Gran Alacant : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Onze zoon van 17 verbleef hier met 4 vrienden. Het appartement was netjes en schoon en lag zeer dicht bij het strand. Communicatie van te voren verliep goed, gemakkelijk en snel. Communicatie ter plekke was soms wat lastig door de taal verschillen. Check-in ging met een code en toen ze zich helaas buiten hebben gesloten is er iemand gekomen om hun te helpen. Dit was erg prettig. Het appartement was netjes en schoon en lag zeer dicht bij het strand.

Mein Aufenthalt mit Baby (10Monate) war sehr angenehm. Es gibt alles, was man benötigt (Hochstuhl, Beistellbett, Geschirr, Rolläden zum Abdunkeln, Waschmaschine, Steckdosen außer Reichweite von krabbelnden Kindern). Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrassen toll gelegen, Klima/Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Schränke großzügig. In der Umgebung gibt es genügend Parkplätze, einen fußläufigen Supermarkt sowie einen Kinderspielplatz. Auch der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort sowie mit den Eigentümern funktioniert zuverlässig und reibungslos und war stets freundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastiskt boende! Magisk utsikt och väldigt lyxigt område med uppvärmd pool, gym, tennisbana med mera. James var en superbra värd som svarade direkt om det var någon fundering. Kan värmt rekommendera.

Nos encantó estar 4 días en el apartamento de Sophia,tal y como están las fotos!! Todo muy bien,limpio,pequeño pero acogedor,éramos mi marido,mis dos hijos y yo! Muy caliente,no era tan necesario encender la calefacción,bonitas vistas! Lo único malo o será porque no conocemos el sito era el domingo buscar una tienda de alimentos,pero de ahí todo genial!el anfitrión muy amable y nos explicó todo a la perfección,sabiendo que no hablamos el mismo idioma! Gracias por todo! Sin duda repetiremos!!!

Mieszkanie czyste, wygodne, w dobrej lokalizacji, z pięknym widokiem na morze i dostępem do plaży. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem i osobą opiekującą się mieszkaniem. Jedynym mankamentem jest trudność ze znalezieniem miejsca parkingowego ale dostęp do dobrej komunikacji miejskiej może to zrekompensować. Korzystajac tylko z tramwaju, który zatrzymuje sie pod samym domen, można zwiedzić całe wybrzeże. Gorąco polecam!

great place to get some relaxation, ocean views and a view of a mountain. 2 balconies, right next to the beach. very helpful host nothing to complain.

Saknade lite husgeråd som visp, dl mått, konservöppnare. Skålar att vispa i, vitlökspress. Uppe på terrassen saknades lyse på kvällen. Fanns endast små låga solstolar som inte passar äldre personer. Önskvärt med bekväma solsängar och fler dynor till utemöblerna. Annars var det ett toppen boende och trevlig värd

The view from the balcony is wonderful. Lovely and sunny first thing in the morning. Patricia arranged transfer for us from the airport which was very useful. Any query I had was responded to extremely quickly and was always helpful. Although out of season it was still lovely to walk along the seafront and either way was a lovely walk along the coast. Coming out front and turning right takes you across a beach and in to the town where there is a Lidl and super-mercado as well as various other shops. Along the sea front are lots of bars and restaurants. Just downstairs is a little supermarket too which is useful if you do not wish to carry too much from main supermarket. The tram is not far and everyone we encountered was very friendly. A very peaceful location but easy to walk to places to eat. It did not take us long to get the tram into Alicante if you want more shops and a walk up to the castle. Thankyou Patricia and Roland.

It was a great family stay. The house is perfectly located very close to the sea (around a few minutes' walk) and Liddle supermarket (around 1 minute walk), so you don’t need a car at all to enjoy your stay. Roxana and Alex, who guided us during our stay, were excellent and helped us a lot. Roxana also helped us organize a transfer to airport. I am highly recommend this place to stay.

Nos alojamos en esta casa y quedamos realmente satisfechos. La vivienda estaba en perfectas condiciones, todo muy nuevo y bien cuidado. La cocina, aunque no excesivamente equipada, tenía todo lo necesario para preparar comidas básicas sin problemas.Uno de los aspectos que más disfrutamos fue la barbacoa y el jardín, ideales para organizar cenas al aire libre durante las noches. Además, no puedo dejar de mencionar la pintada enfrente de la casa, que es una auténtica maravilla.En resumen, una experiencia muy positiva. Todo estuvo en su sitio y superó nuestras expectativas.

La casa como se enseña en el anuncio, ubicación perfecta si busca tranquilidad y desconexión, al lado de la playa y si vas con tus perretes lo disfrutarás el doble, al lado de locales de comida, la casa impecable, volveremos a repetir.

Wir wurden freundlich willkommen geheißen, im Haus ist alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Bei Anliegen wurde sich direkt drum gekümmert. Die Lage ist top man kann zu Fuß Strand und Restaurants etc. Gut erreichen. Wir sind mit allem sehr zufrieden gewesen .

Great apartment straight at the beachside front of Cabo Roig. Apartment was super clean and nicely decorated. Garden with pool was immaculate. Includes private parking.

Tom’s place is perfect for a family holiday. It’s spacious with nice sitting areas both outside and inside. The kids loved the pool and the sunbeds around was perfect for the grown ups. The beautiful beach is just a short walk away. We highly recommend this holiday home in Torre with a super host that answer very friendly and quickly.

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en el apartamento de María. La ubicación es inmejorable: en una zona tranquila, perfecta para descansar, y a solo 50 metros de la playa, literalmente a cuatro pasos. Además, el paseo marítimo que la rodea es enorme y precioso, ideal para disfrutar de largos paseos. La zona es muy accesible y cómoda para moverse. El apartamento estaba impecable en cuanto a limpieza y muy bien equipado, con todo tipo de electrodomésticos y comodidades. Los anfitriones fueron encantadores y siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad. Sin duda, si volvemos a la zona, repetiremos. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

A nice, peaceful location to stay. Large house located in a secure gated community. There were 9 of us and we all had a great time. Very responsive host who was there to assist if we had any questions or queries. He stayed up late and provide us with a detailed check- in at 11pm due to issues with our inbound flight. I would definitely recommended the property and I will be sure to stay there again during my next visit to Alicante

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

We had a fantastic stay at Irene's families Appartment. The balcony is stunning for sitting out for meals and drinks and the views are beautiful. The place is clean and well equipped with all you need. The rooms are spacious and look just like the pictures. Lovely coffee, chocolates and cava on arrival made it feel very special. The building is secure and the pool area is well maintained and a peaceful spot to relax. The sandy beach is right across the road and we found a great restaurant and local shop so didn't need to go far. Perfect for indulgent relaxation. Thanks so much

Buen ambiente, muy bien el alojamiento para familias porque la playa y piscina están cerca, no tienes que usar el coche y la calle peatonal de la playa está libre de coches. Se puede hacer deporte y las zonas comunes están muy bien cuidadas.

Niesamowita lokalizacja, nie mogę uwierzyć, że jeszcze są takie miejsca nad Morzem Śródziemnym. To prawdziwa oaza spokoju. Budziliśmy przy śpiewie ptaków i kładliśmy sluchając szumu fal. Można było zapomnieć, że mieszkanie jest w apartamentowcu, było mało ludzi nad basenem, a na plaży byliśmy praktycznie sami. Spędziliśmy wspaniały czas, opalajac się praktyczni ekażdego dnia. Zrobiliśmy wycieczek w góry okolice, zwiedziliśmy tez okoliczne miejscowości na wybrzeżu. Mieszkanie bardzo nam się podobało a gospodarze byli bardzo pomocni. Z pewnością wrócimy w to miejsce.

The Apartment was in a beautiful location with outstanding sea views. A peaceful location set in a gated community with a short walk through the immaculate garden to the beach. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. There was a family run restaurant Savini’s across the road which had good food. Villajoysa is a charming, quaint village full of colourful properties and great restaurants We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Thank you Helga!

Excellent host, really helpful with nothing too much trouble. The apartment was perfect for us.

What can we say? We've stayed at this property 3 different times over 3 years. We will be back. Perfect location, close to city center, beach, restaurants, TRAM station, all walking distance. Very comfortable apartment with well-appointed kitchen. Clean, nice layout, breathtaking view. Balcony overlooking promenade and beach is our favorite spot! Great place to watch the fleet of fishing boats return to port each afternoon. Fantastic hosts, hope to see them soon!!
