This is the second time I have stayed here and it is great! The location is perfect - situated between Idaho Springs and Georgetown. Short drive to some great hiking and skiing. The fenced in backyard is awesome, I felt safe here as a solo female traveler, and had no issues with the Wifi while working remotely. Don't let the proximity to the interstate worry you - you can barely hear anything inside the home.

Great location facing the lake. Very convenient to the Rocky Mountain National Park. The property is very spacious and well furnished. Family room and kitchen area had gorgeous views, had everything to cook a meal or two, and then entertain at the same time. The lake being frozen was not unexpected. Someone who never seen it, ours guests found it very entertaining to walk on the frozen lake. We saw a Fox lurking around the house, and dozens of Elk grazing 2-3 miles away from this place along the highway. Watch out for them, park safely on the road side and take great pictures!!!

Just as described! Fantastic value and a ton of space. We easily fit 10 adults and 2 kids and didn’t feel cramped at all. Stocked with everything we needed and bus stop right down the street straight to the mountain!

Excellent place to stay, Laura left me enough room and allowed me access to store gear in the garage prior to my arrival; she didn't have an issue calling me back to answer a couple of questions I had about check-out and the possible need for me to extend a night due to road closures. I'll be planning to stay here again, if not this year it will be next year.

We had a wonderful stay and would love to come again. Clean, well organized. We saw the resident moose the morning we left. My dogs were mesmerized by the fireplace :) Comfortable beds.

Jason’s and Rachael’s place is just what I needed for a quiet weekend with girlfriends. I love an Airbnb that feels like home and this place is just that. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, oils, anything you would need to whip up a quick meal. There are tons of games for kids and adults, and let’s not forget, the view can’t be beat. Directions for everything are very clear in their guidebook. Couldn’t recommend enough!

The place was great! A bathroom for each bedroom was a big plus. Lots of room and the hot tub was a hit. Mike was very responsive. We will be back next time we ski.

Absolutely perfect home for our family including the fur babies. So spacious, great amenities, cozy, just a perfect space. There are games including corn hole, books, and a family room space that makes you feel right at home. The communication was above and beyond and we appreciated the local recommendations. Our favorite we’ve stayed at!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Winter Park! The flexible check-in made our arrival stress-free, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub and pool after a day out. The place was spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed. We couldn’t ask for more—highly recommend!

We stayed at Laurel’s condo last year. She is very accommodating and replies right away when you message her. It is well stocked with all the necessities and more. Great location and we will definitely stay here again!

Krista and Scott's place was absolutely perfect for our skiing in Granby. It was so easy to access being on the first floor, meticulously clean, and exactly what we needed. Krista was quick and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay for our first time in Grandby! This was such a great family and dog friendly condo. Our daughter loved going to the large indoor/outdoor pool to play with the other kids after a long day on the slopes. Condo was on the ground level, which was perfect for our dogs. We loved how we were so close to the ski resort and anything we needed. We’d definitely choose this place again! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect place to stay for a weekend in Winter Park/Fraser. The resort is within 15 minutes and makes for an easy day. Plenty of shopping and food within 10 minutes too. The condo was clean and had everything you’d need to be comfortable!

The house is amazing… a dream! Immerse in the nature, you ca really enjoy peace and beauty!!! It’s close to Granby and Winter park (15 m by car)

Loved our stay! Railbender Retreat was clean, spacious, and so cozy. We were 15 minutes from the parking lot at Mary Jane base. The location was so close to the Safeway (grocery) and within driving distance to restaurants and nightlife. The hosts were responsive and generous. The house was beautiful. Perfect place if you're going Ski/Snowboarding in or around Granby . A minute away from the nearest Supermarket, A few minutes from Fraser which has plenty of restaurants / activities and 20 min away from Winterpark. The place in general was super nice, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Definitely moneys worth !! Whenever I'm going snowboarding again at WinterPark i would most definitely stay here again.

The accommodations were exactly as described & pictured. Steve was easy to get a hold of as well as very friendly. We felt very at home. The yard & doggy door were great for our dog & the area was quiet & peaceful. We had 6 adults & came for a combined work/family trip. There was plenty of room to spread out & have alone time while also being together in the same space. The deck was amazing & relaxing to sit outside & enjoy the surroundings. Overall, we would recommend this property. Thank you Steve & Jami!
