Beautiful home! Very peaceful with gorgeous views. Home was clean and had everything you’d need. We did a girls get away and snow shoed the Glaciers which was just 4 mins away! I’ll definitely come back and recommend this home to anyone that needs to relax and explore the beauty of Idaho Springs!

Amazing home. Beautiful view from the main room. Comfortably slept our group of six and an infant. We had such a blast being so close to Grand Lake and RMNP and only 20 minutes from Granby Ranch for skiing. We loved how cozy the gas fireplace was!

I had such a peaceful stay. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was beautiful, and I loved staring at the snow!!! Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind. My family enjoyed it we stayed home and made sure to take lots of pictures in the snow. Guest had snacks available to us. The hot chocolate was delicious 🥰. Thank you 🙏.

We had a wonderful stay. The access to the lake was everything. Having kayaks and SUPs within feet of the deck created no pressure when to use them and didn’t have us on a set time of when to return them. After our trip, my pug now considers herself a water dog. Thank you so much for the wonderful retreat.

A little ways outside of Idaho Springs with a great view. Quiet, clean, great hot tub. Host was very responsive.

Beautiful views tucked away in the forest! This comfy remodeled studio is perfect for couples looking for a private retreat in the woods. Easy 10 minute downhill walk to the village. Great pool and hot tub area with even better views. Ski in/out option also available; nice being in the middle between MJ and Gondola. Highly recommend!!

This is a great apartment-type hotel in Grand Lake. The place is set up for lounging, cooking, and sleeping and was a great option for a weekend getaway. Pros: Location! Full kitchen Cons: 1. The hosts require you to fill out a survey before coming which felt unnecessary. Additionally, a question I'd asked in that survey wasn't answered by the hosts prior to arrival. Not a huge deal but a bit cumbersome when we're already dealing with the airbnb platform. 2. The walls are thin so we could hear other guests staying in the hotel room above and next to us.

Last minute booking was easy and great location. We will be back!

We stayed here over Christmas 2024 and it was perfect. The bnb was spacious and roomy and the floorboard heaters more than kept up with the snowy weather outside. Mainstreet is a quick 2 blocks away, and Grand Lake was a magical sleepy town for the holidays. We will definitely be in touch next time we're in town.

I've stayed here multiple times over the past few years. Gino has done a great job providing a clean and comfortable place to rest after long days of snowboarding and hiking. I've seen updates as well over the years, so it's apparent that he cares about making it a great value.

what a gem of a place! absolutely perfect for a quick trip and hike. I especially enjoyed that it was off season! felt like we had the place to ourselves thank you for all the little touches! not one went unnoticed.

The apartment is very good and easy to access, private parking, everything clean and tidy, everything you need for the kitchen, the comfortable rooms and everything clean, I recommend it to spend a weekend and walk on the frozen lake and make the hike to the very good Mary glacier!
