As advertised and very flexible.

Elizabeth's place is so cozy and comfortable, and really the example of why we rent from people rather than stay in a sterile motel. We found everything we needed in the kitchen (toaster, kettle, dish rack) and we relaxed so thoroughly.

Dana's place is super cool. It is beautiful and we loved everything about it. And Dana took such good care of us immediately when we needed help with the tv. Thank you Dana. We will return and tell our friends about this unique downtown find in G I.

The apartment was clean & comfortable. Within walking distance to shop, bars & restaurants downtown. Would stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay for 2 couples to arrive for an early morning (6 a.m.) viewing of Sandhill Cranes at Rowe Sanctuary. The place is quiet with two comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It was more than spotlessly clean - it shone with careful maintenance. The heavily used Union Pacific rail main line is only 2 blocks away, but the whistle sounds were not disturbing and welded rail means that there is no clickety-clack. The sleeping was fine. An altogether wonderful place to stay.

Dana was extremely accommodating and flexible when we needed to be out of our house for a week. We ended up staying in two of his places and they were both incredible stays. The location is unbeatable and they are clean with everything you may need. We will undoubtedly recommend the lofts to visiting family and friends!

Dana is a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The apartment is clean and cozy. It’s right in the heart of downtown so there are plenty of things to do and places to eat. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

Our out of state family were pleased with their accommodations for the weekend. We appreciate having this beautiful place to rent for visiting family. They enjoyed their stay and commented on the comfort of the Wheel House, the convenience of street level entry. We will rent again. Thank you!
