awesome thoughtful getaway. kitchen has everything you could want at home - spices, dishware, cleaning supplies. beautiful view from living room and cozy kitchen. an entire shelf full of games and puzzles for everyone. really clean comfy beds, great smelling linens. my friends and I had a absolutely wonderful time would recommend Sweetwater cottage to anyone!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley's cottage. She is an excellent hostess, very responsive and helpful. She provided many helpful tips that made our stay go smoothly. The cottage is a gem. Beautiful location with a view that never got boring. Very quiet and peaceful. It was a treat to sit on the deck early in the morning watching the birds and squirrels collecting acorns. Even had a little chipmunk scampering around the deck while sitting out. The cottage is very comfortable and cozy. Well equipped with the necessities. We were a party of six, and we felt right at home. Enough space to gather as a group, or find a spot for some quiet time. We had a lovely walk to enjoy the fall leaves and found the neighbourhood to be quiet and the people friendly. Even though the cottage is in a rural area, it is only about 1 hour to SaintJohn, Fredericton, or Moncton.

We had such an amazing stay. The place felt very cozy and unique. The couch was super comfortable as well as the mattresses in the bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped (coffee machine, toaster oven, kettle) and sparkling clean. Lots of towels provided for the hot tub and shower. The hot tub was definitely the highlight of the stay. We enjoyed every minute of it. (Instructions were clear and easy to follow). Thank you for the beautiful stay!

Beautiful property with stunning views. We were a group of three couples and the property had everything we needed. We especially loved the deck(s) and screened outdoor BBQ/kitchen area.

This is a lovely place and Cindi was attentive. Due to winter weather we couldn’t use the hot tub but it was still ready in our arrival. I would stay here again.

Would definitely stay here again! It was way better then I imagined. Loved waking up and sitting out in the porch in front of the water, and the water was warm! Easy access for kayaks and the house was cozy. We felt at home and didn't want to leave!

Jim and Gael are excellent hosts and we were grateful for the opportunity to live and share in a genuine and warm part of their family history. The house is charming, well cared for and full of personal touches. Nothing was overlooked and we had everything we needed for a comfortable and happy stay; beautiful lake views were an added bonus!

Angela's cottage on Grand Lake was a beautiful and peaceful spot to spend Thanksgiving weekend. The cottage itself was a sweet, warm and welcoming home that was tastefully decorated and well-stocked with all that we needed. The beautiful waterfront location can be enjoyed indoors with a huge picture window that faces the lake. The screened-in porch was used a lot! This allowed us to enjoy the outdoors with a cup of coffee, even when the mornings and evenings were a bit cool in October. Angela was gracious to provide kayaks and firewood for our use as well. We can highly recommend Angela's cottage to future travellers! Christy

A beautiful place to stay! The cottage is super clean and has so much charm. Everything worked really well, we were given plenty of towels for the bathroom and the kitchen, the private lake access was wonderful, and we enjoyed playing badminton, bocce ball and cards. We only stayed for three days but would have been happy to stay for a full week! Just a really lovely space! Thank you so much for hosting us!

Diane is an Awesome Superhost! Very attentive. The Quiet Country Farmhouse is a quaint, classic and reconditioned (upgrades would appear to be ongoing, based on recent upgrades observed) Farmhouse, with modern amenities, located in a beautiful rural, quiet countryside with a great view of Lake Washademoak. Very roomy/spacious even for 7 adults. Only abt 4 min walk to the lakefront and Nan's Country general store is only abt 7 min drive. Cows in the pasture across the road and apple and cherry trees were ripe for the picking while/when we were there.

Matt and Angel's Cozy Cottage was perfect! My 2 teenagers and myself stayed for 3 nights on a mini-vacation to visit with relatives in the area. Everything was great, we loved it! Location was peaceful and beautiful, my kids walked a few trails and took a lot of pics and videos. Cottage is modern and terrific use of space, along with all needed amenities, was perfect for us. The location was great as well, being close to Sussex for shopping and restaurants. We definitely plan to stay again in the future - 5 stars :)

The Little Dipper Lakehouse was the perfect getaway for us! It was a great spot to rest and reset amongst the busyness of life. Super cozy and private on a beautiful lake - one of our favourite parts was waking up in the morning and seeing the lake through the sunroom. The cottage had everything we needed and more, and the hosts were super thoughtful (our pups also approved and loved the extra touches for them - I think they were a little bummed we had to leave!). We visited during a colder time of year, so we didn’t spend much time on the dock or by the fire but I can imagine the outdoor space being glorious during the warmer months.

Sarah's river oasis was absolutely incredible. The inside layout was open yet still private when you needed it to be. The outdoor area had comfortable furniture to sit or lay on every where you turned. From bbqs, to pizza ovens to air fryers, there wasn't anything missing when you needed to cook. There was an abundance of supplies offered such as toiletries, zip loc bags and condiments. The way she arranged this Airbnb leaves nothing to be desired. For any fisherman, this section of the St. John River has amazing fishing. Every day we took our boat out we caught something different such as chain pickerel, small mouth bass and huge yellow perch. Thank you for a very special vacation. We look forward to staying with you again!

This place is a hidden gem. It is so private. The water is Beautiful swimming water. Our dogs had the time of their lives & so did we. The cottage is on a very private road and extremely friendly neighbourhood. This cottage also having AC is a huge feature. It was a lovely stay. We saw loons, boats, jetskis, geese, we even saw a baby moose. This is the perfect spot for some NB country lake side living!

From the moment we unlocked the door until we drove out the drive 7 days later we were extremely happy with our choice. The cleanliness of the cottage, the brightness of the rooms , the comfort of the beds, you couldn’t ask for anything more. The sunrises are breathtaking. The beach is beautiful, the peace and quiet is amazing. The kitchen had everything imaginable. The yard is huge, front and back. It was so dog friendly. There was even dog dishes at the front and back doors. We liked this place so much we have already booked it for next summer. My whole family gives this cottage and Marie a 5 Star rating all around. Felt like a home away from home. What a beautiful spot with great views!! Fun time had by all, lots to do at the cottage and many fun adventures in driving distance. Very clean and host was very responsive!

Darren's place was welcoming and warm. It was extremely comfortable with all the amenities you could need for a beach holiday and the surroundings, including lake frontage and views, were peaceful and relaxing. There was plenty of room to host other family members for dinner and easy to look after. Darren's communication was excellent; a very responsive, friendly and helpful host. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed this home. Lots of room and very clean. Anthony was amazing. He helped accomodate us when we needed an extra night and let us bring our boat in early to make our move from another cottage easier. I know he doesn't control it but we had deer outside every day and an eagle nest that we could watch from the deck. The guest book gave a great suggestion for a kayak route that I used every day. I am really hoping to book a couple weeks next summer . The lake was nice; a rocky shore but that was ok with water shoes. Anthony also provided a lovely inflatable lake island for sitting and lounging on.
