This is a great house and I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a place in the area. The only heads up I’d give is that you are in a HOA neighborhood and noise can be problematic. There is a decibel meter next to the hot tub for that reason. Also, the hot tub was very foamy and the change filter alert was on, but the host addressed it promptly.

This was a very comfortable place to stay for a few days. Would recommend this to others and would definitely stay here again.

We spent our spring break trip here and it was wonderful! We are a family of 4 and my oldest (7years old) skied with one of us while my 4 year stayed back to make brownies and play in the snow. There was even a box of kid toys that was a surprise and a very much welcomed addition to our time there. Pattie’s place is so welcoming and comfortable. It was a joy spending time there!

We had a great stay! The Rv was very well taken care of. The bunk room is big enough for a gaggle of kids. The king bedroom is very comfy. We loved all the dvds, recliners, and fireplace. They really thought of everything and it is stocked with anything you might need and/want. From coffee to headlamp, to swim towels and grill. The access to their orchard, pool and hot tub was extra amazing. They even had a fire set up ready to light. Beautiful surroundings, and very responsive hosts!

We loved our stay at the Peach Pad. The setting is beautiful, the home was just the right size and super inviting, and the hot tub was an excellent bonus. It was a great home base for our day trips out to the CO National Monument and Arches National Park. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing place with amazing hosts! Stayed for a long weekend to use a home base for some hiking in Utah, and was so sad to have to leave. Incredible views from the house and hot tub and it is so beautiful at night overlooking the town. There are super fun trails to run/hike less than a half mile up the road. Todd was so helpful and friendly. House was clean and had everything you could need. I can't wait to come back!

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying at the little red barn. The place itself was very cute and clean and comfortable and well-stocked (with fresh eggs being a nice touch), and the awesome setting really took it to the next level. We lurved the chickens, the sweet kitten Pickles, and the mountain views. The firepit and hot tub looked nice too, but we didn't get a chance to use them, as we were only there for a one-night stopover. We could have easily stayed longer, though. This was possibly my friend's favorite part of our entire two-week trip (from MN to AZ and back again). My only minor complaint/suggestion is that the kitchen is a little dark at night, and a pendant light over the sink and/or under-cabinet lighting would make a big difference. But everything else was fabulous. We would absolutely be back!

I had such a rejuvenating time at Sarah's yurt; it was just what I needed! The yurt was super cozy and clean. It was really nice to give myself a mini retreat there and not have to go anywhere... the kitchen had everything I needed. The space was great for yoga and meditation. The hot tub right outside the door was an extra bonus and Sarah even had towels specifically for the hot tub. The bed was really comfortable and cozy next to the fireplace. Sarah was really easy to get in touch with and she made everything easy with a printed out booklet that included everything you would want to know from restaurant recommendations to local hikes. She even had a section on fun things for kids. I look forward to staying again.
