loved this condo ! everything was just perfect!!!

The apartment is nested inside a small, gated community 15 minutes from the harbour and is right on the canal. We did enjoy great sunsets and sunrises from the balcony! Easy access and clear instructions. Derak was super responsive and very diligent to solve the very few minor issues we encountered. The place was clean and as described and near the beach (there was a small one 5 min away walking distance) and close to the supermarket, golf, Port Lucaya market place, beaches and several restaurants.

Sandra provided alot ofvinformation prior to our trip(restaurants, taxi service etc). from the moment we arrived we were impressed with the beautiful location, the friendly and helpful building staff, and the condo itself which was just as described. any questions we had were answered promptly and clearly. even a small plumbing issue that arose was handled and fixed immediately. we would love to rent again!

This was the perfect spot for seeing friends who had a boat at GBYC. The condo is close to cool local beaches and restaurants. Quiet for a condo. Nice little pool. Amazing patio with view of the bay. Erica was very quick to respond when we had an issue with the AC unit (it needed a part replaced) and it was fixed the same day. Would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond by kindly picking us up from the airport, which made our arrival so much easier. They were incredibly responsive, promptly answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had. Their accommodating nature truly made us feel at home. The attention to detail and care they showed throughout our stay made this experience exceptional. Highly recommend!

The perfect spot for a little DIY bonefish vacation. The High Rock community is quaint and welcoming. Both Bishops and High Ground restaurants are well worth a stop!

Million dollar view!! Spectacular ocean view with amazing sunsets! Watch the ships, sailboats and fishing boats pass by from the patio. The condo unit was very spacious, with a large patio just steps from the water. You cannot walk out directly onto a beach as it is a rock seawall in front of the condo. But there is a nice little cove with beach right next to the condo complex which is about a 1-2 minute walk. The unit is a little dated, but quite adequate for our 9 day stay. The bedrooms were spacious with en suite in both. The condo complex is beautiful and very well maintained. The other guests in the complex the we met were mostly snowbirds who were staying for an extended time. They mostly knew each other, helped take care of the complex grounds and very friendly. They even gather everyone together for happy hour on Thursday. Jeannie our host was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. She provided a lot of information and recomendations. We really enjoyed our stay

Brock was excellent in communication helping us get in his place. It’s a little bit confusing on how to get to his front door and how to open it. Make sure you keep your email instructions handy because in the app it’s not there. Also, the house smells a little bit musky or mildew I think just from being in high heat. Fortunately, the smell goes away after your in there a few minutes. The location you could walk to town but it was a mile or so so be prepared to walk or get a car if you want to get around.

Parfaite maison de plage, tranquille, bien équipée (manque quelques items de base dans la cuisine et les chaises longues extérieures sont trop vieilles), sinon tout est super. Piscine et coin repas extérieur génial, climatisation appréciée, belles plages à pied ou à quelques minutes en auto. Nous avons adoré notre vacance !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Luther’s place on Sweetings Cay!! Everyone was so amazing and friendly! The place is beautiful! It is right on the water, with lots of amenities, and you can even catch fish right from the deck. Luther and everyone were so helpful and we can’t wait to return!

John's studio was cozy and updated and was located in a wonderful spot! The complex was beautiful and fully equipped for relaxing, including a beautiful pool, stunning foliage and a private beach. The on-site outdoor bar/ restaurant served the greatest food and the staff was super friendly. John was so engaged & helpful from booking to settling in on the first day. A+ rating!

I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to get away for an amazing relaxing secluded beach getaway! The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need and then some. The beach is gorgeous and totally secluded, you can walk for miles and not see anyone! For the week we were there we saw 1 person walking the beach and 1 fishing boat go by. The sandbars are huge and make a massive area you can cover snorkeling, wading, swimming and shelling and still be in shallow water the entire time and the water is crystal clear. We stopped at the grocery store on the way to the home after we landed and only left the house twice because we couldn't get enough of the amazing beach we had all to ourselves! We were a little nervous about the cars driving on the opposite side of the road but there's very little traffic, much of the roads are divided and they've done a great job marking the roads with arrows everywhere. We plan to visit again next year!

Abby's place was clean, comfortable, fully stocked, and felt like home away from home. The condo and beach were beautiful and everything was exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend to others and stay there again!

Had a great time. Have stayed in different units in Riviera Towers and Coral Beach Condominiums before but can say this unit is by far the best. Corner location with great views of the water and beach. Has evrything you need...beach chairs, snorkel equip, kitchen gadgets...all things to make your stay enjoyable. Will be back. This was our second stay with Arjet. He's super responsive, welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, nice cross breeze through the home, beds SUPER comfortable. We would definitely stay again. As a note: opening the TV stand where the internet router is stored makes the internet run great, no problems with zoom calls.

Our stay was everything we had hoped for. April always got back to us immediately for any questions we had. She was very friendly and kind. She gave us several pages of options for things to do, information on taxis, buses, bicycles, car rentals - all very accurate. We had no concerns with the condo or with April. The only one small concern we had with the common garden area outside our condo was that, on one day, there was a very strong sewer smell that was unpleasant for a couple of hours. . The maintenance people told us it was something to do with the septic settling tanks during certain directions the wind was blowing. It only occurred once, then never occurred again. The grounds were kept beautifully groomed and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had every single thing we needed to live comfortably in this pretty little studio condo on ground floor. It was spotlessly clean. We rate April and Oscar as Super hosts.

This property has the WOW factor and from the moment you open the door, you know that you have stepped into a very special place... tasteful, update decor, cleanliness and beautiful ocean views. The villa is well equipped with everything you need and personal touches make it a wonderful home away from home. Marissa and Gabriella are attentive, thoughtful hosts who will alway make sure all is well. You will love it here.

The stay at paradise retreat was well worth it. The beach is steps away and is private. The location is a short drive from all the fun things to do in the grand Bahamas. Host was responsive and inside is everything you can ask for including weights, a yoga mat, a Bluetooth speaker for the beach and a massage chair. Come stay!! Gorgeous location.

La casa de Vangie nos gustó mucho, tenía todo lo necesario, era amplia y cómoda. La playa y la pileta estaban a un paso. Realmente la recomiendo, el lugar es único, hermoso paisaje y muy tranquilo. Por las noches se escucha las olas y cuando hay viento las palmeras, muy lindo. No dudaría en volver. Gracias!!!!!

I stayed at Erin's for two weeks. The unit was very well equipped, and communicating with Erin was prompt and positive. The pictures and description matched and I found the Murphy bed comfortable. Coral Beach Hotel is well appointed, secure, and a super location for someone looking for a beach vacation. Also, having a restaurant on the premises was and is a big plus.
