Great place—very clean and exactly like the pictures! The instructions were clear and helpful. The host also gave great recommendations for places to check out, which was much appreciated. The only issue was communication. When I asked about an early check-in, my message was read but never answered. Then, at check-in time, the cleaning crew was still there. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but improved communication would be helpful for future guests. Overall, I would book again!

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne chez Thomas. Je suis un amateur de plein air et encore cette année, j'y ai découvert de superbes endroits autour du logement pour pratiquer la randonnée et le ski backcountry avec de magnifiques points de vue. Aussi, à 40 minutes de route du logement, le long de la route 40, on trouve des stationnements nous donnant accès au ski backcountry. Je suis également allé faire du kite ski en haut de la trail Butler Gulch (35 minutes de route) avec des paysages magnifiques. Le logement est propre et possède tout ce qu'on a besoin pour un long séjour. Thomas est un hôte accommodant et sensible à tous nos besoins. Afin de profiter à plein des activités de plein air au Colorado, c'est certain que je choisirais encore de demeurer dans le logement de Thomas.

Nice two bedroom apartment with generous living and kitchen. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable. The bus to Winter Park picks up in the parking lot. So easy.

The space - and especially the ski-in/ski-out - was as fantastic as advertised and as others have said in reviews. Overall for my son and I, the space was a very simple, clean, and cozy place that was the perfect basecamp for a few days - with our focus on snowboarding and relaxing during the evenings. Highly recommend!

Great location, easy to get on the slopes once you figured out the buildings and elevators. Great amenities with very convenient location to our condo! Blake was accommodating and responsive to our questions and resolved an issue we had with linens. A few things could use an upgrade or repair. The mattress was very comfortable and firm temperpedic style.

We had a great stay in WP. The condo was new with all the creature comforts, clean and comfortable, easy access to the ski hill and tons of activities and great food nearby. Will definitely plan on staying here again, Shawna and Steve were excellent hosts.

Our family enjoyed staying here. It was clean and had everything we needed. Very convenient to skiing (only a 5 minute drive to Granby Ranch), the grocery store, and town. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the place. Super clean apartment, close to restaurants, bus stop (Winter Park) and other activities. Kitchen is stocked and location is unbeatable. Private heated parking is a perk in winter. Janet is responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodations are very comfortable and the location is great for visiting Winter Park.

Sharon was very helpful and responsive with great local recommendations. She also was very helpful when we needed to leave a bit early due to weather issues. The condo was in a great location and the river was beautiful! The beds were comfortable, and the whole condo was very clean upon arrival! We were thrilled with our stay, and we hope to come again sometime!

We took our daughter skiing for the first time and this was the perfect location. Excellent location to ski lift and the hot tub was relaxing

We had a wonderful stay with beautiful views and scenery! The pictures don’t show how spacious the home is and fit our family of 5 perfectly. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, and the house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was lovely for a morning and evening walk, but my favorite was sipping coffee on the front porch while taking in the views of the snow topped mountains.

This place was amazing! Kari and Dan made us feel welcomed and right at home. The place was super clean and comfortable. There were enough bedrooms for my husband and I and our 2 older kids. We could have easily had one more couple stay with us. The best part was their very informative binder with basically every question answered you could think of! :) Even though there was a slight hiccup when we got there because a fuse had blown, they were responsive and attentive and it was fixed immediately. It’s in a great location very close to all the town restaurants and things to do. Sledding for little kids and the main area for concerts in the summer. I would rent this again in a heartbeat!

Susan's house was exactly as described and pictured. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was very clean and incredibly well equipped. The furnishings were perfect for the place and the kitchen was incredibly well equipped. We loved the mountain views from the balcony, enjoyed the hot tub. The primary suite was very luxurious and the other bedrooms were well laid out and it was nice that they also had their own bathrooms. The town is just a short ride away and getting to Winter Park for skiing was super easy. We were very glad we found this house!

Great place. In a condo complex but a house to itself. Close to shuttle line. Comfortable beds.

Amy's place was conveniently located for our ski trip. The place was very clean and comfortable. Amy provided good instructions and made us feel welcomed. We would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! The location was phenomenal and we were able to walk just about everywhere. The couches and bed are not the most comfortable for lounging around, but there’s so much to do outside that not a lot of time was spent inside.

The cabin was exactly what we were looking for, and just as described! Cozy and quaint. Comfortable space to be, both inside and outdoors. Ideal if you want to be slightly removed from town and see the beautiful starry sky. Convenient drive to most places you'd want to go. Host provided recommendations based on what we were looking for from the trip. Would certainly return!

Great spot and we love Winter Park and love staying at the base. This was a very reasonably priced place and my boys and I were right at home. The place was clean, parking was easy, and the new hot tubs were a plus as well. We’d like to come back. Thanks, Nate

Loved staying so close to the lifts! We had 5 people that fit comfortably! King mattress was EXTREMELY comfortable and everything was in great condition. Absolutely worth the money and would love to stay again!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Winter Park/Fraser. Besides being in ana amazing location this condo is tucked away slightly so you can truly enjoy the peacefulness of Fraser. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit.

The place is incredibly nice with great amenities. The host is very active and helpful. I would highly recommend it for 4 people. However, I would suggest having your own car, since there aren’t many buses or public transportation options around. Having a car makes it much easier to get around and fully enjoy the area. Would definitely recommend this place!
