This is a great apartment-type hotel in Grand Lake. The place is set up for lounging, cooking, and sleeping and was a great option for a weekend getaway. Pros: Location! Full kitchen Cons: 1. The hosts require you to fill out a survey before coming which felt unnecessary. Additionally, a question I'd asked in that survey wasn't answered by the hosts prior to arrival. Not a huge deal but a bit cumbersome when we're already dealing with the airbnb platform. 2. The walls are thin so we could hear other guests staying in the hotel room above and next to us.

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this cute condo. The kitchen and bath are remodeled and beautiful. Zack is welcoming and responsive. It’s a great getaway for skiing at Winter Park.

We stayed here over Christmas 2024 and it was perfect. The bnb was spacious and roomy and the floorboard heaters more than kept up with the snowy weather outside. Mainstreet is a quick 2 blocks away, and Grand Lake was a magical sleepy town for the holidays. We will definitely be in touch next time we're in town.

We had a great time while staying here. The Place comfortably slept 6 adults and had a nice living area to hang out after a day of skiing and cook your own dinner in the full kitchen. The furnishings were great for a ski town, and we especially loved the easy access to Perk coffee, which is a 1 minute walk. There is also a grocery store about 3 minute walk away. The drive to Winter Park main base was about 10 minutes, making it easy in the moring to get to the hill when the lift opens.

David’s place is incredible!! So beautiful, comfortable, and easy to get everywhere from his place. The hot tub was incredible. The ski out function was awesome. So close to the village. We had a magical skiing holiday!! Highly, highly, highly recommend!!

We were in the area for some hiking and snowshoeing and were able to get that in along with some nice walks around this cute mountain town. The frozen lake was beautiful to see this time of year and the people in town were very friendly. We were able to walk to get a few groceries which was nice. Didn’t eat out but they do have a few options around that looked good. This was an excellent spot to enjoy a couple of days in the mountain.

Masum did a great job communicating with me. His place was very clean with beautiful views. We loved going in to Fraser and enjoyed Tabernash Tavern.

Beautiful and comfortable house for multiple families. Super convenient access to skiing at Granby Ranch. Highly recommend!

The Bread house was exactly as described. I loved the charm and history of the house, and the space was great for our family. It had everything we needed. The house is nestled in a quaint little town thats quiet, and friendly. The house is close to a neighboring town, Georgetown, that has restaurants and a little market for provisions. it's about a 5 min drive. Loveland mtn. is about a 15 min drive, so great for skiers. Silver Plume has an amazing coffee house and sandwich shop.

The house was amazing. Everything was clean and worked properly. I especially loved the art in the home, high-end appliances, hot tub and amazing views. We loved everything about our stay and hope to come back soon!

The accommodations were exactly as described & pictured. Steve was easy to get a hold of as well as very friendly. We felt very at home. The yard & doggy door were great for our dog & the area was quiet & peaceful. We had 6 adults & came for a combined work/family trip. There was plenty of room to spread out & have alone time while also being together in the same space. The deck was amazing & relaxing to sit outside & enjoy the surroundings. Overall, we would recommend this property. Thank you Steve & Jami!

Love this spot for large group ski trips! Easy to coordinate, everyone gets their own space (and more), and a short drive to the mountains. Was my second year staying here (last time was on a friend’s birthday) and will likely book again!

Best Airbnb! We had everything we needed and the home was beautiful and very very clean. The location was perfect for us with tubing hills minutes away and just a short distance to Granby and Winter Park resorts. The neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet. Would highly recommend!

We thought John’s cabin was just what we were looking for! John had all the amenities needed to make our trip skiing and staying in a success. We had all the small things needed in the kitchen to enjoyed cooking. The hot tub was so nice after a day at winter park skiing. 🎿 enjoyed!

We loved staying at Kelley's place! It had great ski cabin vibes and was very cozy, but big enough for our group of 8 people. Kelley is a great host and is very nice. Already planning to stay here again!

What an amazing location! Couldn’t beat it for ski in ski out access. Very nice hot tubs and our family also enjoyed the on-site game room. Thank you!

Our original spring break plans fell apart… Last minute we booked with Brandon. I think at 2:00AM….we decided to not to try another flight. And just drive up to Winter Park. I woke up with a message that he accepted our reservations with only 12 hour notice. He also knew that my family was going to hit the slopes in the morning but, I wasn’t. He offered to coordinate an earlier check in for me. This unit is very nicely decorated and clean. There are lots of extra pillows and blankets. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools to cook and make coffee or tea. But, we most took advantage of being able to walk to the restaurants near by. It’s conveniently located by the nice trails, market and restaurants. I booked this place thinking of me, not so much for my boarders. But, the drive to board was just 5-10 minutes away. There is also a free bus. My family loved the location! Thank you Brandon!

Casey’s place is incredibly convenient and the inside is exactly as advertised. Very nice beds and the kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to park just 10-20 meters from the elevator and then find the place on level 3 just a short distance from the elevator. When you’re staying here, you walk out directly into the base of Winter Park so you’re right at the gondola, Starbucks, and the base lodge. The place is spacious. We had two people, but the sofa bed would have made it comfortable with four. Casey is friendly and easy to work with. We will be back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Mike’s condo in Winter Park. The condo is ski in ski out and had ski lockers that are very useful. Every morning I put on my ski boots in the condo and walk directly the corridor trail within 3 min. Other than the great location, the condo had everything I needed for a 10 day stay.

Our Stay at Sunny side Flats #3 was incredible. Modern amenities. Comfortable beds, furniture. The infrared Grill and kitchen were great to use for making meals. Location worked well for us. And what we wanted to do. The Garage was perfect for our needs. It was nice having a secure place to keep our vehicle. Keith and his team are wonderful. He checked in with us, made sure we had everything we needed. He was quickly responsive if we had questions, or requests. We really had a wonderful time. And would be glad to stay at this location again when we ski Winter Park.

Steven was a great host! Very clear instructions and the building felt extremely safe with needing keycard entry into the garage and the lift elevators! Pictures and space were exactly as described, even had extra supplies on hand which was much needed with the duration of the stay. We walked out to the gondola every day for an amazing time on the slopes.
