the apartment was nice we had very noisy neighbours for a week we were really nervous and on edge we will not be going back to el rincon cos of that and we really did used to like that area spoilt it

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fint boende – rent, välutrustat och bra läge! Min dotter och hennes seglarkompisar bodde här under ett träningsläger i El Campello, och vi är väldigt nöjda med boendet! Lägenheten var ren, fräsch och välutrustad, vilket gjorde deras vistelse både bekväm och smidig. ✔ Mycket utrymme för kläder – gott om galgar och förvaring. ✔ Fina, rena badrum – bra duschar och fräscht intryck. ✔ Välutrustat kök – fanns allt från plastbyttor för förvaring till alla andra nödvändiga köksredskap. ✔ Torkställning fanns, vilket var bra för seglarkläderna! ✔ Lätt att sortera sopor – smidigt att slänga och återvinna precis utanför på gatan. ✔ Bra läge – nära matbutik och strandpromenaden. ✔ Bra kontakt med ansvarig – även om hon föredrog spanska, gick det lätt att kommunicera. Vi har inget negativt att anmärka och kan varmt rekommendera denna lägenhet till andra!

A fresh and modern apartment with all the comfort that one needs. It was nicer than the pictures. Nothing to complain at all. If we go there again, I would book this apartment again.

The apartment was excelent for us(family with two kids) it was clean, well equipped (all appliances in house and kitchen were provided, air condition and fans were working very good), the neighborhood was quiet and safe (the grocery store and few cafeterias were close), the swimming pool was clean and not crowded in the end of August, when we were there. The only think worth mentoning is that the swimming pool in its shallowest point has got more or less 1,55 meter, so if you are with young kids who are not good swimmers you will need additional swimming equipment. To sum up Kim’s place is worth visiting and good choice. Kim was a great host, very helpful, prompt replying for any questions, very communicative.

"Дьявол кроется в деталях" : очень приятно после перелета зайти в квартиру в которой стоит бутылка воды и шампанское. Приятно когда чисто , когда хозяин Вас встечает...когда есть формальны едетали,но это лично к владельцу.

We had a great time. Beautiful apartment. What we liked, a great location, very authentic Spanish vibe around the area. My daughter loved the pool . Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Bus stop and good bus service nearby to head into San Juan De Alicante beach. (gorgeous beach btw). Large supermarkets all very close by the apartment . One supermarket is a few steps away. Could not fault the apartment, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. fresh linen. Maria was great for the restaurant recommendations. Would love to come back Charles & Maria.

Izabela är väldigt hjälpsam och vänlig. Hon vill alltid lösa saker för dig om det är något som händer i lägenheten så gör hon allt för att hjälpa dig! Mycket bra läge, nära stränder och pool nedanför. Lugnt. Skulle rekommendera en tjockare madrass till sängen som skulle göra det lite mer bekvämt om jag skulle påpeka något:). Kanske lite mer utrustning i köket t.e.x potatiskalare, någon mer stekpanna etc. Men jag stannade 2 månader så jag trivdes bra!! Allt ser ut exakt som på bilder bra storlek för mig som reser ensam. Mycket ljust och fräscht, rymlig dusch. Lagom stor balkong med fin utsikt mot pool och stjärnhimmel på kvällen. Tack Izabela för min vistelse i din fina studio!!!:):):)

Appartement tout neuf très bien situé à 150 mètres de la plage et très bien équipé en électroménager de marque Bosch. Parking en sous sol avec bip appréciable. J'ai envoyé quelques recommandations à l'hôte pour améliorer l'appartement notamment sur la protection ( une nappe manquante ) de la belle table à manger en bois et la ventilation à revoir pour plus de confort . Dans l'ensemble, l'appartement est très bien équipé et agréable à El Campello avec de bonnes balades à faire le long de la plage .

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und perfekt ausgestattet. Ich hatte selten eine Wohnung in der tatsächlich alles da war (selbst Kaffee, Salz, Öl,…). Der Kontakt zu Antonio war super nett und wir konnten sogar flexibel einen Tag früher in die Wohnung als wir einen Tag früher ankamen als geplant. Antonio war wirklich ein wunderbarer Gastgeber und stand bei Fragen immer bereit. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, das Meer fussläufig erreichbar und man kann super auch Restaurants zu Fuß erreichen. Ich habe die Wohnung bereits weiter empfohlen und wir freuen uns darauf irgendwann erneut hier her zu reisen!

When we first arrived at Paradisun, we were a bit skeptical despite the promising pictures. But as soon as we saw the stunning garden and the blue sea, our doubts vanished. Our second-floor apartment (#6) offered breathtaking sea views, even better than the photos. The apartment was spotless, with A/C and TVs in every room, and a spacious kitchen with a sea view. The balcony was a lovely bonus. The garden was spacious and well-maintained, with a great pool and direct access to the sea. We sometimes cooked dinner in the apartment and enjoyed it in the garden, which was a fantastic experience. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the nearby grocery store made shopping easy. Jose was very helpful with e.g. arranging meals from local places. A special shoutout to the friendly staff who kept everything tidy. Paradisun is perfect for a relaxing vacation, and I highly recommend it!

Enjoyed a very good stay here in November 2024. Everything was as described / pictured, and Valentin is clearly very a organised host with everything we might need from bin bags to cooking equipment on hand and easy to find. Location is good for getting to the city centre (less than 20 mins on foot) or getting to places up the coast via tram (nearest stop less than 5 minutes away) and there is a decent range of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Worked really well for us , thanks Valentin :)

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was beautifully designed, in a perfect location—quiet, clean, and safe, with everything we needed. We loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants, bakeries, and shops, and the beach was less than 10 minutes away. Securing the convenient parking option was a great bonus. Our hosts were gracious and responsive. We can’t wait to come back!

This is an amazing apartment right in the centre of Alicante. Extremely central and close to everything you would want, with amazing views over the marina, but still quiet in the evenings which is important. The building has so much character and such a lovely place to stay. The apartment is very well decorated with quality furniture and fixtures throughout. And so spacious - we felt completely at home and didn't want to leave. Olivier was very helpful with checking in and was everything we want from a host. If I could have given it more stars I would have! And if we come back to Alicante this apartment will be top of our list of places to stay. If you're considering this apartment then I can definitely recommend it.

Eva's apartment was perfectly located in Alicante Town Square. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and many, many bars and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay including beautiful, fresh oranges from Eva's garden which were perfect for breakfast. Eva was there to welcome us and it was a delight to meet her. I look forward to returning to Alicante and hopefully staying in Eva's apartment!

Очень довольны выбранным жильем. Близко от аэропорта. Автобусная остановка рядом. Магазин под домом и рынок 5 минут. Очень чистая квартира и постельное белье. Есть все необходимое фен, утюг, посуда, микроволновка, плита, духовка, холодильник. Все новое. Закрытый двор. Хозяин очень отзывчивый. Любой вопрос ,в любое время суток решает за минуты. Близко центр и пляж. В следующий приезд не будем искать другое жилье. У хозяина есть другие варианты жилья. Очень рекомендую.5*

War im Januar 2025 mit 3 Personen dort. Mega Unterkunft, 1 zu 1 wie auf den Fotos. Perfekt für 3-4 Personen. 2 Einzelbetten, 1 Doppelbett (und eine Couch) Problemloser Check in. Strand in 2 min fußläufig erreichbar. SPA + Restaurants in der Nähe. Jederzeit wieder!!

Logement propre et très bien rangé. Hotte réactif, manque juste un peu de soleil dans le logement et sur la terrasse c’est le seul bémol avec le vis à vis … Le reste était parfait, le jacuzzi est vraiment un plus !! Couple avec deux enfants en bas âges Très bien

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed the flat! The views are stunning and you can hear the sea all the time, so nice to go to sleep with! The decor is a little different to when the flat was pictured. A bit of a menagerie of pictures etc, there was no pillow or duvet protectors. But otherwise we did really like the place. The beds are super comfy, outdoor furniture is also really comfy. There are people who meet you to check in and out. Parking space allocated. The area itself is very quiet. We drove into Alicante nightly to find good choices, but we are out of season in march. It is really peaceful but the nearest shop is quite a walk and restaurants on the front we didn’t really try as Alicante is so close and we loved it there. We would stay again. We used the pool a few times and it was warm enough with sun loungers. Also used the sauna which was nice. There is a little well equipped gym and tennis rackets in the flat but we didn’t use either. Thank you wilifreid!

Great apartment, nicely and tastefully decorated. If you like beach holidays this is the place. Javier is a very nice and helpful host.

Vennlig og ryddig vert som tok oss godt i mot. Svarer raskt på meldinger og er alltid hyggelig. Pen og ryddig leilighet som var enkelt utstyrt med det mest nødvendige.

Was a lovely place. Jorlén communicated really well and always answered any questions we had quickly. It was only two of us and was the perfect size. Most restaurants and things to do was at least a 20 minute walk but was fine. The apartment was next to a bar so was a little noisy at night but again it did not bother us. Overall a really positive stay😊

Fijn verblijf in een mooi nieuw complex. Omdat alles nieuw was voelde je snel thuis en op je gemak. Het ontvangst was heel fijn met het contactpersoon die voor je klaarstaat en waarmee je duidelijk kan communiceren.

Good location for exploring. Peaceful area. Close to shops and bars and restaurants
