You will feel immediately at home in this cosy place. The location is great. Monachil is a lovely village with a great park for kids at walking distance. Across the house starts a hiking trail. It is a 15 min drive to the city of Granada. We were there in Winter and there were sufficient heaters and a fireplace to keep us warm, and enjoyed the sun at the outdoor terrace. We can recommend visiting in March.. all trees are blossoming and nature is magical.

A lovely stay in a delightful property. The house was nicer than expected (even though the photos looked great!), perfectly equipped in the kitchen, a really nice living area and the bedrooms were a good size and comfortable to relax in. The outdoor dining area is convenient with a retractable awning, and BBQ area with its own sink for washing up. The pool area was a lovely area to relax in, although the pool was a bit chilly for the kids to stay in a long time - our stay was at the end of September. The saltwater pool was not an issue at all, possibly better than a chlorinated pool. The local village has good amenities with a small shop, bakery, bars and restaurants, and a playpark. Alcala La Real is a pretty, traditional town with some nice restaurants, and the castle is well worth a visit. Encarni and her son, Jaime, were very helpful, friendly and responsive.

Nancy is such a wonderful host: warm, open and friendly. You feel as if you are visiting a relative in her home. She is full of exciting stories and I had such good conversations with her. The beautiful old house is very cosy, full of memories and some cats that she lovingly looks after - and very clean. The location is perfect, in the centre of the Albaicín. And still quiet. Everything is within walking distance. Even the Alhambra in less than half an hour if you walk slowly (downhill, uphill). But there is also a bus. Great cafés and restaurants 2 minutes away. Also a good and cheap guarded car park (24 euros/2 days) is only a 5 minute walk away. The breakfast is great and so personalised with lots of love. Nancy showed me around a bit on the first day so I felt so welcome. Huge recommendation if you want to stay with a wonderful person and not in an impersonal hotel. Hope to come back soon! El alojamiento de Maribel es tal y como se describe, fantástico para una escapada de grupos grandes, casa amplia y espaciosa. En cuanto a Maribel decir que es una anfitriona muy correcta, le pedimos un altavoz para la música y nos lo trajo en minutos. Muy comunicativa y todo lo explicó muy bien. Alojamiento recomendable.

Comme à la maison! Dolores et son mari nous ont très bien accueillies. Petites attentions pour le petit déjeuner. La chambre belle et spacieuse. Très propre Un extérieur très mignon. Idéal pour se rendre à Albaicín à pied. Arrêt de bus juste à côté. Plus envie de partir! Merci beaucoup!

Das Haus sieht von außen unscheinbar aus, ist aber von innen ein wahrer Schatz. Ein altes Stadthaus mit dicken Balken an der Decke, einer tollen Aussicht uns Terrasse, einem Kaminofen usw. Sie liegt sehr ruhig, und trotzdem ist man in 5 Minuten im Ort. Direkt unterhalb liegt ein großer öffentlicher, kostenloser Parkplatz. WLan sehr schnell. Das Haus ist mit vielen Bildern, Kunst und Klein kram eingerichtet. Das mag vielleicht nicht jeder, aber es passt super zu dem Haus und macht es sehr gemütlich. Einziges kleines Minus war, dass der Bettbezug Flecken hatte. Nebenan werden Katzen gefüttert, und vor der Haustür roch es häufiger nach Katzenfutter und -Kot. Wir können das Haus trotzdem rundum empfehlen.

Fuimos un grupo de 8 amigos y nos encontramos con una casa cuidada hasta el más mínimo detalle, con todo tipo de comodidades. Se nota muchísimo el cariño y la atención que le han puesto Flora y su marido por que la casa te haga sentir como en casa. Todo estaba acorde a las fotos y a la descripción, y además las vistas eran igual o más impresionantes. Sin duda, volveremos a repetir, esta vez en verano para poder disfrutar esa piscina maravillosa. Muchísimas gracias por todo <3

The house is in a very cool area, close to tourist spots, and some of the best views of the city and mountains just above the house. The house itself is extremely cozy, well designed and has everything you would need. The terrace of the house has amazing views of Granada and good sun exposure so you can enjoy it in the winter or summer. Ruben was a great host, and met us as soon as we arrived. He had spent the whole day cleaning and preparing for us, and had many tips about the area. You won't be disappointed with this place, excellent value for money.

Todo genial. El piso está en una ubicación excelente y es una pasada. Es precioso y muy moderno, está muy completo puesto que tiene de todo lo necesario. Los propietarios fueron muy puntuales y muy serviciales. Experiencia muy recomendable.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y ordenado, fiel a las fotos que enseñaban, los anfitriones son muy amables y flexibles. La estancia estupenda y una zona muy tranquila

Es un apartamento muy acogedor, zona céntrica y a la vez tranquila. Monumentos, restaurantes, ocio, todo a tiro de piedra. En las fotos se ve bonito y aún así, una vez allí, gana. María es una anfitriona de diez, tratar con ella es un verdadero placer.

Nos quedamos 4 días en Granada, el apartamento muy limpio y céntrico, hay mucha actividad cerca y además con parking para dejar el coche. El dueño muy amable y al pendiente de todo 😊

Nuestra estancia en este piso fue simplemente perfecta. Desde el primer momento, Jorge fue un anfitrión excepcional: amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El piso estaba perfecto, tal como lo esperábamos. Además, Jorge tuvo el gran gesto de dejarnos quedarnos más tiempo sin ningún coste adicional, lo cual agradecemos muchísimo. Sin duda, una experiencia de 10. ¡Repetiremos sin dudarlo!

Die beste Unterkunft, die man sich in Granada vorstellen kann. Besser geht es nicht. Ruhig, familiär, ein leckeres Frühstück und der stetige Blick auf die Alhambra! Probiert unbedingt Ana's köstliche Zitronen Marmelade!

Vistas preciosas!! Todo super acogedor Nos hemos sentido como en casa, super cómodos , la casa tiene mucho encanto... La verdad es que es un sitio inspirador y con muchos detalles. El personal muy atento y amable. Volveremos sin dudarlo !! Muchas gracias

Anne es muy buena anfitriona, el desayuno estaba buenísimo. El pueblo es muy bonito y tranquilo. Muy recomendable.

Maravillosos anfitriones hospitalarios. Muy preocupados por la comodidad de los huéspedes. Hay una estación de esquí cerca, el camino hasta allí es muy suave y cómodo, se tarda unos 30 minutos. Cerca de la casa es muy bonita y pintoresca. El sonido del río y el canto de los pájaros es muy fascinante. Alojamiento en la última planta de un edificio de 3 plantas. Allí se encuentran dos dormitorios y un baño. Lamentablemente la cocina no está abierta al público. Las habitaciones enumeradas distintas de aquellas en las que vivíamos estaban cerradas. El salón común solo estaba disponible para el desayuno. El desayuno es delicioso, pero no hay elección. Café y té para elegir. Las habitaciones donde pasamos la noche habían sido reformadas recientemente y quedaba un ligero olor a pintura, quizás por eso nos costaba dormir y nos dolía la cabeza por la mañana. Las camas chirrían mucho.

Super-nice stay in Lécrin valley. we came for some of the main highlights in Andalucia region (Sierra Nevada, Granada, Alhambra) but discovered the beauty of this valley in few days. Ash was super-friendly host that helped make our stay very comfortable and trouble-free!

This place is like no other. It's a traditional rustic retreat set in the remote and historic Alpujarra region. Suzy is a very special person. Very friendly and welcoming. She is following a holistic path at the property- sympathetic to nature and the environment. She is full of great insights and has great local knowledge for the visitors. She is an important part of the local community.

Gloria is a great host, very helpful with informations and tips! The location is great, very picturesque in the middle of the Albaicin! Many other attractions are nearby and easy to reach! The room we got was very small, but it works if you’re staying just for one night or two and if you’re out exploring for the whole day.
