This place is a gem on the river in Knoxville. The view is beautiful, especially at night with the bridge all lit up. I walked, and I walked, and I walked…. There are restaurants and coffee shops everywhere and it is very close to downtown. It’s in a really cool historic building and we really enjoyed it. It was wonderful from start to finish!

My daughter and I stayed here for a campus tour of University of Tennessee. The place was the perfect location, simple to find and a super responsive/helpful host. I'd do it all over again

Stayed here for two and a half months while our house is being built. Well furnished and worked out great for us.

Great little house with everything you need. Nicely equipped kitchen were you can do real cooking. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Short walk to a supermarket. We loved staying at the house and can recommend it.

Have stayed here a few times, and it’s always very nice. This is an excellent place to stay for anyone who may have pet or indoor allergies, as I’ve never had any issues during my stays. I highly recommend!

Thanks for the stay. It was only a five-minute drive to the UT campus, which was great, and it was close to the local Kroger store. The house was well kept and well equipped for home cooking. You can hear the trains a little - but where in Knoxsville don't you... Quiet neighbourhood dfelt comfortable, will certainly stay there again! Thank you

Paige was an excellent host! She met us at check-in with the keys and gave us a tour. She was friendly and helpful; answering us promptly whenever we had a question. The property was beautiful and serene, while the home was very tastefully decorated and comfy. We will definitely want to stay here the next time we are visiting the area!

This is a beautiful property-the dock and patios are amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our party of 13 all agreed we would choose this house again if we return to Tennessee!

This was our first Airbnb experience and it was a great experience all around. The house was so nice, homey, clean and the view was a bonus. Definitely will try to get the house again on another visit.

Amazing place ! Super spacious! Very nice and peaceful surroundings. Each room on the second story has its own personal balcony ! The place is so amazing we rented it for another month !

Stayed here for a weekend disc golf get away. Was a perfect location for the area and Jason was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommended

Diana was helpful and provided great directions to teach the condo as well as how to get inside. There were some great upgrades to the place. As others mentioned the drive up can be steep at certain points, and if there’s no day light it can be pretty dark so be aware of that. Views and fresh air were beautiful during the day though.

Great place to stay with family while touring Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains. Beds were comfortable and every room was clean with amenities. Hot tub was a nice addition after touring the areas. The host was always responsive and made great recommendations for the area. Will be back.

We had a wonderful time exploring Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. The place is beautiful with amazing views. Everything was super clean and they have everything you can think of. They are wonderful hosts. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

We had a little issue with check in but MaryAlice was so quick and responsive it caused no delay! The place was cozy, simple, and just perfect! Neighborhood is very walkable with lots of places near by and parking was great! - note if you have a tall vehicle ask host about parking garage height, my Subaru forester was tight in certain places in the garage- but we ended up making it without issue!

Allie and Jamie are top notch in all respects. Their apartment is gorgeous, clean, well designed and very conveniently located in the center of it all. They go out of their way to be welcoming, responsive and are very generous with the extras. You would be hard pressed to find better accommodations/hosts in all of Knoxville...

Ashleigh made my stay a breeze. She was informative and thoughtful about providing me with information knowing it was my first time in Knoxville. She was extremely responsive and flexible to accommodate my needs. Her place is conveniently located and in a lovely historic building close to plenty of attractions. I was able to explore the town on foot which I highly recommend. Thanks again Ashleigh for making my experience so memorable.

It was just as lovely and cozy as the pictures showed. The full wall of windows and natural lighting was wonderful! Exceptionally clean! Communication with host one of best I’ve ever experienced. Appreciated toiletries, coffee bar, laundry detergent, etc. Would come back in a heartbeat if back in town again.
