nice with games like cornhole and ring/hook, fire and space heaters were great for the chilly nights and, of course, the hot tub. There were baby gates for the stairs but I didn't find a pack and play or crib. There isn't a bathtub, only showers with detachable heads. We didn't use the garage apartment but it looks really nice. Paige was always helpful and responsive! Definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful, peaceful place overlooking Lake Santeelah. We enjoyed it very much. This was our second time at Little Hickory and loved it even more. Michelle and Kirk are great hosts and very accommodating. Can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this cabin. You definitely need 4WD to get up the mountain as it is a steep, gravel road with a lot of washed out areas. The drive to the cabin itself is an adventure. Would highly recommend arriving during daylight until you are familiar with the drive up. Once you arrive at the cabin it is secluded with a breathtaking view of the mountains. We loved eating breakfast on the porch in the morning taking in the sounds and views. The host was great and assisted very quickly with a few issues we had. The cabin was cozy and the host was very thoughtful in little details around the cabin. Would love to stay here again.

What a lovely stay! We really enjoyed making a fire and cooking by the river. Such an awesome location and only a mile from the Nantahala Outdoor Center. I’d highly recommend Donnie’s stay to anyone looking for a private get away in the mountains. We will definitely stay again.

The apartment was very nice and cozy, and the property was absolutely enchanting. We saw so many deer right around the house. Mimi is an excellent hostess. We hope to stay again some time in the future.

Jaime and Cris were amazing hosts! I forgot to grab a blanket from home and was a little chilly when we got there and asked if they had one I could borrow. It was delivered outside our door. They were super sweet! The bed was comfortable and the place was just as advertised and clean!! It was very homey! It is conveniently placed right outside of downtown Bryson City and there are ample amounts of things to do in the area! Can’t say enough positive things about our time at Jaime and Cris’s place or about Bryson City!! Great place to stay and a great little town to visit! We will for sure be back and checking to see if Jaime and Cris’s place is available for us to stay when we come back!

If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in a peaceful location close to downtown Franklin, look no further! Up a quaint, winding road, nestled in the trees is a wonderful two bedroom ground level apartment waiting just for you. Once you arrive you will be warmly greeted by your hosts Dave, Barb & Beans who are always available but never intrusive. Their view is wonderful! The property exactly as described. You Can’t ask for more! And I can’t wait to go back!

Belinda and Ben were great host! The home met our needs as we were waiting to close on our home. The space worked well for my husband who was working remotely and also for the visiting grand kids. The home is simple bbut had everything we needed.

One of the best stays we have had in Bryson City! So close to town, very homey with lots of extras. They have little notes and signs everywhere to assist you. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need including snacks and coffee, full size soaps , shampoo, cleaners , etc. They offer extra treats like little spa treatments, makeup cloth, robes for the sauna. There’s also lots of cozy blankets, Alexa operated heat and air, nice big living room with comfy sectional, well appointed kitchen, the list goes on and on! The beds and sheets were super comfy as well. Very impressed with this place and would definitely stay again

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Fontana View 2. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Stonewood was smooth and prompt. The cabin was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. The location was fantastic! I appreciated all the messages that were immediately replied to! Jessica was so very helpful. My mother-in-law and I REALLY appreciated the bottle of wine that was there waiting for us! The kiddos loved the chocolate, haha. Everything was clean and welcoming. I had everything I needed in the kitchen. If we go back to that area, we will definitely stay there again.

One of the highlights was the hot tub, which was the perfect place to relax while taking in the stunning scenery. Overall, a fantastic getaway, and I would definitely stay here again!

Everything is exactly as pictured and description is very accurate. The house is gorgeous and they have literally thought of everything. Very peaceful stay. 30 minute beautiful ride to Tail of the Dragon. Great, timely communication with the host. We will most definitely be returning! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Honestly the best cabin and Host I have experienced on vacations. Beautiful place! Very clean and well cared for! Elise was always very fast responding and gracious with all requests! Definitely want to come back!

Casey was very responsive, made us feel at home, and made the whole experience easy. We got there right before sunset the first night and got to enjoy the amazing view. The roads around the house are very steep, so if you have the option to bring a four wheel drive, do it. Otherwise, you will be fine. The house had plenty of room to move around, peaceful bedrooms, and good entertainment. Thanks Casey!
