Grand Canal : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

What a fun apartment! We are a family with 6 kids between 4-16 years old plus two parents and two grandparents. We had a great time. There were even toys and games for the kids to play with during down time. We were able to cook big family meals (sadly we also had to wash all the dishes because at the time the dishwasher was broken - this is not a deal breaker). We ate on the balcony one day. Just a great place. Stefano had great instructions and contacted us multiple times during our stay. Would recommend!

Séjour très agréable dans le bel appartement d’Alessandra. Le logement est bien agencé, fonctionnel et très propre. On s’y sent bien! Pour se rendre à Venise depuis l’appartement, il faut prendre un bus qui vous conduit en 5-10 minutes au bateau qui vous emmènera à Venise en 10 minutes. L’arrêt de bus est à 1 minute à pied de l’appartement. Les transports maritimes fonctionnent presqu’en continue, nuit et jour il y a une ligne qui vous conduira où vous ramènera de Venise. Alessandra est toujours disponible et elle répond rapidement à nos questions. Nous avons apprécié séjourner au Lido car c’est un excellent compromis pour profiter facilement des splendeurs de Venise tout en ayant la possibilité de s’éloigner de la foule pour bénéficier des plages et de la tranquillité du Lido. Si vous avez envie de découvrir l’île du Lido et même au-delà l’île de Pellestrina, nous vous conseillons de louer un vélo et de partir à l’aventure en longeant la côte. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

L’appartement de Nicolo est parfait. Tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien. La décoration est sobre, tout à fait adapté à un Airbnb. Très bien situé, aussi bien pour accéder aux plages, que pour aller visiter Venise. Nicolo est réactif, tout s’est très bien passé, merci.

Venezia è stupenda, visitarla stando a casa di Jenny facilità la vacanza. Centrale ma lontano dalla confusione, a piedi si raggiungono in massimo 39 minuti i due estremi della città. La casa ha due bagni, non abbiamo usato la cucina ma non mancava nulla, il resto tutto ok. Se torno a Venezia "la corte si san marco" sarà ancora la mia casa.

It’s hard to describe how wonderful 7 Windows was. From the moment we walked in the front door we were blown away - by the design, the details, the immaculate kitchen, and most of all, the truly amazing views from each of the 7 windows in the apartment facing the canal. We spent our mornings in the 2 kitchen windows as we had our breakfast watching the locals begin their day and folks walk to and fro across the foot bridge in the distance, then afternoons in the living room looking out the enormous picture window, and finally in the evenings when we went to bed listening to the sounds of the various boats and gondolas going up and down the canal. Ilaria was an amazing hostess and though we didn’t call in her a lot (in part because of the wonderful guide she assembled in the apartment) but whenever we did, she was responsive and cordial. If we could give 7 Windows 7⭐️’s, we would in a heartbeat! HIGHLY recommend for anyone who’s traveling to Venice the first time or is a regular visito

Un très bel appartement dans un quartier agréable au calme pas très loin du centre historique de Venise. Idéal pour 6 personnes.

Da wir zur Biennale angereist sind, war die Lage um ins Giardini oder Arsenale zu gelangen, perfekt. Die Wohnung fanden wir total süß und obwohl sie klein ist sehr charmant! Jederzeit wieder:)

Estancia muy agradable en un piso nuevo y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Ubicacion excelente y Stefano muy amable. Totalmente recomendado. Zona de ambiente a 5 minutos Plaza Dan Marcos, restaurantes y z9na de ocio.

Andrea as super responsive leading up to my trip, answering any questions or concerns. My husband and I stayed at Andrea’s during a business trip so we basically just used the apartment to sleep. We got in late every night and left early in the morning. This was not our first trip to Venice and we were happy with the location, as it was close to the Jewish Ghetto. Unfortunately we spent so little time in the apartment that we were unable to make use of the hot tub or outdoor garden, but the gardens seemed so relaxing and was very pretty and the hot tub as well seemed like a special added bonus.

Dobre miejsce na pobyt rodzin z dziećmi, blisko plaży , sklepu,placu zabaw. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem .

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

We loved out stay in Lido,it's ideal for visiting Venice as it's easy to get to and it's away from all the bustle. The apartment was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean and had a lovely terrace looking out on a small canal. The host was very responsive and left very good instructions on how to get in, even a little video to help find the apartment. The beach was within easy walking distance, as was the water taxi stop. The bus passed very often if you didn't want to walk. We would definately stay here again.

Everything was very nice, clean and friendly. the owners welcomed me, even though I arrived very late in the evening, and allowed me to check out at a time that was more convenient for me. the whole apartment was very carefully prepared. everything I needed for a comfortable stay in the house was there (the owners even brought me an electric kettle, even though it was not originally in the apartment). it was very convenient to get to the islands and to Venice, to the Venice Biennale - by boat, an hour's drive and with a beautiful view of the sea. and the location of the apartment is very quiet and peaceful.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

I highly recommend Maria and Carlo's home. The house was just as described, very clean, and in a great location -- easy walking distance to any point in Venice. Maria and Carlo were fabulous hosts going out of their way to meet us at the dock, walk us to and through the home, and walk us around the area to ensure we knew where to go. They also provided recommendations for site seeing, food, and drinks. We utilized their recommendations many times and were very happy with their selections. They were also very responsive to our questions and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I can't recommend them enough!

The apartment was everything we hoped it would be, and it certainly lived up to the great reviews we had seen online prior to our visit. Loredona was a very helpful host. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Quiet building with a grocery right around the corner.

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris de notre séjour chez Paolo car tout ce qui est écrit dans l’annonce est conforme à la réalité. Quand on avait des question il répondait toujours rapidement, il donnait pleins de suggestions pour des restaurants, activités et transports. Au niveau de la propreté c’est impeccable ainsi que pour l’emplacement, un quartier calme et facile d’accès pour aller à Venise. Y a tout ce qu’il faut dans l’appart même des épices :) Le rapport qualité prix est plus que parfait et Paolo est très accueillant et bien intentionné. Si on reviendra à nouveau à Venise, on ira définitivement chez Paolo.

Volle 5 Sterne von mir. Das Apartment ist super sauber, groß, hell und perfekt gelegen, 50 Metern vor dem Meer entfernt. Kommunikation mit Michaela war äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich hoffe bald wieder für meinen nächsten Urlaub in Venedig zuruckzükommen!

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Thank you 🙏

Die Wohnung war absolut perfekt, sauber und ideal gelegen in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Man ist in wenigen Schritten an der Lagune mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick, auch abends wunderschön. Mit Bus und Boot ist man schnell in Venedig und abends kehrt man nach dem Trubel in Venedig zurück an den ruhigen Lido. Die Wohnung selbst ist groß, warm und behaglich (wir waren zur kalten Jahreszeit dort) und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht Man kann das Auto vor dem Haus parken und es gibt sogar Fahrräder. Um die Ecke ist eine Pizzeria mit Take away Pizza und gegenüber ein Café/Bäckerei. Uns hat es super gefallen und wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Vielen lieben Dank an die Gastgeber für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt!!!

Feel at home and such a friendly host is an amazing combination. We were helped with our itinerary and the local recommendations from here were bonus. We drove by car and her suggestion to better drive and park at the ferry stop instead of relying on bus... well saved a lot time and was comfortable for family. The vicinity to the beach is also great in case you plan for morning/evening walk.

Wonderful location in Cannareggio, directly on a canal. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. Do buy a vaporetto pass for your stay. We tried one of the host/suggested restaurants and it was wonderful! We went several times to Vino Vera for Cichhetti, and it was wonderful. Aside from being in a place which in and of itself is art, head to the Peggy Guggenheim collection for an enthralling experience with Dali, Jackson Pollock, Picasso, Magritte, Klee and many other mind boggingly beautiful paintings. We had an absolutely wonderful time at Ca’ Camello in Venezia! Prego!

La casa è davvero bella, Paolo è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Ci ha consigliato posti nei dintorni ed è stato molto premuroso fin dai giorni prima. Assolutamente consigliato
