We visit Moab every spring for 4x4 riding. This was a perfect location, very well-equipped home with a nice large garage. Living area was spacious and the kitchen was the most organized and well-equipped one I think we have ever had in an Air B&B. With cold weather we didn’t get to make use of the outdoor facilities/pool/grill. The neighborhood seems to be mostly Air B&B with lots of people coming and going, we made friends with the guests across the road and gave them advice about trails as it was their first time in Moab. Our plans changed last minute and they were very accommodating with the changes. We will be back!

Stacie’s townhome is a perfect home base for a Moab adventure! Her place is awesome, I highly recommend it. Stacie was a great host, and we loved coming back to an amazing home after a long day of hiking!

Marika’s place was just as it looks and was described. It really felt like home. Pool, hot tub and park were super close. Not far from town. Clean & comfy for all 9 of us! Plenty of kitchen equipment as we ate in almost all meals. Huge garage was great to have access to. Would definitely stay here again.

We have family living in Moab and now we have a place to call home when we visit! Stunning Views of Both La Sal Mtns and Rim!! Comfortable beds. Lovely linens and towels. Nicely equipped kitchen. We stayed for almost a month and Dustin was a great host! He informed us, hours before we arrived, that the furnace had stopped working and that it was getting fixed. He responded to my questions fast and was great to work with. Thank you, Dustin! This is a great place!

Austin was a wonderful host, very quick response time and. Always helpful. His place was clean and great for a family.

We had a great time at Casa Violet and Moab as well. The house was exactly as described, and better than expected. Everything about the stay was enjoyable, no issues whatsoever. Lulu kept us informed with relevant info, whenever needed, and was very responsive. There is so much to do in Moab and Casa Violet is just a short drive to get to everything. Our 2 families had a great time and we would absolutely stay at Casa Violet again the next time we visit Moab.

Absolutely loved our stay! The pictures honestly don’t do this place justice. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The scenery surrounding the property was absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to the national parks, tons of adventure activities, great restaurants, and convenient stores. We also really enjoyed the community pool and hot tub—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for hosting our family for the week! We spent most of our time on the trails but came “home” to a comfy place to relax and connect. The beds are comfy and the patio is a fun place to sit and visit.

We had a great time, with out group of 13 there was plenty of space, the rustic feel of a mountain cabin, and obviously, Moab is so beautiful it's impossible not to have a great time. Scott, the owner, kept communication to the needed minimum, straight forward, reliable, definitely recommend.

This house was our “home away from home” for a month and we totally fell in love with it. The house feels warm and cozy (not impersonal and sterile as some Airbnbs do). It's the little things we don't carry while travelling but that made our stay easy: a soda-stream, tupperware boxes we could use on a hike. Humidifier was a nice touch to help us acclimatise to the desert. We had more room than we could ask for: main bed is the size of a football field, each of us had a desk to work at, and anytime we could just step out on the patio and watch the neighbours: Blue jay Fred and cheeky chipmunks. Views from the patio are breathtaking! The Castleton tower dominates the east, La Sals to the south keep their “head in the clouds.” The location is perfect! Away from the Moab rush, close to trails less trodden; it's 30 minutes to the Arches NP entrance. In case of a coffee emergency, the Sorrel ranch is close. This is a great place and if we're in this area ever again, we'd surely return.

If I could make it more stars I would. This house exceeded are expectations by far and hosts were super helpful and responsive. House was fully stocked with everything we needed and location was perfect for Arches, Canyonlands, Capital Reef and state parks. Clean and private and star gazing was awesome. Wood burning fireplace was so relaxing and we used it every night of our 9 night stay. Cant wait to return.

Wonderful place to stay. We were able to have 6 adults and 2 kids in this house no problem. Very nice set up.

Our family of 5 spent a week here while hiking Canyonlands, Arches, Capitol Reef, other natural wonders. This Airbnb in Green River was perfectly suited as an excellent central location for all of our activities. For such a small town, Green River has a strong police presence so we never felt unsafe in that regard. At least 3-4 gas stations, too. The house was wonderful. Be aware that the refrigerator does NOT have an automatic ice maker - only trays that must be filled and dumped manually. Since we were away from the house from 7am to 8pm every day with a cooler full of water and food in the car, that became somewhat of an issue for us. But we managed. All of the gas stations have bags of ice for sale if needed. The hosts were very prompt to reply to messages. We would absolutely stay here again, without hesitation.

Great property for our group. Plenty of beds for sleeping arrangements and the gas grill was a great addition. Couldn’t get the fire place to work though.

Loved the location, pool, and hot tub. The games in garage were great for our kids. Close to Arch’s and only 20 minutes from Canyonlands. Great stay.

Stayed here for Christmas. Great cozy place. Very quiet. Sadly it was too cold to enjoy the private courtyard but i can only imagine how nice this would be during the spring/summer/fall. It was about two blocks from the main street. The blocks are large/long, but totally walkable. I would recommend this place to a family.

My family of 5 (includes 3 adult kids) absolutely loved this place. Plenty of room, great layout, and just felt really comfortable and "homey" (in the best way!). Beds were all super comfortable and although we didn't get a chance to see the stars (too cloudy), the decks (one on main floor and one on top) were perfect for that. Xavier was a great communicator - check-in instructions very clear and he checked in on us through our stay. The location was excellent - close enough to the main street of Moab for restaurants to be convenient, yet just far enough for you to feel like you were in the desert away from all the lights. Highly recommend!

Clean and a great place. Living room was great with plenty of room for 6 adults. Bedrooms were clean as with the bathrooms and check-in, checkout went smooth definitely recommend checking this place out

We had a wonderful stay in Thompson Springs! The home was perfect for our group—spacious enough to accommodate our families, (us & our friends with a young child). The layout gave everyone room to relax and feel comfortable. It was extremely clean, thoughtfully stocked (especially the kitchen!), and had everything we needed. The location was peaceful and scenic, with easy access to Arches and Canyonlands—just a 30–45 minute drive. Walter’s home and setting were even nicer than depicted in the pictures—we were pleasantly surprised! We’d absolutely stay here again for another adventure in the area!

Just outside of Moab ( 5 min from downtown ) and the PERFECT location for a girl’s trip! The place was clean, Nicole communicated well and the surroundings are beautiful. We LOVED our stay!

Although we had a few issues with supplies, equipment,etc, the hosts were always extremely accommodating and helpful in a very timely way. The house and yard worked well for us.

Great place to stay! Close to everything, and great for families, especially with a dog. The community pool was great, and we loved having a hot tub to unwind in at the end of a long day of hiking.

This was the perfect pick for our girls trip to Moab! Bryan had great recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, and even fruit stands along the drive for our road trip! The neighborhood is within 20 minutes of the Arches National Park and about 10 from lot of shopping and eating spots. The only thing I will note is the house is a townhome connected to another house, but the hot tub was still super private and I don’t think it made a difference to our stay :)
