I rented Sherrys beautiful home to have a laid back girls weekend for my mom’s 60th birthday! It was the perfect place to relax and hang out. Sherry was always responsive, met us at check in to walk us through the house and amenities, and also gave us recommendations for activities and restaurants. Sherry is such an Amazing soul and her and her family put lots of care into the home and into hosting guests. Although it was 25 degrees the hot tub was also a perfect addition to the weekend! We finished the trip with in home massages from a local spa and everything was marvelous. 10/10 will for sure be back!

This house was on a quiet street so close to Downtown Holland and not far from main roads. It's a cozy place with plenty of parking and a front porch great to look out from. The home was just as described and very well maintained. Very clean bathrooms, TV's, WiFi, all amenities worked great. Host was amazing with communicating to us everything we needed to know in advance. Very responsive host when we had questions- which is an added peace of mind. Highly recommend you check out this place!

Perfect for 4 adult couples. Large table and spacious dining/living area for all to relax and play games. Can walk to everything in less that 10 minutes. Thanks John!

nicely appointed house. comfortable. fully appointed - easy access. within 5 minute drive of the college. house was very cozy, clean, better than the description in. 10/10 highly recommend.

the wife and I, along with our two Saint Bernards, came to visit with son and daughter-in-law. the dogs like having the mostly fenced in yard. we like the ease of access. lots of room for the dogs to sprawl out. we had a great time

Inviting and cozy home, perfect for me and my wife to escape for a few days, hang at the beach, and explore South Haven. The place was exactly as described, so clean and comfortable. The 4 seasons room on the deck was awesome, would be great for larger groups than we had, but peaceful and tranquil for some morning yoga. The beach gear was incredible as well, so convenient to only have to pack swimsuits and know that they had everything else there. On one of the nights when the evening lows were going to be chilly, Mickie and John proactively reached out to us to be sure we knew how to turn on the furnace. Can’t say enough about this place and would love to stay again!

Todd's home was perfect! We stayed over Christmas, and the home was extremely warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. There is a large picture window in dining area with a very large table, it overlooks a private and wooded backyard where we were visited frequently by wildlife including cardinals, and a deer family, it was breathtaking. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, and a ton of spices. We especially appreciated all the extra touches, like full supplies of hand soap at each sink, dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, and even body wash and shampoo! These are things I typically end up having to buy and then leave there since you can't take them on the plane, so very much appreciated! The beds were very comfy with fresh linens and an ample supply of towels. Thank you so much for all your thoughtful extras, it made our stay perfect!

Everything was great with the exception of the slow draining of the water in the bathtub. We enjoyed our stay in Kalamazoo and will return to Matt's place if it is available.

Upon arrival, there was some kind of misunderstanding with the cleaning people and it looked like our unit was not cleaned prior to arriving. We arrived pretty late but Michael responded very fast to my message and was able to get this taken care of right away for us. He was very accommodating and helpful. He sent multiple messages prior to the arrival date with helpful instructions on entering the unit and parking. The space itself was great and perfect for two people. Walking distance from the little downtown area and the river. We enjoyed our time in South Haven and would stay here again if we ever visited again!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Ronda's place! The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathtub was a delight to use. It was a perfect space for a little weekend getaway; many restaurants and beach access within easy driving distance. There is not a ton of natural lighting, unless you leave the french door curtains open. I found having to compromise privacy for natural light to be a little disappointing, but I had a wonderful time. I would stay here again!

Justine was so responsive from the moment I booked until the day we checked in. Whenever she responded to a question, you could almost “hear the smile on her face” - she was very kind. We would definitely recommend working with Justine as well as staying in the Family Flat location. It was beautiful, comfortable, clean, homey, and in an amazing location.

Cute little place and exactly what we needed for a quick weekend away! Kaydee was proactive with their communication and gave very clear instructions and information for the apartment. We also appreciated that there was NOT a massive checkout checklist.

Kayla’s place was perfect for our one night, beds were comfortable, very clean, spacious, would definitely stay there in the future. Due to the snow, there was only room for one vehicle in the back, which the lower apartment used. Street parking was fine. Thankful for the shovel and salt on site which was needed to help get our car out.

My daughter had her cancer treatment and check up and we also had a family wedding the same weekend. Tina was kind and wonderful. I had my elderly mom with me who has mobility issues. Tina was fast to answer questions and gave wonderful descriptions so I could ensure my mom could make it into the house and have a bedroom on the first floor. The house was wonderful and clean and the perfect location. The beds were comfortable and clean. It was a wonderful stay. Tina made everything very easy and convenient. I would highly recommend. She was kind enough to allow us a later check out and the house was even ready early for us to check in. I hope to come back to the area for more of a long, fun weekend before the snow flies, and I will for sure book with Tina again. Without a doubt. She was so kind and empathetic to the main reason we were there. Having to go anywhere for you child to have cancer treatment is never fun. Working with someone so wonderful made it that much easier. Thank you.

The attic apartment was spacious and comfortable. We were very pleased. Rob communicated well and went above and beyond to meet our needs. If you don’t mind climbing stairs, we highly recommend this rental.

Desirees place was perfect! Literally looked like the pictures; comfortable, spacious and very clean. Great location! Can't wait to visit again-totally recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved staying here!! We had the best time. Utilized the hot tub and played a few games of pool. Great building, amazing set up! The bed is AMAZING. Best sleep ever! The shower is also top notch 👌🏼 Will definitely book here again. Thank you so much!

This condo is in a fantastic location! It’s In the downtown area and is very close to the lake. There are several restaurants and a coffee shop within a few blocks. When you leave your front door, you have a beautiful view of the lake. The condo was ready early and we were able to arrive at 2:30pm at no extra charge. (Thank you, Brenden!) The condo was lovely and matched the photos . It’s tastefully decorated and is very clean and organized. Everything is well stocked. There were plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows, etc. There was occasional noise from a nearby unit- either the neighbors were a little loud or the walls were a bit thin. The corner bedroom was quiet though. Being health conscious, I really appreciated the Brita water filter and the healthier hand soaps. This is a lovely condo with a responsive and professional host. I highly recommend it.

It is a very beautiful place to relax and disconnect, very nice and pleasant, full of beautiful landscapes and many animals to see, without a doubt I would return to this place to have many more days of total disconnection.
