L'appartamentino era molto pulito ed accogliente, gli host sono molto disponibili ed accoglienti, Il letto è stato molto comodo e spazioso. Il luogo è molto comodo siccome è una zona molto centrale, il che permette di poter visitare Padova, Chioggia e Rovigo con qualche minuto di macchina. Probabilmente tornerò una prossima volta

la stanza di Giorgio è meravigliosa... uno stile classico all'interno di un palazzo storico proprio in centro a Vicenza! ambiente pulitissimo e reso accogliente da tantissimi servizi.. macchina del caffè, tisane, frigorifero in camera, asciugamani, asciugacapelli... tutto perfetto e non manca davvero nulla! Ottimo per visitare Vicenza, consigliatissimo!

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in idealer und sehr ruhiger Lage, unmittelbar vor dem Haus ein gutes Restaurant und eine gute Bar, in weniger als 2 Minuten Entfernung zahlreiche weitere gute Restaurants. Am meisten gefiel mir die tolle Kommunikation, wir kamen zu einer etwas ungünstigen Zeit an und es war überhaupt kein Problem sein Gepäck in der Unterkunft zu lassen, obwohl wir lange vor dem Check-In kamen. Das war sehr freundlich, es hätte nicht sein müssen und war trotzdem selbstverständlich, wir haben uns deshalb tatsächlich wie Gäste gefühlt.

Ein besonderer Ort voll von alten Möbeln und Bildern. Das Ambiente hat gut zum historischen Venedig gepasst. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht lang zu Gast, da wir auf unserem Rückweg Venedig besichtigen wollten, und haben von Anfang an Tipps für die Anreise sowie Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten erhalten. Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und geräumig. Außerdem wirkt der angrenzende Garten sehr gepflegt und der Nachrichtenaustausch mit der freundlichen Gastgeberin hat jederzeit reibungslos funktioniert. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, vielen Dank! :)

Un soggiorno indimenticabile a Villa Malvolti Dal 2 al 5 gennaio ho soggiornato a Villa Malvolti, una residenza storica dal fascino unico a Mestre, vicino a Venezia. La villa è arredata in stile d’epoca, ogni angolo emana charme e gli spazi comuni sono perfetti per foto suggestive. Il parco, curatissimo, include un comodo parcheggio privato. La posizione è ideale per visitare Venezia: in auto bastano solo 15 minuti, oppure si può prendere il treno. Nelle vicinanze si trovano supermercati e una grande varietà di ristoranti per ogni gusto e occasione. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Frank, il proprietario della villa, che mi ha accolto con grande calore e gentilezza, facendomi sentire subito a mio agio. La sua ospitalità ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale e indimenticabile. Alla fine mi ha persino regalato un disegno a fumetti, un gesto che ho apprezzato tantissimo e che conserverò come ricordo prezioso. Consiglio vivamente Villa Malvolti a chi cerca un’esperienza unica.

The apartment is situated a relatively short walk from both the railway station and the town centre. Thus, it provided us with the perfect base for exploring Padua and venturing further afield to Venice and Verona. Matilde and Gianni were wonderful hosts. The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped providing everything we needed. There's a very strong likelihood we'll be back in 2026. Grazie

One would surely have a majestic stay at this residence with royal vibes. Besides, for anyone coming to Venice who'd like to stay in a peaceful, serene neighborhood of the city and in a location that's also well connected to the primary island of Venice, this has to be a top recommendation. The villa is about 5 min walking from the Venezia Carpenedo railway station, and about 10 min walking from a bus stop that provides connectivity to the touristy part of Venice. Despite offering a pretty economic stay, the experience of residing here made us feel transported back in the time of Venetian glory, filling us in awe by the charming antic grandeur of the villa. The hosts were also very warm, responsive and friendly. I thank them very much!
