Grand Canal : locations de vacances avec terrasse

We really enjoyed our visit to Veince, and staying at this apartment added to the enjoyment. It is in the Castello district, which is far enough away from the crowds to afford peace and quiet, but near enough to walk to the centre in about 10 minutes. There is a very pleasant stretch of the Via Guiseppe Garibaldi right next to it with bars, cafes, supermarket etc. The apartment itself is clean, secure and spacious. There is an upper room leading to a marvellous roof terrace - a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of white whilst watching the Venetian sunset. Johannes was on hand very promptly to answer any queries we had. We would definitely look to see if this place was available on any future visit to Venice.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch einen späten Checkout ermöglicht. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Die Gastgeberin hat uns auch Wasser und ein paar Lebensmittel zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder kommen!!

Séjour fantastique ! Mirko a été très réactif du début à la fin et a rendu notre séjour fluide et agréable. L'appartement est magnifique et idéalement situé. L'arrivée et le départ ont été très faciles et pratiques. J'y suis restée 5 jours avec mes 3 enfants et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir ! La baignoire à jets est un vrai plus pour se détendre le soir après une journée de marche dans Venise. Tout est assez proche à pied et le quartier vraiment sympa ! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut au pied de L'appartement: restaurants, boulangerie, marchand de glaces, pharmacie, petit supermarché....Et la résidence est très calme, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

A estadia foi ótima, tudo de acordo como estava anunciado. Fabrice respondeu rapidamente as minhas perguntas. Localização excelente, muito próximo da Estação de trem Santa Lúcia, o que facilitou muito nossa viagem. Super indico o apartamento! Estadia maravilhosa!

tidy apartment in a very central location in Mestre, walkable distance to main attractions and a covered market as well. 20 minutes by foot to the train station. Amazing stay!

Monica and Giuseppe were incredibly kind, responsive, and flexible with my check-in, which made the experience even more seamless. I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

One of the best places I've stayed through Airbnb in almost 15 years of using the platform. It felt like living in a museum. It's only about 30 minutes by bus to Mestre and Treviso, but for someone who isn't very comfortable with public transport unlike me and my partner, it might be a bit confusing (as two different bus companies operate the same routes). The hosts are very friendly and always available if any assistance or advice is needed

Stay here!!! THE BEST airbandb in Venice. We cannot say enough good things about this airbandb - its PERFECT! The host, Massimo, is so helpful - he arranged the taxi for our arrival and departure, was super flexible, gave us tips and showed us his place. The place: AMAZING!! renovated in a perfect quiet area but close to everything - We will be back -- Definitely more than recommend :-)

The pictures do NOT do this place justice! From the minute we walked into the front door with the beautiful vaulted ceilings and rustic wooden beams, we were in love. This AirBNB provided a clean and beautiful space that truly gave us the Italian experience. The location was perfect- quiet and serene but close to all necessary amenities. I can’t say enough about the host and their team- they were so kind and supportive, offering local suggestions and recommendations. If we messaged them, they responded very quickly. If you are considering this place, I encourage you- do it! You will NOT be disappointed!!

Another excellent stay! We returned a second time for almost one month and it was another excellent experience. The place was impeccably clean and well stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable and spacious, especially the bathroom, which is unusual for the area. It’s very centrally located just a few minutes from Mirano’s plaza and about 20-25 minutes to Venice. At the same time it is very quiet and private with independent entrance. The gate in to the property makes a difference. Stefania was as usual, an amazing host! Very accommodating and communicative, always attentive to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend this property. We’re rating it a 5 star again!

Lovely apartment, with a roof terrace. We had a great time at Valentia's place and were grateful with the recommendations and wealth of information that was provided in advance. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the outside space a real treat. The sunshine helped. Updating the outside furniture is probably due but it didn't detract from our wonderful stay. Eine modern eingerichtete Wohnung in einer schönen, ruhigen Gegend. Dank der im Voraus geschickten Informationen inkl. Bilder war die Wohnung leicht zu finden. Der Gastgeber hat für jeden Gast einen Bademantel und eine Flasche Wasser bereit gestellt, was wir als Bonus empfanden.

Bon emplacement, proche du Rialto pour passer sur l’autre rive , proche du grand canal et d’un arrêt de vaporetto. Appartement paisible, literie confortable . Bon accueil. Terrasse sur le toit à partager sympathique. Attention aux moustiques, ils sont déjà présent en Mars . Enchanté de notre séjour dans cette magnifique ville .

Volle 5 Sterne von mir. Das Apartment ist super sauber, groß, hell und perfekt gelegen, 50 Metern vor dem Meer entfernt. Kommunikation mit Michaela war äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich hoffe bald wieder für meinen nächsten Urlaub in Venedig zuruckzükommen!

This lovely apartment was a delightful place to stay and soak up the beauty of Venice. We loved the location next to the most beautiful church and just above a canal with gondolas floating along. The piazza below is full of activity and it was fun to sit on the terrace and watch life go by. The beds were extremely comfortable with crisp sheets and perfect pillows. The kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms so clean and full of anything we needed. We loved the comfortable couches and warm decor of the living room, a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day.
