I traveled the world and I can say that this place was in top 5 accommodations for me! I was waking up every morning just to see amazing sunrise over the surrounding islands! Amazing! Morning coffee on the balcony, priceless! Quiet neighborhood, perfect for " mental rehab". Random monkeys and iguanas crossing your path... Safe and spacious place, fully equipped! The host was amazing!

The time I spent in St. Maartin was life changing! It made me realize it's more to life. There's so much joy beauty living!!! St. Maartin and the ppl in St. Maartin made me feel at home. So So welcoming! My host was more then helpful to me and I truly appreciate that. I've bn telling my family and friends St. Maartin is the place to be!!!!! I'm thinking Retirement Home 🏡

Tout d’abord Ana est une hôte extrêmement disponible et nous la remercions de sa réactivité. L’appartement se situe dans une résidence sécurisée et calme, l’étage de l’appartement est presque exclusif tout comme la piscine. Super vue panoramique. Ana met a disposition, serviette de toilette et de plage, parasol de plage, gel douche, shampooing et après shampooing en quantité ce qui est top. L’appartement dispose de volets électriques, bien occultants (sauf cuisine). La clim fonctionne bien. Parking abrité disponible au RDC. La douche dispose d’une bonne pression et est spacieuse. Le frigo est grand et bien frais. A noter la circulation est particulièrement fluide sur cette partie de l’île ! Les seules petites améliorations seraient : Le manque d’ustensiles dans la cuisine (poêle, gant de cuisine pour le four, torchons…) et la robinetterie + panier dans la salle de bain (rouillé). Si nous avons l’occasion de revenir à SXM nous reviendrons très certainement dans ce logement !

Saul’s place is fantastic with a pool just outside surrounded by picturesque bougainvillea trees. Located toward the top of Pelican Hill, the apartment has a view of the ocean that is absolutely spectacular…like sleeping in the eagle’s nest of the island. The unit is comfortable and quiet; however, its close proximity (3 minute drive or 10 minute walk) to the hustle and bustle of Simpson Bay gives the feeling of being in the center of all the action. As not many areas of the island are walkable, the entire Pelican neighborhood is a wonderful option for its clearly indicated sidewalks and consistently low traffic patterns compared to the rest of Simpson Bay where there are boutiques and grocery stores galore, an endless array of restaurants featuring almost any cuisine you can imagine, nightclubs, bars, and quite a bit of traffic. The unit, itself, was very clean with a large living space that is rare for the island. Saul is a phenomenal host. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Amazing stay!! So cozy and peaceful. Amazing views and a very relaxed vibe. The living space is gorgeous. We loved the many amenities that were offered! The pool is amazing and the private beach is a beautiful oasis. Isabelle is very lovely to interact with and was quick to respond to any questions. I would 100% recommend and hope to stay there again in the future!

Great stay! Simona was a great host and her place was just amazing as the photos! Every room had an AC Unit. It was clean and comfortable. Surroundings were gorgeous! Can’t wait to go back

Je recommande vivement ce logement, tout est parfait. Proximité de tout à pied. Super U à 2 min à pied , gare maritime 10/15min à pied, centre de marigot 15min à pied. Marcia est très réactive et vraiment au petit soin. La maison est très propre ,très spacieuse et très agréable .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nettle Bay. The location was very peaceful and serene, away from all of the nightlife activities. A gas station/market was conveniently located across the street, which was a huge plus for us - we practically stopped in each night before heading back to the villa. Cupecoy and Marigot were also a short drive away. We loved the travel size products and perfume samples that were provided as well. Marie was very communicative and shared some excellent recommendations for activities/food around the island. We will definitely be back.

Le logement a répondu à nos attentes pour un séjour à 3 personnes pour 3 nuits. La vue est magnifique (Par chance, nous avons pu voir une baleine au loin, remonter vers la gauche entre St Barth et St Martin !). Le logement est grand, propre et la douche très agréable. La literie était bonne et le linge de toilette très bien (serviettes de bain + serviettes de plages). La cuisine pourrait être un peu plus fournie. L'accès est oppressant (très raide et non bétonné par endroits) , comme décrit dans l'annonce, mais la voiture passe malgré tout. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu, sans avoir pu prévenir Mélissa (absence de réseau mobile ni de GPS). Heureusement Mélissa avait envoyé les directives d'accès par anticipation ce qui fut très utile. N'ayant pas pu être prévenue de notre arrivée, Mélissa n'avait pas écarté les gros chiens impressionnants mais inoffensifs. Nous ne les avons plus revus tout au long de notre séjour. Melissa /Travis sont réactifs, serviables et accueillants.

Our family of 8 were amazed by the beautiful views each morning! We purposely scheduled slow mornings to enjoy coffee and the property before heading out to local beaches: Kim Sha, Majo, and Orient (French side). The telescope was such a hit for all to watch all the boats slowly pass by. The open concept floor plan was perfect for privacy and being together as a 3-generational family. We walked to the market each morning and everyone, I mean everyone was so friendly. One of the highlights of our trip was eating dinner at the Rainbow Cafe- worth the drive! Hands down my favorite vacation in 59 years! We would absolutely return 😎 Thank you for having us!

My wife and I spent a lovely nine days at Olivier’s hillside villa. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views and quaint surroundings. Olivier was always immediately responsive to any questions we had. We look forward to returning again soon.

Jennifer is an amazing host. She responds quickly and is very courteous; going out of her way to make sure our stay was exceptional. The house is well kept and clean. It was also so nice and convenient to have laundry in house! Our family made great use out of the pool, which was cleaned regularly during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place!!

Villa 48 in Orient Bay is at a great location, a minute from the beach (you can hear the ocean), and close to restaurants (walking to a cluster of them in 10 minutes), and a short drive from a center for groceries, pharmacy and even shopping (less than 10 minutes of driving). The villa's manager Frederic is incredible, and provided us with what-to-do advice, translation help, where to find good bread (L'Express bakery), and cooking tips, and was instantly available whenever we had a question. We could not have asked for better service. The island is small, and returning on a Sunday from the house to the airport was a 25 minute drive (at an average speed of say 50 kmh). In general, the traffic around Orient bay was fine, whereas on busy weekdays the area around Simpson bay can be congested. If you can, get a small car, as parking and roads are narrow. We absolutely will come back and returning to NYC and the snow and chill was, how shall we put it, challenging.

We had a great stay in Anne Karine's apartment! Ideally located just on the edge of Marigot, perfectly quiet and a nice view over the lagune. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, has AC in both the living room and the bedroom and it has everything you need. The kitchen is perfect to make dinner, there are extra pooltowels, you can borrow a beach parasol and little chairs and dining outside is very cosy. We absolutely loved our stay and the communication with Anne Karine was excellent. Very higly recommended!

My husband, two year old daughter and I had the best time at Severine’s place. The home is beautiful and Séverine is an extremely responsive and communicative host. The outdoor terrace was used a ton. The pool is okay- we only used it once, we were mostly at the ocean. Who goes all that way to use the pool anyway?! Great quiet little neighborhood and close to orient bay. Amazing boulangerie up the street! The only thing I’ll mention is that to get into the apartment for the first time I had to message Séverine so she could let me in remotely, so I had to keep my phone on. I was hoping to avoid having my phone on data for the entire vacation. Not a big deal but something to note! Overall would highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect! George was great, excellent communication, super helpful and very friendly. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful accommodations, exactly as shown in the pictures. Indigo Bay is a lovely site, peaceful, serene yet close enough to plenty of action in town. Wonderful host and very helpful with recommended activities and check in was a breeze. Great value for the money. Would definitely return to this air bnb!

This was my second trip to SXM, first time staying at the airbnb & I must say, I’d stay here over an all inclusive resort any day! The privacy and peace atmosphere is top tier! The bed & the rest of the furniture was super comfortable! The water pressure was great & the terrace was the icing on the cake. Being a little further out from the main strip was a plus imo. The beach was a quick 5min walk. I hope to visit SXM & will be sure to stay here again.

Jackie's place is just perfect! The location is great for walking to many restaurants, bars and markets. Being able to walk right off the back porch to access the beach and pool is wonderful also!
